NeuroWallet is a non-custodial wallet built into Neurobro. You hold your own keys and your own funds. Neurobro never takes custody, can’t move your money, and can’t freeze it. It exists so that researching a market and acting on it happen in the same place. Ask about a token, decide you want it, and buy it - without leaving for an exchange, creating another account, or moving funds somewhere you trust less.
NeuroWallet is not the same thing as Connections. NeuroWallet is money you hold here and trade from. Connections is read-only monitoring of accounts you hold somewhere else. They share a tab in the app and do different jobs - see the comparison below.

NeuroWallet and Connections

Both live in the same place in the app, and the tab name changes to tell you which one you’re looking at. They answer different questions: Most people use both: Connections to see the whole picture, NeuroWallet to act on it. Connections is covered on the mobile and web pages.

Cash

Cash is your spendable dollar balance - what you buy with, and what you receive when you sell. Every chain has a canonical dollar, and NeuroWallet adds them into one cash figure so you don’t have to think about which chain your money is on. When you buy something, it funds from wherever the cash is, splitting across chains if it needs to. Robinhood Chain is the exception worth knowing about: Circle doesn’t issue USDC there, so the canonical dollar is USDG (Global Dollar, issued by Paxos). It behaves the same way and the app labels it correctly - it just isn’t USDC, and we won’t call it that. Anything that isn’t cash is a holding: a token, a tokenized stock, or a perps position.

Chains

NeuroWallet trades on five chains:

Base

Solana

Arbitrum

BNB Chain

Robinhood Chain

Perpetual futures trade on Hyperliquid, which works differently from the five above - see Trading. You rarely need to pick a chain. Deposits arrive where you send them, trades route themselves, and cash moves between chains automatically when a purchase needs it.

Gas is on us

Using a blockchain normally means holding its native coin to pay transaction fees, which is a genuine obstacle - you can’t spend your money until you’ve acquired a different kind of money first. Neurobro sponsors gas, so you never have to hold ETH, SOL or BNB just to transact. Your cash is spendable the moment it lands. The cost is covered inside the trading fee rather than charged separately - see Trading Fees.

What you can do

Deposit crypto from anywhere, or buy cash directly with a card or bank transfer. See Money in and out.
Buy and sell tokens and tokenized stocks across five chains, and trade perpetual futures on Hyperliquid. See Trading.
Withdraw crypto to any address, or convert to cash and send it to a card, bank account or PayPal. See Money in and out.
Every trade is screened before it runs. See Safety.

What non-custodial means here

It’s a word that gets used loosely, so concretely:
  • The keys are yours. Transactions are authorized on your device.
  • We cannot move your funds. Not to help you, not by mistake, not under instruction.
  • We cannot freeze your funds. If you can reach a blockchain, you can reach your money.
  • Your holdings aren’t ours. They’re not on our balance sheet and they aren’t lent out.
The trade-off is real and worth stating: self-custody means the responsibility is yours too. Nobody can reverse a transfer you authorized to the wrong address, which is why Safety covers the checks we run before you send anything.

Where it’s available

NeuroWallet is available globally, apart from sanctioned jurisdictions. Some features are narrower - perpetual futures and tokenized stocks aren’t offered in the United States or United Kingdom, and card and bank funding depends on where you are. The app only shows you what you can actually use, so if an option isn’t there, it isn’t available in your region yet.
