# CLAUDE Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/CLAUDE # Neurobro Docs - Claude instructions This repository is the Neurobro documentation site, built with Mintlify (`docs.json` is the nav/config; pages are `.mdx`). ## Content style - hard rules * **Never use em dashes or en dashes (the long dashes, `U+2014` / `U+2013`) in any content.** Always use `-` (space, hyphen, space) instead. This applies to every `.mdx` page, its frontmatter, `docs.json`, and any user-facing text. No exceptions. ## Design system - subscription tiers * **Pro is always silver; Ultra is always gold** - per the Neurobro mobile design system (`neurobro-terminal-mobile`, `lib/core/theme/app_theme_colors.dart`). Use these hex values: * Pro (silver): `#94ACC4` (dark) / `#4A6278` (light) * Ultra (gold): `#D4A537` (dark) / `#C49500` (light) * On the dark-default docs, use the dark values (`#94ACC4`, `#D4A537`) - e.g. the `color` prop on tier ``s. Pro uses a hexagon icon, Ultra a gem icon (matching mobile). * **Basic is neutral, never red** - use a grey such as `#94A3B8` for its icon. * **Tier benefit checkmarks are neutral grey** (`#83838B`, `textSecondary`), matching mobile's default - the accent colour only appears on the currently-selected tier. Colour the tier icon, not the checks. ## Workflow * After editing content, run `mint broken-links` and make sure it passes before committing. * Keep legal pages (`legal/*.mdx`) changes isolated in their own commit, separate from other docs changes. # LEGAL TODO Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/LEGAL_TODO # Legal TODO Tracking legal elements/pages that need to be added, updated, or completed. Items marked **⚠ COUNSEL** require a legal/business decision before publishing. Items checked `[x]` were applied to `terms-of-use.mdx` (v0.7) / `privacy-policy.mdx` (v0.8); latest pass 2026-05-22. Analytics: PostHog replaced with self-hosted, open-source Matomo (in-house); Google Analytics and Sentry retained. ## Affiliate / Exchange Disclosure * [x] **Affiliate Disclosure page** — `legal/affiliate-disclosure.mdx` finalized (May 22, 2026): removed the draft TODO, discloses commission + geo-gating in FTC-clear wording, cross-links to ToS/PP, contact set to info\@. Per owner request the page is kept generic — it does NOT name the exchanges or state live scope; those specifics live in ToS §5.3. Counsel sign-off still recommended. * [x] **Exchange naming** — handled in ToS §5.3 and PP §6 (affiliate page intentionally defers to them). * [ ] **Affiliate page per-exchange policy links** — optionally add direct links to each exchange's terms/privacy/AML on the affiliate page (currently cross-linked via ToS §3.5 / PP §6). * [x] **Name all six exchanges** — Binance, OKX, Bybit, KuCoin, Indodax, Tokocrypto disclosed individually in ToS §3 and PP §6 (each a separate legal entity / independent data controller). * [ ] **Affiliate links live only for Bybit & KuCoin** — business/counsel to confirm scope before launch (no longer stated on the affiliate page). Binance/OKX/Indodax/Tokocrypto links currently disabled. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — placeholder benefit figures** — do NOT publish placeholder promo figures (e.g. "-20% fees", "\$10,000 rewards"); replace with contractually accurate terms or risk advertising-law exposure. * [x] **Update Terms of Use affiliate section** — ToS §5.3 (formerly §4.3) updated: names the six exchanges, discloses commission, adds geo-gating; uses "affiliate" terminology throughout. ## Exchange Legal-Document Links * [x] **Embed exchange legal links** — referenced in ToS §3.5 (exchange Terms) and PP §6 (exchange Privacy Policies). Links verified working on 2026-05-19; re-check before publishing. Note: only Terms (ToS) and Privacy (PP) are embedded; AML/compliance links are not embedded in the user-facing docs (most exchanges have no standalone AML URL — see notes below). | Exchange | Document | URL | | ---------- | ---------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | Binance | Terms of Use | [https://www.binance.com/en/terms](https://www.binance.com/en/terms) | | Binance | Privacy Portal | [https://www.binance.com/en/about-legal/privacy-portal](https://www.binance.com/en/about-legal/privacy-portal) | | Binance | Compliance / AML (Binance.US) | [https://www.binance.us/compliance](https://www.binance.us/compliance) | | OKX | Terms of Service | [https://www.okx.com/help/terms-of-service](https://www.okx.com/help/terms-of-service) | | OKX | Privacy Notice | [https://www.okx.com/help/privacy-policy-statement](https://www.okx.com/help/privacy-policy-statement) | | OKX | Risk & Compliance Disclosure (AML) | [https://www.okx.com/help/risk-compliance-disclosure](https://www.okx.com/help/risk-compliance-disclosure) | | Bybit | Terms of Service | [https://www.bybit.com/en/legal/terms-of-service](https://www.bybit.com/en/legal/terms-of-service) | | Bybit | Privacy Policy | [https://www.bybit.com/en/legal/policies-and-rules/privacy-policy](https://www.bybit.com/en/legal/policies-and-rules/privacy-policy) | | Bybit | User Protection & Compliance (AML) | [https://www.bybit.com/en/promo/global/user-protection](https://www.bybit.com/en/promo/global/user-protection) | | KuCoin | Terms of Use | [https://www.kucoin.com/legal/terms-of-use](https://www.kucoin.com/legal/terms-of-use) | | KuCoin | Privacy Policy | [https://www.kucoin.com/legal/privacy-policy](https://www.kucoin.com/legal/privacy-policy) | | Indodax | Terms and Conditions | [https://help.indodax.com/hc/en-us/articles/4416650994585-Terms-and-Conditions](https://help.indodax.com/hc/en-us/articles/4416650994585-Terms-and-Conditions) | | Indodax | Privacy Notice | [https://help.indodax.com/hc/en-us/articles/19751527469721-Privacy-Notice](https://help.indodax.com/hc/en-us/articles/19751527469721-Privacy-Notice) | | Tokocrypto | User Agreement (Terms of Service) | [https://support.tokocrypto.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004044971-Tokocrypto-User-Agreement](https://support.tokocrypto.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004044971-Tokocrypto-User-Agreement) | | Tokocrypto | Privacy Policy | [https://support.tokocrypto.com/hc/en-us/articles/21694168727565-Privacy-Policy](https://support.tokocrypto.com/hc/en-us/articles/21694168727565-Privacy-Policy) | | Tokocrypto | AML/CFT Policy | [https://support.tokocrypto.com/hc/en-us/articles/4812240530317-AML-CFT-Policy-in-Tokocrypto](https://support.tokocrypto.com/hc/en-us/articles/4812240530317-AML-CFT-Policy-in-Tokocrypto) | Notes on gaps (no standalone, verifiable AML-policy URL exists): * **Binance** — no global standalone AML page; AML is inside the Terms. The dedicated compliance page exists only on the US entity. The global Privacy Notice is jurisdiction-specific, so the Privacy Portal is the canonical entry point. * **Bybit** — no standalone canonical AML document; the User Protection & Compliance page is the closest official page. AML obligations are also embedded in the Terms. * **KuCoin** — no standalone public AML/CTF URL; AML/CTF content is incorporated into the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. * **Indodax** — no standalone AML page; AML/CFT is covered within the Terms and Privacy Notice. Help-center pages are bot-protected (HTTP 403 to automated browsers) but confirmed published. * **Tokocrypto** — all three documents (incl. a dedicated AML/CFT policy) confirmed via the help-center API. ## Privacy Policy updates * [x] **Disclose exchange/portfolio financial data collected** — PP §2 now covers credentials, balances/holdings, full trade/order/transfer/ledger history, open positions & PnL, net-worth history, public wallet addresses and on-chain transaction IDs, with a sensitivity warning. * [x] **Sub-processor list** — PP §6 "Third Parties and Sub-Processors" lists the 6 exchanges, AWS, Alchemy, CoinGecko, the LLM providers, and the existing analytics/payment processors. * [x] **AI provider transparency** — PP §7 names the LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, xAI, DeepSeek), discloses that portfolio data is sent as context, and notes routing varies by tier/backend. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — DeepSeek routing** — decided (disclosed in PP §7) & applied; counsel still to confirm acceptability of China-based routing of financial data for EU/UK users. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — full-history ingestion** — lawful basis stated as Contract in PP §2 & applied; counsel to confirm (GDPR Art. 6). * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — retention period** — event-based retention adopted & applied in PP §4 (retained until disconnect/account deletion); counsel to confirm against GDPR Art. 5(1)(e) storage limitation. * [x] **Document deletion mechanics** — PP §5 "Erase" extended: disconnect hard-deletes that exchange's data; account deletion cascades to all portfolio data. Cross-references `legal/account-deletion.mdx`. * [x] **Net-worth snapshot retention** — disclosed in PP §2 and §4 (retained for the life of the account, deleted on account deletion). * [x] **International data transfer disclosure** — PP §8 "Third-Party Processing" updated for the new sub-processors and the EU/US/Singapore/China jurisdictions. * [x] **Per-exchange data-coverage differences** — noted in PP §2 (some connected exchanges provide spot-only data). ## Terms of Service / Terms of Use updates * [x] **Read-only API key / non-custodial disclaimer** — ToS §3 "Read-Only Exchange Connections" added: read-only keys only, no order-execution/trading/withdrawal capability. * [x] **No financial advice for AI portfolio commentary** — ToS §4.4 added covering AI-generated commentary on the user's connected portfolio. * [x] **NFA / DYOR disclaimer** — extended in ToS §4 (informational only, not advice, DYOR, consult professionals). * [x] **Jurisdiction / eligibility clause** — ToS §5.3 documents affiliate-link geo-gating (sanctions: Iran/North Korea/Cuba/Syria; UK FCA regime; per-exchange blocks) and clarifies it affects affiliate-link display only. ## Critical review findings (2026-05-22) — counsel / engineering required From the four-agent legal review of PR #77. These are NOT pure wording fixes — each needs a legal or engineering decision before launch. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — EU & UK Art. 27 representatives (MISSING)** — a US-only controller serving/monitoring EU/UK users must appoint, and disclose, both an EU and a UK representative. Neither is named. Standalone GDPR breach. