Last Updated: August 25, 2026You delete your Neurobro account yourself, from inside the app. No one at Neurobro can delete it for you - not support, not the team, no one. The delete button is the only way, and you will find it in the mobile app and on the web.
Deleting your account is permanent, and it happens straight away. Once you confirm, the account is gone, and nobody can bring it back - not you, and not the Neurobro team. There is no undo, no waiting period, no recovery. Work through the checklist below first, because none of it is possible once the account is deleted.

1. Before You Delete

Do all of this while you still have an account. None of it can be done afterwards.

Move your money out

Send every NeuroWallet balance to a wallet you control. Close or settle whatever is still open on a connected exchange, and let any pending deposit or cash-out finish.NeuroWallet is self-custodial, and the app cannot yet export your private key. Delete the account with assets still in the wallet and you have no way left to reach them. That money is gone.

Cancel your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid plan. Pro and Ultra are billed by the store or payment provider you subscribed through, not by your Neurobro account. The plan keeps renewing, and you keep getting charged, after the account is gone. Cancel it first:
  • iOS: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions
  • Android: Play Store, then Payments and subscriptions
  • Web: app.neurobro.ai/user/plans
Once the account is deleted you can no longer sign in to cancel on the web, so do this while you still can.

Cash out referral and partner earnings

Referral or partner money that has not been paid out yet is deleted along with your account, and you cannot claim it later. Ask for the payout and wait for it to land.

2. How to Delete Your Account

Open your account settings

  • Mobile app (iOS and Android): Profile, then Account
  • Web: app.neurobro.ai, then Settings, then Account

Tap Delete Account and confirm

Read the confirmation screen before you tap it. Confirming deletes the account right then, for good.
If you cannot get to the delete option - you are locked out, the app will not load, or something else is in the way - email support@neurobro.ai and we will help you reach it. We can walk you through deleting the account yourself, but we cannot press the button for you.

3. What Deletion Does and Does Not Do

  • Every way of signing in goes, not just the one you used. Email, Google, Apple, Telegram, and connected wallets are all doors into the same Neurobro account. Deleting it closes all of them at once.
  • Deleting the app does not delete your account. Removing the app from your phone removes the app and nothing else. Your account and your data stay until you delete them in the app.
  • Signing up again gives you a new, empty account. You can register with the same email or wallet later, but nothing comes back - no chats, no portfolio, no wallet history, no subscription, no referral earnings.

4. Data That Will Be Deleted

We delete this data, or strip it of anything that ties it to you:

Account profile data

Name, email address, login identifiers

Profile information

Alpha Profile data, preferences, settings

Usage data

Application usage linked to your account

Authentication data

Links to wallets or third-party logins

Chat history

AI Agent messages and conversation context

Connected exchange & portfolio data

Exchange API credentials, balances, trade/order/transfer/ledger history, positions and PnL, net-worth history, and on-chain wallet data from Portfolio Tracking

NeuroWallet records

Wallet identifiers and addresses, trade and withdrawal history, and wallet net-worth snapshots. The wallet itself is self-custodial, so it and its on-chain assets stay on the blockchain - withdraw your funds first (see Before You Delete)

5. Data That We May Need to Keep

Some data we have to hold on to, either because the law requires it or because we need it to keep the service safe:
  • Security records: The minimum needed to prevent fraud and abuse (IP addresses, flagged wallet addresses, security logs)
  • Aggregated analytics: Anonymized numbers that cannot be traced back to you
  • Server logs: IP-level logs kept for up to 30 days, unless we need them longer for a security investigation (see our Privacy Policy)
  • Billing and tax records: Subscription and payment records kept for accounting and tax rules, usually for as long as the subscription ran plus 24 months, as described in our Privacy Policy
When we do keep something, we keep only what we have to, restrict who can see it, and store it apart from your deleted account. It is used for legal compliance, security, and aggregated analytics, and nothing else.

6. Onchain Data and Blockchain Transactions

Transactions written to a public blockchain cannot be changed or deleted, by us or by anyone else. What we can delete is on our side: the links between your account and your wallet addresses, the internal logs that identify you, and any record in our databases connecting you to that onchain activity. The transactions themselves stay on the public ledger, where anyone who knows the address can see them. That is how blockchains work, and it is outside our control.
