Four ways money moves. Two bring it in, two take it out.

Deposit crypto

Send crypto you already own to your NeuroWallet address.

Buy with card or bank

Turn local currency into cash in your wallet.

Withdraw crypto

Send crypto out to any address you choose.

Cash out

Convert to local currency and send it to a card, bank or PayPal.

Deposit crypto

Your wallet has an address on each supported chain. Pick the chain you’re sending from, copy the address, and send.
Send on the right chain. An address is only valid on the chain it belongs to. Crypto sent on a chain NeuroWallet doesn’t support, or to an address from a different chain, can be permanently lost - and because the wallet is non-custodial, nobody can reverse it.
Deposits are detected automatically, usually within seconds of confirming on-chain. There’s no deposit fee. If you’re depositing a dollar stablecoin, it lands as cash and is immediately spendable. Anything else arrives as a holding you can sell or keep.

Buy with a card or bank transfer

You can fund the wallet with local currency instead of sending crypto. Choose an amount, pick a payment method, and complete the purchase with our payment partner - the cash arrives in your wallet when it clears. A few things worth knowing:
  • It lands on Base or Solana. Card and bank funding delivers to one of those two chains. That’s not a limitation in practice, since cash is spendable across chains regardless.
  • Available methods depend on where you are. Cards, bank transfers and local options vary by country, and prices are quoted in your own currency.
  • Live quotes from several providers. You see what you’ll receive before you commit.
  • There’s no Neurobro fee on funding. The payment provider charges its own, shown in the quote.
Card and bank funding is rolling out country by country. If you don’t see it, it hasn’t reached you yet.

Withdraw crypto

Send crypto out of NeuroWallet to any address - another wallet, an exchange, someone else. Withdrawals cost a flat $0.50, regardless of size or chain. No percentage, so a large withdrawal costs the same as a small one. Before anything is sent, the destination address is checked (see Safety). Withdrawing to a chain other than the one your funds are on is handled for you - the wallet moves the money across and sends it, as a single action from your side.
Double-check the address. A crypto transfer to the wrong address cannot be undone by anyone, including us.

Cash out to local currency

The reverse of buying: convert cash in your wallet to local currency and send it to a card, a bank account by SEPA transfer, or PayPal. The flow is:
1

Choose an amount and a payout method

You’ll see a live quote in your own currency before you commit to anything.
2

Complete the provider's checks

Our payment partner handles the conversion and may need identity verification the first time.
3

Confirm the transfer

Your cash is sent to the provider and converted at the quoted rate.
4

Money arrives

Timing depends on the payout method - cards are usually fastest, bank transfers take longest.
The withdrawal fee is waived on a cash-out, because the conversion already carries the provider’s own fee. There’s a minimum amount, shown in the app before you start. Like card funding, cashing out is available in some countries and not others, and the app only offers it where it works.

Moving between chains

You don’t manage this. If you hold cash on one chain and want to buy something on another, NeuroWallet moves it for you as part of the purchase, and the cost is already inside the fee you’re quoted - see Trading Fees. The same applies on withdrawal: asking for more than sits on one chain consolidates from the others automatically.

Deposits and withdrawals for perps

Perpetual futures hold their collateral on Hyperliquid rather than on a chain, so moving money in and out of perps is its own step. It’s covered in Trading.