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — DeepSeek/China transfer mechanism** — bare "SCCs where applicable" is likely indefensible for China (no adequacy; Schrems II TIA; live DPA bans on DeepSeek in Italy/Germany). Exclude DeepSeek for EU/UK users or hold a documented TIA. (Strengthens the existing DeepSeek item.) * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — UK FCA core-service exposure** — ToS §5.3 states geo-gating does not restrict the core Services, but promoting \$BRO + AI Alpha to UK consumers may itself be a regulated financial promotion (criminal exposure) regardless of affiliate links. Decide: geo-block core promotional/AI Alpha/token surface for the UK, or obtain a lawful route. ToS currently understates this. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — consumer arbitration clause** — ToS §13 mandatory Delaware arbitration is likely unenforceable against EU/UK consumers (UCTD/Brussels Ia) and omits a US class-action waiver. Add a class-action waiver + EU/UK/Canada consumer carve-out. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — CCPA/CPRA California section** — add notice-at-collection, California consumer rights, and the SPI right-to-limit (exchange API credentials = Sensitive Personal Information under CPRA). Currently only one line. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — Art. 22 profiling/ADM disclosure** — disclose the existence, logic, and significance of AI profiling of user portfolios (AI Alpha, portfolio commentary). * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — lawful-basis reconciliation** — ToS §9.2 grants a "perpetual license … for training" while PP §7 says LLM data is used "solely to generate the response you requested." Reconcile, and give training/improvement its own basis (consent or LI + balancing test). * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — ePrivacy cookie/analytics consent** — GA/Matomo/Sentry client SDKs require prior opt-in consent in EU/UK; PP labels analytics "legitimate interest" in places. Confirm the cookie banner is prior, granular, opt-in and align the stated basis. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — MSB/custody framing** — ToS §2 states "not a money-services business / not a custodian" as fact. Soften to a position and obtain a FinCEN + state-MTL + \$BRO buy-back-mechanic memo. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — AML/sanctions reconciliation** — ToS §1.2 and §5.3 carry two different sanctions lists; reference the live OFAC program rather than enumerating, and align the "we screen users" claim with the identity data actually collected (social/email login + read-only key, no KYC). * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — Indonesia PDP Law cross-border transfer** — transfers of Indonesian users' financial data to the US/China need a PDP-compliant mechanism (in addition to the PSE/ITSK reviews below). * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — DPIA** — perform and document a Data Protection Impact Assessment (large-scale sensitive financial data + portfolio monitoring + China transfer trigger Art. 35). * [ ] **In-product affiliate disclosure (FTC)** — FTC 16 CFR Part 255 requires a clear-and-conspicuous disclosure adjacent to each affiliate link in-product, not only on the policy page. * [ ] **Per-exchange data-coverage table** — current disclosure is a light inline note; consider a per-exchange breakdown of what data each exchange exposes. ## NeuroWallet (mobile self-custodial wallet + spot trading) — added 2026-07-07 Applied to `terms-of-use.mdx` (v0.8) and `privacy-policy.mdx` (v0.9): NeuroWallet is positioned as a non-custodial embedded wallet (Privy, Solana + Base), spot-only, with trades routed via Relay and priced via Codex. Verified against `neurobro-terminal-mobile` and `neurobro-terminal-backend` (dev + wallet branches). * [x] **ToS Section 2 restructured** — "Non-Custodial Nature & NeuroWallet": embedded wallet (Privy/TEE), non-custodial key model, "not exchange/broker/custodian/adviser" conduit disclaimer, user-initiated trades + third-party infra + delegated signing, spot-only, eligibility, wallet risk. * [x] **ToS §5.2 fee** — discloses 0.50% (50 bps) NeuroWallet platform fee + third-party routing/service fee + gas (contradicted the prior "no platform fee" wording, now scoped to Neurobro Web only). * [x] **ToS §13** — added class-action + jury-trial waiver + 1-year claim limitation (fomo parity). * [x] **PP** — added NeuroWallet embedded-wallet data, trade/withdrawal activity, wallet net-worth snapshots; Privy/Relay/Codex sub-processors; US/Canada international transfer; retention + deletion + public-ledger warning. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — key export claim** — per owner instruction the docs state key export is "coming soon." The current build's `exportPrivateKey()` is a stub that throws (no in-app export UI). Ship the export flow before, or shortly after, launch so the "self-custodial / you control your keys" representation is fully supported; otherwise reconcile the wording. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL - delegated signer / custody characterization** - SUPERSEDED BY CUSTODY V2, PARTIALLY. Trades and withdrawals are now signed on-device by the user and merely relayed by the backend; no new delegations can be granted. BUT `WALLET_LEGACY_DELEGATED_EXECUTE` still defaults `True`, so an execute request arriving without client signatures still falls through to server-quorum signing for older installed builds. ToS §2.4 now discloses this wind-down. The absolute "we can never sign for your wallet" wording becomes safe only once `wallet_grants` holds no active `legacy_trade_execution` rows and the flag is flipped. Historic note follows: the backend held a policy-scoped Privy delegated signer and submitted user-initiated swaps server-side with no per-tx prompt (session-signer model). Confirm the "limited delegated swap authorization" disclosure adequately characterizes this and does not undermine the non-custodial / not-an-MSB position. Also tighten the on-chain policy allowlist (a broad wildcard exists on Base in the current build - engineering security ticket) before launch. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL - NeuroWallet country blocklist + EU/MiCA** - STALE FACTS CORRECTED 2026-08-19. There is no tier gate (the wallet is open to all tiers) and no US/GB/JP 451. The wallet is GLOBAL: `WALLET_AVAILABLE_COUNTRIES`, `WALLET_BLOCKED_COUNTRIES` and `WALLET_COMING_SOON_COUNTRIES` are all empty. Live restrictions are CU/IR/KP/SY plus occupied Ukraine (451 app-wide), RU/BY/VE/MM (403 on execution only), and US/GB on perpetual futures and tokenized equities only. Unknown geo fails CLOSED for wallet execution, not open. Now documented in ToS §1.4. Docs currently say "select jurisdictions" generically per owner instruction. Finalize the definitive list and decide the EU position (MiCA: exchange/execution/RTO/advice/portfolio-management exposure even though non-custodial) before launch. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL - MSB/MTL for execution + fee** - URGENT, gated on the Apple App Review response. The fee is not a flat 0.50%: it is tier-scaled (Basic 0.50% / Pro 0.40% / Ultra 0.30%) with a $0.25 floor, plus a $0.50 withdrawal fee and a 0.05% perpetual-futures builder fee, all now disclosed in ToS §5.2. The ToS **no longer states a position** on money-transmitter or MSB status (owner decision 2026-08-19, following a comparison with FOMO Labs, Inc., a direct comparable that states none): §2.1 now says only that Neurobro is not registered with or licensed by any regulatory authority. The FinCEN "total independent control" argument remains available and is architecturally supportable post-Custody-v2, but it is now an unpublished position held in reserve, and it is contingent on the legacy delegated path above being closed. Refresh the FinCEN + state-MTL memo to cover NeuroWallet specifically. * [x] **Fiat on-ramp and cash-out - LIVE, and now documented** - both rails ship through **Onramper** (MoonPay named as the live EEA sell partner); the earlier Crossmint/Transak note is obsolete. Covered in ToS §2.8 and PP §2/§6/§8 as independent controllers collecting KYC directly from users. Open item: the **merchant of record is not established** anywhere in code or contract - confirm against the Onramper agreement before making any representation about who contracts with the user. * [ ] **Provider legal links to verify before publish** — Privy Terms/Privacy (privy.io), Relay Terms/Privacy (relay.link — Cloudflare-blocked to automated checks; confirm exact paths + operating entity Uneven Labs, Inc. in a browser), Codex Terms/Privacy (dashboard.codex.io). * [ ] **Auth branding vs code** — docs use "Neurobro Pass" for auth; NeuroWallet uses Privy Custom Auth (backend-minted JWT) under the hood. Confirm "Neurobro Pass" remains the correct user-facing brand for the wallet login. ### Non-custodial doctrine — references for counsel (ToS §2 language maps to these) The §2 non-custodial wording was deliberately drafted to track the regulatory tests below. The **words are only true if the facts hold** — specifically (i) ship key export and (ii) tighten the Base delegated-signer allowlist so it genuinely cannot divert funds. * **FinCEN "total independent control" test** — FIN-2019-G001 §4.2 (four-factor test; money transmission = "acceptance and transmission of value"), §4.2.1 (unhosted-wallet safe harbor), **§4.2.2 (multi-signature safe harbor: a key acting "at the request of the owner" that "does not have total independent control" is not a money transmitter)**, §4.5.1–4.5.2 (software/tool vs. service). Also FIN-2013-G001. Counsel to confirm exact section numbers against the PDF. * **Coin Center control test** — "execute unilaterally or prevent indefinitely a transaction"; non-custodial + multi-sig participants are not money transmitters. * **Commercial precedent for the delegated signer** — Coinbase "spend permissions" / session keys marketed as non-custodial ("under your sole control," scoped, revocable); Privy delegated-actions (user consent, revocable, key never accessible, TEE-only signing). Privy's User Terms make the developer (us) responsible for disclosing delegation and obtaining consent — now done in §2.4. * **⚠ COUNSEL — MiCA RTO/execution (custody-independent)** — non-custodial does NOT exempt: receiving swap requests and transmitting them to Relay is likely **Reception & Transmission of Orders (Art. 3(1)(23))**, and the delegated signer risks tipping into **Execution of Orders (Art. 3(1)(21))**. Recital 22's "fully decentralised without any intermediary" carve-out does not apply to a fee-charging interface with a legal operator and backend execution. This is a licensing analysis for any EU launch, not a drafting fix. ESMA Level-3 guidance on the decentralization test expected 2026. * **Weakening phrases to keep out of docs/marketing/UI** — "we execute trades for you / on your behalf," "we hold/store your balances," "funds in your Neurobro account," "we send/move/transmit your crypto," "we control routing," "we can pause/freeze/seize/reverse," "spread," "we fill your order." (ToS audited; keep the app UI aligned.) ## NeuroAPI (developer API) — added 2026-07-21 New page `legal/api-terms.mdx` (v0.2, DRAFT) created for GitHub issue #87. Also applied to `terms-of-use.mdx` (v0.9) and `privacy-policy.mdx` (v0.10), and added to the Legal nav in `docs.json` + linked from the NeuroAPI product page (`technical/neuroapi/index.mdx`). Evidence base for the copy: whitepaper NeuroAPI page + `neurobro-terminal-backend` agent\_core (`agent_neuroapi.py`, `neuroapi_pipeline.py`, `neuroapi.yaml`), read-only. NeuroAPI = paid public API, single-turn/stateless, caller sends a question (+ optional custom system prompt + optional output schema), returns AI-generated analysis across crypto/stocks/forex/commodities; three modes (FAST/SMART = DeepSeek, MAX = OpenAI). The API HTTP service (auth/billing/rate-limit/logging) is a separate origin (api.neurobro.ai / neuroapi backend) not checked out locally. * [x] **API Terms page** — grant/scope, API-key security, permitted/prohibited uses (rate-limit circumvention, resale/redistribution, competing-model training, reverse engineering, infra abuse, unlawful use, Output misrepresentation, unlawful Input), fees/plans/rate limits (by reference), Output rights + AI disclaimers + End-User disclosure, data/privacy + third-party AI transmission, availability/deprecation, suspension/termination, disclaimers/indemnity/governing law (by reference to ToS §11–13). * [x] **ToS incorporation** — NeuroAPI added to Operator & Scope services list; API Terms incorporated by reference (API Terms control for NeuroAPI on conflict); clarified NeuroAPI ≠ read-only exchange "API keys" (ToS §3). * [x] **PP disclosures** — new NeuroAPI developer account & request-data accordion (API-key identifiers, request Inputs/Output, usage metadata; stateless single-turn); LLM-provider section extended to NeuroAPI Inputs (DeepSeek/OpenAI); Summary bullet + retention entry. * \[\~] **⚠ COUNSEL — Output rights + training conflict (training half RESOLVED in drafting)** — Per owner instruction (2026-07-24), the *training* half is now resolved for NeuroAPI: ToS §9.2 amended to carve NeuroAPI Inputs/Output out of the perpetual training license; API Terms §7.3 states an affirmative "we do not train on your Inputs/Output" commitment; API Terms §8.2 + PP §7 disclose that third-party providers train independently (OpenAI does not train on API data; DeepSeek may). **STILL OPEN:** (a) the Output-rights *model* — license (drafted) vs assignment, and reconciliation with ToS §9.1's blanket ownership claim; (b) confirm the no-training commitment matches the actual API logging/retention pipeline (separate origin); (c) the consumer-app ToS §9.2 vs PP §7 conflict is unaffected by this API carve-out and remains tracked separately. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — DeepSeek/China routing of Developer Inputs** — Developer Inputs may be routed to DeepSeek (China) by the backend's automated routing (currently the FAST/SMART tiers); Inputs may be at scale and may contain End-User personal data. **Disclosure strengthened (2026-07-24):** API Terms §8.2 now describes automated routing (no mode→provider mapping pinned in the public terms, per owner instruction) and names DeepSeek's China storage + model-training use with a citation, telling Customers to treat every Input as if it may reach any listed provider. Disclosure alone likely does not cure the transfer — still decide whether DeepSeek must be excluded for EU/UK Inputs or a region-pinned model offered; refresh the TIA. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — controller/processor + DPA** — where a Customer submits its End Users' personal data as Input, Neurobro likely acts as the Customer's *processor*, requiring a Data Processing Agreement / API-specific data terms and Art. 28 language. None exists yet. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — fee model reconciliation** — marketing states subscriptions from \$49.99/mo + enterprise; the internal pipeline is implemented as pay-per-call with no per-call tier gating. Confirm whether NeuroAPI is billed by subscription, metered usage, or both, before publishing (API Terms §6.1 currently defers to the pricing page + ToS §5.1). * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — x402 coverage** — decide whether these API Terms also govern the x402 pay-per-request interface (same agent/toolset, no API keys) or whether x402 needs its own terms. * [ ] **TODO-owner — publish concrete rate limits** — the product docs state no numeric rate limits/quotas/concurrency caps; API Terms §6.2 references "published limits" generically. Populate real per-plan figures. * [ ] **TODO-owner — API retention periods** — confirm retention for NeuroAPI Inputs, Output, and usage/billing logs (not verifiable from the docs repo) so PP §4 can state a concrete period instead of "pending confirmation". * [x] **Entity-name inconsistency — RESOLVED (2026-07-24)** — Aligned the whole corpus to **NeuroFoundation, LLC** (matching `legal/license.mdx`) per owner instruction, in a dedicated commit: renamed across Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, API Terms, Affiliate Disclosure, Account Deletion, and the Company page. Counsel to confirm this is the correct registered legal name. ## Data Security Statement (new document — not yet started) * [ ] **Create a Data Security Statement** — new legal page describing the security model. * [ ] **Encryption model** — exchange credentials protected with AWS KMS envelope encryption (AES-256-GCM), a unique per-record data-encryption key, encrypted blob stored as binary in PostgreSQL; production-isolated CMK (`alias/neurobro-exchange-credentials-prod`); supports in-place credential rotation with key-version audit trail. * [ ] **Read-only access model** — no execution capability (`supports_execute = False` hardcoded; sandbox/paper-trading disabled). * [ ] **Transport & scoping** — HTTPS/TLS in transit; all data user-scoped; cascading deletion. * [ ] **Describe memory handling honestly** — credentials held in memory only for the duration of a single connect/sync operation; do not overstate (Python cannot guarantee explicit memory zeroization). * [ ] **Self-hosted observability** — note that the memory sync service uses no third-party error-tracking SDK; observability there is self-hosted (Loki). (Product analytics is also self-hosted via Matomo.) ## Regulatory / jurisdiction reviews * [ ] **Indonesia PSE / foreign ESO registration** — review whether registration as a foreign Electronic System Operator (PSE) is required. * [ ] **OJK ITSK framework** — review applicability of the OJK ITSK framework (covers technology innovation affecting products, activities, services, or business models in the digital financial ecosystem). * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — confirm country blocklists** — code blocklists are "starter data from 2026-05-18 legal research" and must be counsel-confirmed before launch; specifically flagged: Indonesia, the UK FCA regime, and Bybit-in-Malaysia. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL — core-service jurisdiction restriction** — decide whether the core portfolio/exchange-connect service (not just affiliate links) needs country-based access control. ## Product documentation * [ ] **API key creation guidelines** — add per-exchange API key creation guidelines, broken down by supported region, covering required permissions (read-only) and regional availability. ## Engineering prerequisites (block accurate legal copy) * [ ] **Scrub Sentry SQL parameters** — SQLAlchemy integration may capture SQL query parameters (user IDs, financial values) despite `send_default_pii=False`; add explicit scrubbing before claiming no financial data leaves systems for monitoring. * [ ] **Sanitize exchange error logs** — raw exchange error messages (`str(exc)`) can contain balance amounts or masked API-key fragments; sanitize before launch. * [ ] **Enforce `REDIS_PASSWORD` in production** — the sync queue is unauthenticated if unset. * [ ] **Decide on a retention-purge job** — confirm/decide whether old trade/order/ledger/transfer history is purged on a schedule. ## Opened 2026-08-19 (ToS v1.0 / PP v0.11) Raised by the full reconciliation of the legal corpus against the shipped app. Each has a matching `⚠ COUNSEL` comment inline in the document. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL / BLOCKING - OFAC withdrawal-address list is a placeholder** - ToS §6.2 now states that withdrawal destinations are screened against OFAC-designated digital-currency addresses. The shipped list (`src/assets/ofac_sdn_crypto_addresses.jsonl`) holds **five non-real placeholder rows**, one of them a literal fake address, has **no refresh cadence** (refresh is a manual script), and the gate **fails OPEN** on a missing or malformed list. Populate the authoritative set and set a cadence **before publishing v1.0**, or §6.2 overstates the control. The same claim already appears, in stronger terms, in `products/neurowallet/safety.mdx`. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL - perpetual futures licensing** - offering leveraged derivatives to retail users engages EU MiCA/MiFID, the UK FCA regime, and US CFTC/CEA analysis. US and GB are blocked in code today; no other jurisdiction has been reviewed. ToS §2.6. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL - tokenized equities** - the xStocks and Robinhood-Chain tokens may be securities in several jurisdictions, and operating an interface to them may itself be a regulated activity. US and GB blocked; remaining scope unreviewed. ToS §2.7. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL - merchant of record for fiat rails** - not established in code or in the documents. Confirm against the Onramper agreement. ToS §2.8. