Plans and limits

No. Core features are free for everyone. Pro and Ultra add more daily AI messages, lower trading fees, and premium features. See Plans & Pricing.
Yes. Holding 1,000,000 $BRO in a linked wallet unlocks Ultra automatically, for as long as you hold it. There is no token threshold for Pro - the only one is Ultra. Token access and subscriptions are independent, and your effective tier is always the highest you qualify for. See Plans & Pricing.
Light gives fast, focused answers from a single analysis pass. Heavy runs deep multi-agent research - planning, review and synthesis across several agents - and costs much more compute. They have separate daily pools. See Usage & Limits.
Yes. On Basic, your daily Light allowance climbs with your Market Rank, from 5 a day at rank 1 to 20 a day at rank 9. Rank is earned by using the app. See Usage & Limits for the full ladder.
Subscribing on the web is up to 20% cheaper than through the App Store or Google Play, for the same plan and benefits. Manage or cancel wherever you subscribed.

NeuroWallet and trading

No. NeuroWallet is non-custodial - you hold your own keys, transactions are authorized on your device, and we cannot move or freeze your funds. See the NeuroWallet overview.
Cash is your spendable dollar balance - what you buy with and what you get back when you sell. Each chain has a canonical dollar (USDC on most chains, USDG on Robinhood Chain), and they add into one figure so you don’t have to think about which chain your money is on.
Base, Solana, Arbitrum, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain. Perpetual futures trade on Hyperliquid. You rarely need to pick - purchases fund from wherever your cash is and move it across chains automatically.
One fee, quoted before you commit, that already includes network gas, routing and any cross-chain movement - nothing is added afterwards. It’s 0.50% on Basic, 0.40% on Pro and 0.30% on Ultra, with a $0.25 minimum per trade. On expensive routes our fee drops to zero and you pay only the real cost. Full detail on Trading Fees.
No. Neurobro sponsors gas, so your cash is spendable the moment it lands. The cost is already inside the trading fee.
Every token is screened before you buy - for transfer taxes, honeypot behavior, and liquidity. If a token looks like a trap, the purchase is refused and we say why. Selling is never blocked - anything you hold, you can always exit. See Safety.
Holding a token on Solana for the first time requires opening a token account, which needs a small refundable deposit (about 0.002 SOL) held by the network. We pay it for you, show it separately from our fee, and it’s released back to your own wallet when you sell. We never collect it.
Perpetual futures are leveraged, and a position can be liquidated - closed automatically at a loss - if the market moves far enough against it. Only trade perps with money you can afford to lose. See Trading.

Connections

NeuroWallet is money you hold yourself and trade from. Connections is a read-only view of accounts you hold somewhere else - exchanges, wallet addresses, brokers. They share a tab in the app and do different jobs. There’s a comparison on the NeuroWallet overview.
No. Connections is read-only. Create your exchange API key with read permission only and never enable withdrawals - we don’t need trade or withdrawal access and won’t ask for it. Keys are encrypted, and disconnecting removes them.

Referrals and rewards

20% of their subscription revenue, 40% of their spot trading fees, and 40% of perps builder fees. Partners earn 50% across all three. The person you refer gets 10% off their trading fees. See the referral program.
Earnings are held for 30 days, then become payable. Once your payable balance reaches $1 you request a payout to a connected wallet; we review and approve it, and it’s then sent automatically as USDC on Base. Payouts aren’t automatic - you have to request them.
XP is earned by using the app. Market Rank is the level it builds toward, and it raises your free-tier message allowance. Market Edge is your leaderboard standing, combining earned activity with your subscription. Badges unlock at milestones, and leaderboards run globally and by country.
Yes. You can appear anonymously instead of under your username, hide your country flag, and control whether others can open your trading profile. None of these ever expose your wallet address or balances.

Availability

Neurobro is available globally, apart from sanctioned jurisdictions. Some features are narrower - perpetual futures and tokenized stocks aren’t offered in the United States or United Kingdom, and card funding and cash-out depend on your country.
Almost always because it isn’t available in your region yet, or it’s still rolling out. The app only shows what you can actually use, rather than offering something and refusing it later.

Yes. Signing in with the second method while logged into the first merges them, bringing your history and preferences into one account.

Staying safe

Your security is partly your responsibility, and a few habits cover most of it:
  • Only use official Neurobro channels. Confirm you’re on our official site, app and community links before signing in or connecting a wallet.
  • Never share your private keys or seed phrase. Neurobro will never ask for them, and neither will anyone on our team.
  • Watch out for impersonators. We’ll never message you first asking for funds, keys or personal details.
  • Verify before you act. Double-check addresses and transaction details - a crypto transfer cannot be reversed by anyone.
  • Start small with a new token or a new flow, and be cautious with unverified tokens.