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL - sanctions sets are self-described drafts** - `EMBARGOED_COUNTRIES` carries "DRAFT pending counsel sign-off" (Syria most likely to shift) and `HIGH_RISK_EXECUTION_COUNTRIES` carries "starter data (2026-05 legal research)". Separately, the Ukraine sub-region block **may never match**: the Cloudflare `region_code` alphabet was never verified, and it fails open. ToS §1.4. * [ ] **Referral program terms** - now covered in ToS §5.5 and PP. Confirm the payout-refusal discretion, the 30-day hold, and the clawback on refund are enforceable as drafted, and whether paying commissions in USDC creates any licensing or tax-reporting obligation. * [ ] **UK FCA financial promotions** - spot crypto trading is currently offered in the UK with no FCA-authorised approver for financial promotions. Apple's App Review has asked for evidence of compliance under Guideline 3.1.5. Either block GB for all NeuroWallet execution or obtain an approver. * [ ] **Verify private-key export actually ships** - ToS §2.2 still says "coming soon" and the mobile docs now describe a biometric-gated signing path used by key export. Confirm against the current build and update the `` if it has shipped. ## Opened 2026-08-27 (ToS v1.1 - tokenized-equity expansion) Raised by reviewing the spot-stocks work on `dev` against the legal corpus. The catalogue went from 17 rows and one issuer in the released build to **699 active rows across four spot issuers** (Ondo 435, Robinhood 194, xStocks 47, Backpack 13), which is what prompted the v1.1 amendments. Items marked ⚠ COUNSEL have a matching comment inline in ToS §2.7. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL / BLOCKING - issuing entities are named at product level only** - §2.7 now names Backed Finance, Ondo, Backpack and Robinhood Europe UAB. Only Robinhood Europe UAB is a verified registered entity; the other three are product-level names, because the registered issuer was not establishable from our own systems. Confirm each before publication - the Section tells the user their claim lies against that entity. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL / BLOCKING - per-issuer restricted jurisdictions** - the app enforces a single `["US","GB"]` block across all four issuers, but their own distribution scopes differ and are narrower. **Robinhood Europe UAB distributes only within the EEA**, so its 194 tokens are currently routable to users outside it; Ondo and Backed each publish restricted lists broader than US/GB. Obtain each issuer's list, then either gate per issuer or narrow the country allowlist. §2.7 is drafted forward-compatibly, but the code does not yet match it. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL - market data licensing** - stock price history and the 52-week band come from Yahoo Finance via the unofficial `yfinance` scraper, served to users in a paid commercial product. Yahoo's terms prohibit commercial redistribution and the underlying series is exchange-licensed. Decide whether to license a redistributable feed or disable the charts. * [ ] **⚠ COUNSEL - analyst recommendations under MAR** - the asset page shows a Buy/Hold/Sell consensus, a target price and an implied upside, with no source, no as-of date and no "not advice" statement. The consensus tier is **computed by the app**, which may make Neurobro the producer of an investment recommendation rather than a disseminator, engaging EU MAR Art. 20 and Delegated Regulation 2016/958 (producer identity, date, conflicts). * [ ] **Third-party image licensing** - commodity logos hotlink Wikimedia Commons thumbnails (CC BY / CC BY-SA, shown with no attribution, which the licence requires) and stock logos hotlink a paid vendor CDN (`images.financialmodelingprep.com`) directly from the client. Self-host both, and carry attribution for the Wikimedia set or replace it. * [ ] **Point-of-order representation is not collected** - §2.7 states the user represents and warrants their U.S. Person status, location and non-circumvention "by placing a tokenized-equity order". The app never asks. Perpetual futures implement exactly this gate; tokenized equities have no equivalent. Tracked as MOB-01 in `neurobro-terminal-mobile`. * [ ] **Reconcile the in-app dividend copy with §2.7** - the asset page states dividends are "automatically reinvested into the token's value" for tokenized stocks generally, which describes one issuer's mechanism. §2.7 has been rewritten to make distribution treatment issuer-specific; the app copy must be made per-issuer or removed to match. Tracked as MOB-04. # Company Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/foundation/company Who we are and what we build ## What we build? Our main product is [Neurobro](https://neurobro.ai): **your all-in-one AI for finance.** From a wallet only you control, on web and mobile, you can: * **Research** any market in plain language * **Trade** straight from your wallet * **Invest** with the AI's read alongside you * **Earn** on what you hold Ask Neurobro a question and it researches the market for you - crypto, stocks, forex, commodities, and prediction markets - then gives back an answer you can act on. The research runs on more than 200 specialized agents and our own market data. Trading is built into the same app. NeuroWallet is non-custodial, so you buy and sell without leaving Neurobro and still hold your own keys and funds. **Neurobro Web** and **Neurobro Mobile**, plus lightweight access in **Telegram** - one login for all of them. [**NeuroAPI**](/technical/neuroapi) - the same research over an API. **Nevron** - our open-source agent framework. ## Our Approach We build financial products, so the cost of being wrong is somebody's money. A few choices follow from that. ### We start from the AI Most finance apps bolt a chatbot onto a conventional app. We built Neurobro the other way around: the agent is the product, and the app exists to make its answers useful. Reading prices, on-chain flows, and news across dozens of markets is slow, repetitive work that an agent handles well and a person rarely has time for. ### Your money stays yours NeuroWallet is non-custodial. We never hold your funds, because the day a company holds your money, its problems become yours - its solvency, its mistakes, its incentives. You keep your keys and your balance, and you can act on Neurobro's answers without handing control to anyone, us included. ### Research without the desk Live data, deep research, and on-chain tracking used to sit behind terminals that cost thousands a month. We put the same kind of analysis behind a question you can ask from your phone, so a first-time buyer and a full-time trader start from the same information. ### Security comes first Moving money raises the stakes past what a chatbot usually deals with, since a wrong action costs you right away. So security shapes the build from the start: how the wallet signs, how the agent behaves on a step that moves funds, and what we ask you to confirm before it does. When something can go badly wrong, we slow it down. ## Company details NeuroFoundation, LLC is registered in Delaware, United States, and was incorporated in 2025. We want research of that quality to be something anyone can open on their phone. ## The problem we're solving Most people trade on noise while institutions have the edge. A few reasons why: * **The data is public, the insight isn't.** Prices and filings are open to everyone, but turning them into a decision takes tools and time most people don't have. * **The tools are hard to use.** A lot of market software is harder to learn than the markets it's meant to explain. * **Nothing is tailored to you.** Generic tools ignore your holdings, your goals, and how much you already know. Neurobro does that work for you. It processes around 300GB of data with AI and hands back a straight answer, tuned to what you hold and follow. ## What we believe? Good data and analysis shouldn't be limited to hedge funds and full-time traders. Protect user data and funds through non-custodial architecture - you keep full control of your keys and assets. Build in the open (our agent framework [Nevron](https://github.com/axioma-ai-labs/nevron) is open source) and be honest about what AI can and cannot do. Keep adding data sources, widening market coverage, and improving our models. # Account Deletion Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/legal/account-deletion How to delete your Neurobro account and associated data Last Updated: August 25, 2026 You delete your Neurobro account yourself, from inside the app. **No one at Neurobro can delete it for you** - not support, not the team, no one. The delete button is the only way, and you will find it in the mobile app and on the web. **Deleting your account is permanent, and it happens straight away.** Once you confirm, the account is gone, and nobody can bring it back - not you, and not the Neurobro team. There is no undo, no waiting period, no recovery. Work through the checklist below first, because none of it is possible once the account is deleted. ## 1. Before You Delete Do all of this while you still have an account. None of it can be done afterwards. Send every NeuroWallet balance to a wallet you control. Close or settle whatever is still open on a connected exchange, and let any pending deposit or cash-out finish. NeuroWallet is self-custodial, and the app cannot yet export your private key. Delete the account with assets still in the wallet and you have no way left to reach them. That money is gone. **Deleting your account does not cancel a paid plan.** Pro and Ultra are billed by the store or payment provider you subscribed through, not by your Neurobro account. The plan keeps renewing, and you keep getting charged, after the account is gone. Cancel it first: * **iOS**: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions * **Android**: Play Store, then Payments and subscriptions * **Web**: [app.neurobro.ai/user/plans](https://app.neurobro.ai/user/plans) Once the account is deleted you can no longer sign in to cancel on the web, so do this while you still can. Referral or partner money that has not been paid out yet is deleted along with your account, and you cannot claim it later. Ask for the payout and wait for it to land. ## 2. How to Delete Your Account * **Mobile app (iOS and Android)**: Profile, then **Account** * **Web**: [app.neurobro.ai](https://app.neurobro.ai), then Settings, then **Account** Read the confirmation screen before you tap it. Confirming deletes the account right then, for good. If you cannot get to the delete option - you are locked out, the app will not load, or something else is in the way - email **[support@neurobro.ai](mailto:support@neurobro.ai)** and we will help you reach it. We can walk you through deleting the account yourself, but we cannot press the button for you. ## 3. What Deletion Does and Does Not Do * **Every way of signing in goes, not just the one you used.** Email, Google, Apple, Telegram, and connected wallets are all doors into the same Neurobro account. Deleting it closes all of them at once. * **Deleting the app does not delete your account.** Removing the app from your phone removes the app and nothing else. Your account and your data stay until you delete them in the app. * **Signing up again gives you a new, empty account.** You can register with the same email or wallet later, but nothing comes back - no chats, no portfolio, no wallet history, no subscription, no referral earnings. ## 4. Data That Will Be Deleted We delete this data, or strip it of anything that ties it to you: Name, email address, login identifiers Alpha Profile data, preferences, settings Application usage linked to your account Links to wallets or third-party logins AI Agent messages and conversation context Exchange API credentials, balances, trade/order/transfer/ledger history, positions and PnL, net-worth history, and on-chain wallet data from Portfolio Tracking Wallet identifiers and addresses, trade and withdrawal history, and wallet net-worth snapshots. The wallet itself is self-custodial, so it and its on-chain assets stay on the blockchain - withdraw your funds first (see [Before You Delete](#1-before-you-delete)) ## 5. Data That We May Need to Keep Some data we have to hold on to, either because the law requires it or because we need it to keep the service safe: * **Security records**: The minimum needed to prevent fraud and abuse (IP addresses, flagged wallet addresses, security logs) * **Aggregated analytics**: Anonymized numbers that cannot be traced back to you * **Server logs**: IP-level logs kept for up to 30 days, unless we need them longer for a security investigation (see our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy#data-retention)) * **Billing and tax records**: Subscription and payment records kept for accounting and tax rules, usually for as long as the subscription ran plus 24 months, as described in our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy#data-retention) When we do keep something, we keep only what we have to, restrict who can see it, and store it apart from your deleted account. It is used for legal compliance, security, and aggregated analytics, and nothing else. ## 6. Onchain Data and Blockchain Transactions Transactions written to a public blockchain cannot be changed or deleted, by us or by anyone else. What we can delete is on our side: the links between your account and your wallet addresses, the internal logs that identify you, and any record in our databases connecting you to that onchain activity. The transactions themselves stay on the public ledger, where anyone who knows the address can see them. That is how blockchains work, and it is outside our control. ## 7. Questions For your other data protection rights (access, correction, portability), see section 5 of our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy#your-rights-eueea--uk-gdpr). ## Contact [support@neurobro.ai](mailto:support@neurobro.ai) # Affiliate Disclosure Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/legal/affiliate-disclosure How Neurobro discloses its affiliate relationships and referral compensation with cryptocurrency exchanges Last Updated: May 22, 2026 This page explains, clearly and conspicuously, when and how NeuroFoundation, LLC ("Neurobro," "we," "our") earns compensation from affiliate or referral relationships, so you can make an informed decision before using a third-party service we link to. ## 1. We May Earn a Commission Some links in our Services and documentation are **affiliate links**. If you sign up for or use a third-party cryptocurrency exchange through one of these links, we may earn a commission or referral fee from that exchange. This comes at **no additional cost to you** - you do not pay more because you used our link. ## 2. Where Affiliate Links Appear and Who Sees Them Affiliate and promotional links are **geo-gated** and are not shown to all users. In particular, they are not displayed: * in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, including Iran, North Korea, Cuba, and Syria; or * in the United Kingdom, due to the financial-promotions regime administered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Additional per-exchange country restrictions also apply, so a given affiliate link may be unavailable in your jurisdiction even where the above exclusions do not apply. Your detected country determines which links, if any, are shown to you (see our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy) for how we determine your location). ## 3. Our Commitment Affiliate compensation does not change the price you pay and is not a substitute for your own judgment. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party exchange or service, and you are solely responsible for evaluating and complying with the terms of any service you choose to use. Nothing on Neurobro is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The existence of an affiliate relationship is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, and is not an endorsement of any investment, token, or trading outcome. Always do your own research (DYOR). ## 4. Related Terms The supported exchanges and the full affiliate disclosure are listed in our [Terms of Use](/legal/terms-of-use) (see "Affiliate Links and Promotional Offers"), and how we use your location data for affiliate eligibility is described in our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy). ## Contact [info@neurobro.ai](mailto:info@neurobro.ai) NeuroFoundation, LLC, 1111B S Governors Ave STE 28958, Dover, DE 19904 # API Terms of Service Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/legal/api-terms Terms governing developer and programmatic access to NeuroAPI Last Updated: August 19, 2026 ALL CONTENT RETURNED BY NEUROAPI IS AI-GENERATED, IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE INVESTMENT, FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. AI OUTPUT MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR OUTDATED. YOU AND YOUR END USERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON IT. SEE SECTION 7. ## Operator & Scope These API Terms of Service ("**API Terms**") govern your access to and use of **NeuroAPI**, the paid developer API operated by NeuroFoundation, LLC ("Operator," "Neurobro," "we," "our"), a company incorporated in Delaware, United States. NeuroAPI provides programmatic access to Neurobro's AI-driven financial intelligence - the same AI agent that powers the Neurobro Mobile App - across crypto, equities, forex, and commodities, returning AI-generated analysis in response to the questions you send. NeuroAPI is a part of the "Services" as defined in our [Terms of Use](/legal/terms-of-use). These API Terms **supplement, and are incorporated into**, the Terms of Use and the [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy); by accessing NeuroAPI you agree to all three. Where a term specific to programmatic access conflicts with the general Terms of Use, these API Terms control **for your use of NeuroAPI only**. All defined terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Use. Company address: NeuroFoundation, LLC, 1111B S Governors Ave STE 28958, Dover, DE 19904 Get an API key and read the technical reference at the [NeuroAPI dashboard](https://neuroapi.neurobro.ai/) and [documentation](https://neuroapi.neurobro.ai/docs). NeuroAPI is a distinct product from Neurobro's x402 pay-per-request interface; access obtained through x402 is governed separately. ## 1. Definitions * **"NeuroAPI"** or the **"API"** - the endpoints, interfaces, documentation, and related developer tooling we make available for programmatic access to Neurobro's financial intelligence. * **"API Key"** - the credential we issue that authenticates requests made under your account. * **"Customer," "you"** - the individual or entity that registers for NeuroAPI and is responsible for the account and all activity under its API Keys. * **"Input"** - the questions, prompts, custom instructions, schemas, and any other content you (or your Application) submit to the API. * **"Output"** - the AI-generated responses the API returns for your Inputs. * **"Application"** - the product, service, agent, tool, or workflow through which you integrate NeuroAPI. * **"End User"** - any person who uses your Application. ## 2. License & Scope of API Access ### 2.1 Grant Subject to your compliance with these API Terms, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy, and to payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the API, during the term of your subscription or plan, solely to develop and operate your Application and to display Output within it. ### 2.2 Reservation of Rights We reserve all rights not expressly granted. NeuroAPI, the underlying AI agents, models, toolsets, prompts, software, and documentation are and remain the property of the Operator or its licensors and are protected as described in Section 9 (Intellectual Property) of the [Terms of Use](/legal/terms-of-use). This license does not grant you any right in the API itself, or any right to the underlying models or infrastructure, beyond the access expressly described here. ### 2.3 Account Responsibility You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API Keys, whether or not authorized by you. You must ensure that your End Users' use of your Application complies with these API Terms, and you remain responsible to us for that use. ## 3. API Keys & Authentication ### 3.1 Issuance and Security Requests to the API must be authenticated with a valid API Key issued to your account. Your API Key is confidential. You are solely responsible for keeping it secret and secure, must not embed it in client-side code or any publicly accessible location, and must not share, sell, or transfer it. You are responsible for all usage and charges attributable to your API Keys. ### 3.2 Compromise If you know or suspect that an API Key has been lost, leaked, or used without authorization, you must rotate or revoke the key promptly through the [NeuroAPI dashboard](https://neuroapi.neurobro.ai/) and notify us at [info@neurobro.ai](mailto:info@neurobro.ai). We may rotate, suspend, or revoke an API Key if we reasonably believe it has been compromised or is being used in breach of these API Terms. ## 4. Permitted Uses You may use NeuroAPI to build and operate an Application that presents Output to your End Users, including trading bots and alpha apps, AI agents, dashboards, and internal research tools, provided you comply with these API Terms, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. You may display and adapt Output within your Application, subject to the disclaimer and attribution requirements in Section 7. ## 5. Prohibited Uses Your use of NeuroAPI is subject to the prohibited-use restrictions in Section 7.2 of the [Terms of Use](/legal/terms-of-use), which apply in addition to this Section. Without limiting those restrictions, you agree not to, and not to permit any End User or third party to: * **Circumvent limits.** Exceed, bypass, or attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, concurrency limits, or plan entitlements; pool, rotate, or share API Keys to aggregate quota; or create multiple accounts to evade limits or a suspension. * **Resell or redistribute.** Resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute API access or raw Output as a stand-alone substitute for the API, or scrape, cache, or store Output in bulk to build a competing or substitute data feed or resell it to third parties. * **Train competing models.** Use the API, Inputs, or Output to train, fine-tune, benchmark for the purpose of building, or otherwise develop a machine-learning model, financial-intelligence service, dataset, or product that competes with Neurobro. This is consistent with the prohibition on reverse-engineering models in the Terms of Use. * **Reverse engineer.** Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code, models, weights, prompts, or underlying tool implementations of the API, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law. * **Disrupt or abuse infrastructure.** Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the API or its infrastructure, including through denial-of-service, automated scraping beyond documented endpoints, or probing, scanning, or testing the security of the Service without authorization. * **Unlawful or harmful use.** Use the API to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right; to engage in market manipulation, fraud, or scams; or to generate or distribute misinformation, spam, malware, or malicious code. * **Misrepresent Output.** Present Output as personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, remove or obscure the disclaimers required by Section 7, or state or imply that Neurobro endorses, guarantees, or is responsible for your Application or any decision made using it. * **Submit unlawful data.** Submit as Input any personal data, or any other data, that you do not have a lawful basis and all necessary rights and consents to submit and to have processed as described in these API Terms and the Privacy Policy (see Section 8). ## 6. Fees, Plans & Rate Limits ### 6.1 Fees Access to NeuroAPI requires a paid plan. Current plans, pricing, included volume, and any enterprise options are described on the [NeuroAPI pricing page](https://neuroapi.neurobro.ai/docs/pricing). Subscription billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and price changes are governed by Section 5.1 and Section 5.4 of the [Terms of Use](/legal/terms-of-use). Fees are for access to Neurobro's software and interface and do not constitute Neurobro taking custody of, or transmitting, your value or your End Users' value. ### 6.2 Rate Limits & Quotas Your use of the API is subject to rate limits, concurrency limits, and usage quotas that vary by plan. The limits applicable to your plan, and the current published limits, are set out in the [documentation](https://neuroapi.neurobro.ai/docs). We may apply, adjust, or enforce these limits - including by throttling, queuing, returning errors, or temporarily suspending access - to protect the availability, security, and integrity of the Service for all users. We will use reasonable efforts to publish material limits in the documentation. ## 7. Output & AI Disclaimers ### 7.1 Nature of Output Output is generated by AI agents and models, drawing on real-time tools and third-party data. As with all of Neurobro's AI content, Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, contradictory, or "hallucinated," and is provided **"as is"** for informational purposes only. The AI disclaimers in Section 4 of the [Terms of Use](/legal/terms-of-use) ("Nature of Neurobro's Intelligence") apply in full to all Output. NeuroAPI does not provide investment, financial, legal, regulatory, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing in the Output is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Output is not personalized advice and is not a substitute for independent research or professional advisers. You and your End Users are solely responsible for any decision made in reliance on the Output, and you should independently verify Output before acting on it or exposing it to automated trading or other high-risk workflows. ### 7.2 Disclosure to End Users If you display Output to End Users, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that the content is AI-generated, may be inaccurate, and does not constitute financial advice, and you must not remove, obscure, or contradict this disclosure. You are responsible for your Application's own compliance with laws applicable to financial content, promotions, and AI-generated material in the jurisdictions where your Application is available. ### 7.3 Rights in Output As between you and Neurobro, and subject to your compliance with these API Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use, reproduce, and adapt the Output returned for your Inputs within your Application. Because the API is a shared, non-deterministic service, Output is not unique to you: similar or identical Output may be generated for other customers, and we retain the right to generate, use, and provide such Output to others. You retain all rights you hold in your Inputs. **We do not use your Inputs or Output to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models.** We process them only to operate, secure, meter, bill, and support the API and to generate the Output you request (see Section 8 and the [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy)). This commitment is ours alone; the third-party providers that generate Output follow their own data practices - including whether they train on Inputs - as described in **Section 8.2**. ## 8. Data & Privacy ### 8.1 How We Process API Data To operate, secure, meter, and bill the API we process: your **API Keys and account/developer identifiers**; the **Inputs** you submit; **Output**; and **request and usage metadata** (such as timestamps, endpoints, token/usage counts, and status codes) used for authentication, rate-limiting, billing, abuse prevention, and debugging. NeuroAPI requests are handled as **stateless, single-turn** calls: we do not maintain conversational history across your API calls in the way the consumer chat products do. Our collection and use of this data is described in, and governed by, the [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy). ### 8.2 Third-Party AI Providers To generate Output, the Inputs you submit are transmitted to third-party large language model (LLM) providers, as described in Section 7 of the [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy). We use **automated routing** to select a model and provider for each request; the provider that handles a given Input depends on our routing and may change at any time, and these providers may be located **outside your country and outside the EEA/UK, including in the United States and in China**. Routing may reach a provider directly or through [**OpenRouter**](https://openrouter.ai), a model-routing service that forwards the request to the model it selects; where OpenRouter is used, it receives the Input in addition to the provider that ultimately handles it, under its own [terms](https://openrouter.ai/terms) and [privacy policy](https://openrouter.ai/privacy). The models used may be **proprietary (closed-weight)** or **open-source (open-weight)**, and the two are used interchangeably. Each provider processes the data it receives under **its own terms and privacy policy**, which separately govern whether and how it retains or uses that data, **including for its own model training**. The providers we may use include: * [**DeepSeek**](https://www.deepseek.com) (Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd.), which stores data in China and, under its [Privacy Policy](https://cdn.deepseek.com/policies/en-US/deepseek-privacy-policy.html), **may use Inputs to train and improve its models**; * [**OpenAI**](https://openai.com), which under its [API data-usage policy](https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/guides/your-data) **does not use data submitted through its API to train its models**; and * [**OpenRouter**](https://openrouter.ai), which routes an Input to a proprietary or open-source model on our behalf and passes it to the provider hosting that model. We may add, change, or substitute providers over time; the current set of providers is described in the [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy). **You are solely responsible** for the Inputs you send. Because routing is automated and you do not choose or control which provider handles a given Input, you must treat every Input as if it may be routed to any of the providers above, to any model they host, whether proprietary or open-source, and, where routing runs through OpenRouter, to the provider OpenRouter selects. You must not submit any Input whose transmission to, or processing by, any of them - including use of the Input to train that provider's models, or storage in that provider's jurisdiction - would not be permitted for the data in question. If your Inputs contain personal data of your End Users or other third parties, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and all necessary rights, notices, and consents for that data to be submitted to NeuroAPI and processed as described here and in the Privacy Policy, including its transmission to, and processing (which may include model training) by, the third-party AI providers above. You must not submit special-category, sensitive, or unlawfully obtained data as Input. ## 9. Service Availability, Changes & Deprecation NeuroAPI is provided without any guarantee of uptime, availability, latency, or continuity. We may add, modify, deprecate, throttle, or discontinue endpoints, models, modes, features, or the API as a whole, and may impose or change limits, at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice of material breaking changes or deprecations through the documentation or developer channels. Beta, preview, or experimental features are provided "as is," may change or be withdrawn without notice, and may carry additional or different terms. ## 10. Suspension & Termination We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to NeuroAPI, and revoke API Keys, with or without notice, if: you breach these API Terms, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy; your account is overdue or unpaid; your usage threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the Service or other users; we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or unlawful use; or we are required to do so by law or by a third-party provider we depend on. Where practicable and lawful, we will aim to give notice and an opportunity to cure non-critical breaches. You may stop using NeuroAPI and cancel your plan at any time as described on the [NeuroAPI dashboard](https://neuroapi.neurobro.ai/). On termination, your license under Section 2 ends, you must stop using the API and cease use of any cached Output except as required by law, and the provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5, 7, 8, and 11-13) survive. ## 11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability THE API AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED **"AS IS"** AND **"AS AVAILABLE"** WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The disclaimers of warranties and the limitations and cap on liability set out in Section 11 of the [Terms of Use](/legal/terms-of-use) apply in full to your use of NeuroAPI and are incorporated here by reference. Without limiting them, we do not warrant that the API will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that Output will be accurate, current, complete, or fit for any purpose, and we are not liable for any loss or damage - including trading losses, lost profits, or losses suffered by your End Users - arising from your use of, or reliance on, the API or Output. ## 12. Indemnification In addition to the indemnity in Section 12.1 of the [Terms of Use](/legal/terms-of-use), you agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from any claim, damage, liability, or cost arising out of or related to your Application, your Inputs, your End Users' use of your Application, your distribution or presentation of Output, or your breach of these API Terms or of any law or third-party right (including data-protection and consumer-protection laws) in connection with your use of NeuroAPI. ## 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These API Terms are governed by, and disputes are resolved under, Section 13 (Governing Law & Dispute Resolution) of the [Terms of Use](/legal/terms-of-use), including its Delaware governing law, informal-resolution step, binding-arbitration, class-action and jury-trial waiver, and time-to-file provisions, which apply to these API Terms as if set out here. ## 14. Version History Disclosed in Section 8.2 that automated routing may reach a provider through **OpenRouter**, a model-routing service that forwards an Input to the model it selects and so receives that Input in addition to the provider ultimately handling it, and that the models used may be **proprietary (closed-weight) or open-source (open-weight)**, used interchangeably. Extended the Customer's sole-responsibility clause to cover any model a provider hosts and the provider OpenRouter selects. Linked each named third-party provider to its own site. Reworked the data-rights model (still DRAFT, pending counsel). Added an affirmative commitment that **Neurobro does not use Inputs or Output to train, fine-tune, or improve its own AI models** (Section 7.3), backed by a matching carve-out of NeuroAPI Inputs/Output from the Terms of Use §9.2 training license. Rewrote Section 8.2 to describe automated routing across third-party AI providers (without pinning any mode to a provider) and to disclose per-provider training behavior with citations - **DeepSeek** may use Inputs to train its models and stores data in China; **OpenAI** does not train on API data - and strengthened the Customer's sole responsibility: because routing is automated and the Customer cannot control which provider handles an Input, it must not submit any Input incompatible with any listed provider's training and data-location practices. Initial draft of the NeuroAPI API Terms of Service (pending counsel review). Introduces the developer API scope and its incorporation into the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; defines API, API Key, Customer, Input, Output, Application, and End User; sets out the access license and reservation of rights; API-key security and account responsibility; permitted and prohibited uses (rate-limit circumvention, resale/redistribution, competing-model training, reverse engineering, infrastructure abuse, unlawful use, misrepresentation of Output, and unlawful Input); fees/plans/rate limits (by reference to the pricing page and Terms of Use); Output rights and AI disclaimers with an End-User disclosure requirement; API data processing and third-party AI-provider transmission (including DeepSeek/China) by reference to the Privacy Policy; service-availability/deprecation; suspension and termination; and disclaimers, indemnification, and governing law by reference to the Terms of Use. # Software License Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/legal/license Neurobro Proprietary License All Neurobro software is proprietary. Summary * We collect only the technical data required to operate our services: wallet addresses, IP‑derived region, server logs, anonymized/aggregated analytics and performance data. * We use [Google Analytics](https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/) together with [Matomo](https://matomo.org) - a self-hosted, open-source analytics tool we run on our own infrastructure - and [Sentry](https://sentry.io) for error and performance monitoring, to improve our services and reliability. Matomo analytics data is not shared with a third-party analytics provider. * For AI Agent services, we collect authentication information and chat history to enable communication. * We collect IP addresses for analytics, product improvement, and geo-compliance purposes. * Subscription payments are processed by [Stripe](https://stripe.com) (web) and Apple/Google (mobile). We do not store full payment-card numbers. * We use Neurobro Pass for authentication with social logins, Telegram, Web3 wallets, and mini-apps, and use JWT tokens for session authentication across our services. * When you use the Portfolio Tracking feature of the Neurobro Mobile App, we collect the exchange API credentials you provide (read-only keys, encrypted at rest) and portfolio and financial data from your connected exchange accounts, including balances, trade, order and transfer history, open positions and profit/loss, and net-worth history over time. * When you use the on-chain portfolio feature, we collect the public blockchain wallet addresses you enter. * When you use **NeuroWallet**, we collect your embedded-wallet identifier and public wallet addresses (Solana, Base, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, and Robinhood Chain) and store a record of the trades, perpetual-futures activity, deposits, and withdrawals you initiate; the wallet is self-custodial and **we never hold or have access to your private keys or seed phrase**. Your wallet is created and secured by [Privy](https://www.privy.io). The trades you initiate are routed and settled on independent third-party venues and protocols, supported by third-party market and token-data providers. Those third parties are named in Section 6. * When you deposit or cash out traditional currency, the transaction is carried out by [Onramper](https://onramper.com) and the licensed payment providers it aggregates, including [MoonPay](https://www.moonpay.com). Those providers collect your identity documents and payment details **directly from you** and perform their own identity verification; we do not receive or store that information. * When you take part in the **referral program**, we collect the payout wallet address you supply, the signed message proving you control it, and a ledger of the commissions you earn. * When you use AI-assisted portfolio features, some of your portfolio data may be transmitted to third-party AI/LLM providers solely to generate the response or insight you requested. * When you use **NeuroAPI**, our paid developer API, we process your developer account and API-key identifiers, the requests (prompts) you send, and usage metadata for authentication, billing, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention; your requests are transmitted to third-party LLM providers (which may include providers in the United States and China) to generate the response. ## 2. What We Collect **Purpose**: Route your transaction and provide non‑custodial services (no platform fees)\ **Lawful Basis**: Contract (you request a swap) **Purpose**: Enforce geo‑blocks & sanctions policy; analytics and product improvement **Lawful Basis**: Legal obligation (OFAC/UN sanctions); Legitimate interest (prevent abuse, analyze usage patterns, improve services) We collect IP addresses to enforce geo-restrictions and sanctions compliance. We also use IP-derived data (country, region) in aggregated analytics dashboards to understand user distribution, measure product adoption, and guide product decisions. IP addresses used for analytics are not linked to individual user accounts. **Purpose**: Regional compliance, content personalization, and affiliate offer eligibility **Lawful Basis**: Legitimate interest (compliance with regional regulations, service personalization) We collect **country-level** geolocation data from the following sources: * **Cloudflare IP geolocation**: Your country is determined from your IP address by our CDN provider ([Cloudflare](https://www.cloudflare.com)) and sent to our servers as a request header. This is country-level only - no precise GPS, city, or street-level location is collected. * **App Store / Play Store region** (mobile only): The country associated with your device's app store, derived from your device locale settings and sent by the mobile app. * **Browser timezone and language** (web only): Your browser's timezone (e.g., "Europe/Berlin") and language preference (e.g., "de-DE"), used to corroborate country-level data. This data is stored on your user profile and updated when you log in or refresh your session. It is used to: * Determine eligibility for region-specific promotional offers from third-party exchanges (affiliate programs) * Comply with regional regulations that restrict certain services or content by jurisdiction * Personalize content and default settings (e.g., relevant trading pairs, localized information) We do **not** collect precise geolocation (GPS coordinates, city, or street address). You cannot manually override your detected country at this time. **Purpose**: Debug and ensure security\ **Lawful Basis**: Legitimate interest Includes: timestamp, endpoint, error codes **Purpose**: Improve user experience and service performance\ **Lawful Basis**: Legitimate interest (with user consent where required) **Services Used**: [Google Analytics](https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/) (third-party processor) and [Matomo](https://matomo.org) (self-hosted)\ Includes: page views, user interactions, device/browser information, usage patterns (stored in anonymized/aggregated form where possible). This data is used only for telemetry and product improvement. **Purpose**: Detect, reproduce, and fix errors; monitor app performance\ **Lawful Basis**: Legitimate interest **Service Used**: [Sentry](https://sentry.io)\ Includes: error stack traces, timestamps, basic device/browser metadata, and page/application context. We do not intentionally collect message content, private keys, or wallet seed phrases. **Purpose**: Provide AI Agent services and maintain user sessions **Lawful Basis**: Contract (you request our services) Includes: JWT tokens, user identifiers, session data, and the login method used (e.g., Google, Apple, Email, Telegram, Web3 wallet, or mini-app via Neurobro Pass). We remain fully non‑custodial and never have access to your private keys or seed phrases. **Purpose**: Process subscription payments and manage billing **Lawful Basis**: Contract (you purchase a subscription) Web subscriptions are processed by [Stripe](https://stripe.com). Mobile subscriptions are processed by the [Apple App Store](https://www.apple.com/app-store/) or [Google Play Store](https://play.google.com). These processors handle payment-card details directly; we do not store full card numbers. We receive and store: subscription tier, billing status, payment method type, transaction identifiers, and renewal dates. **Purpose**: Deliver opt‑in notifications through connected channels\ **Lawful Basis**: Consent / Contract (service requested) Includes: delivery channel and preferences (e.g., Telegram/X/Email/Push). You can manage preferences at any time in your account settings (e.g., at [https://app.neurobro.ai](https://app.neurobro.ai) or within the Neurobro Mobile App). **Purpose**: Enable AI Agent communication and improve responses\ **Lawful Basis**: Contract (you request AI Agent services) Includes: messages exchanged with AI Agent, conversation context **Purpose**: Enable automated content publishing and performance analytics for Neurobro's internal marketing operations **Lawful Basis**: Legitimate interest (internal business operations) Our content creators use an internal marketing platform (Neurobro) that connects to TikTok via OAuth for automated content publishing and analytics. This data is collected only from our team members' TikTok accounts, not from end users. Includes: TikTok profile information (username, avatar, follower count), encrypted OAuth access tokens, and content performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares). Creators can disconnect their TikTok account at any time, which permanently removes all stored tokens and associated data. **Purpose**: Personalize Neurobro's responses within Neurobro Web and related mini apps\ **Lawful Basis**: Consent (optional data you provide) Includes: trading goals, crypto experience level, life stage, strategy style, discovery breadth, decision speed, custom instructions for the AI Agent. Visibility: Not publicly available and not visible to other users. We **DO NOT** sell this data or use it for advertising. Deletion: You can remove this data anytime in your settings (e.g., by clicking "Delete" or clearing your Alpha Profile). When deleted, it is permanently erased from our systems with no internal backups or archived copies retained. **Purpose**: Connect the third-party cryptocurrency exchange accounts you choose to link so we can provide the Portfolio Tracking feature of the Neurobro Mobile App **Lawful Basis**: Contract (you request Portfolio Tracking) When you connect an exchange through Portfolio Tracking, you provide the API credentials issued to you by that exchange. These are **read-only exchange API keys** (distinct from NeuroAPI or any other Neurobro API): they allow us to retrieve and display your account information but do not allow trading, order placement, withdrawals, or transfers. Through these exchange connections we cannot trade, withdraw, or otherwise move funds on any connected exchange. Credentials are **encrypted at rest** and used only to make authenticated read-only requests to the exchange on your behalf. Portfolio Tracking is a feature of the Mobile App only and is separate from the Neurobro Web non-custodial swap interface. **Purpose**: Display your balances, history, positions, and net worth within the Portfolio Tracking feature **Lawful Basis**: Contract (you request Portfolio Tracking) When you connect an exchange, we retrieve and store account and portfolio data from that exchange, which may include: * Balances and holdings; * Trades and orders; * Deposits and withdrawals, including destination wallet addresses and on-chain transaction identifiers; * Ledger entries, such as funding, interest, staking and earn rewards, transfers, and conversions; * Open derivatives positions and realized and unrealized profit/loss (PnL). On first connection, we import the historical activity available to us from the connected exchange in order to build your portfolio history. The categories of data available differ by exchange - some connected exchanges provide spot-only data and do not expose derivatives or earn/staking data. **Purpose**: Show how your total portfolio value changes over time within Portfolio Tracking **Lawful Basis**: Contract (you request Portfolio Tracking) / Legitimate interest (providing portfolio history and trend features) Includes: periodic snapshots of the total value of your connected portfolios, recorded over time so the App can display your net-worth history. **Purpose**: Display token balances for public blockchain wallet addresses you choose to track **Lawful Basis**: Contract (you request the on-chain portfolio feature) Includes: the public blockchain wallet addresses you enter for the on-chain portfolio feature, together with cached on-chain token-balance data retrieved for those addresses. **Purpose**: Provision and operate your self-custodial NeuroWallet in the Mobile App **Lawful Basis**: Contract (you request NeuroWallet) When you use NeuroWallet, we store your **embedded-wallet identifier** and the **public blockchain wallet addresses** created for you (on the Solana, Base, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, and Robinhood Chain networks). Your wallet is created and secured by [Privy](https://www.privy.io), our embedded-wallet provider, which generates and holds your private keys inside a secure hardware environment. **We do not generate, hold, store, or have access to your NeuroWallet private keys or seed phrase.** Your wallet balances are read live from third-party providers when you open the App and are not stored by us at rest. **Purpose**: Execute the trades, deposits, and withdrawals you initiate and show your activity history **Lawful Basis**: Contract (you request a trade or withdrawal) When you initiate a trade or withdrawal in NeuroWallet, we record details of that transaction, which may include: the tokens, amounts, and networks involved; the routing quote returned by our third-party provider; the platform fee applied; on-chain transaction hashes and submission identifiers; status and timestamps; and destination addresses for withdrawals. To route and settle your trades we transmit the necessary transaction details to the third-party routing providers named in Section 6, and use third-party market-data and token-security providers to price and screen the assets involved. On-chain transactions are recorded on public blockchains. **Purpose**: Show how your NeuroWallet value changes over time **Lawful Basis**: Contract (you request NeuroWallet) / Legitimate interest (portfolio history and trend features) Includes: periodic snapshots of the total value of your NeuroWallet, recorded over time so the App can display your wallet's net-worth history. **Purpose**: Execute and display the perpetual-futures positions you open on Hyperliquid **Lawful Basis**: Contract (you request a perpetual-futures order) When you trade perpetual futures, we record the orders you place, your open positions and fills, leverage changes, collateral transfers to and from the venue, and the builder-fee approval you sign. To execute these you transact directly with [Hyperliquid](https://hyperliquid.xyz), an independent third-party venue, which receives your **wallet address, orders, positions, fills, and collateral transfers**. Perpetual-futures activity is recorded on a public blockchain. **Purpose**: Show you the status of a deposit or cash-out you have started **Lawful Basis**: Contract (you request a deposit or cash-out) When you deposit or cash out traditional currency, we record an **order reference, the amount and currency, the destination chain, and the status** reported back to us. The transaction itself is carried out by [Onramper](https://onramper.com) and the licensed payment provider it routes you to. **Your identity documents, payment card or bank details, and verification data are collected directly by that provider, not by us**, and we neither receive nor store them. We transmit to the provider only what is needed to create the order, which may include your wallet address, the amount and currency, and a hashed form of your IP address where the provider requires it. **Purpose**: Attribute referrals and pay commissions you have earned **Lawful Basis**: Contract (you join the referral program) Includes: the **payout wallet address** you supply, the **signed message** by which you prove control of it, the link between your account and the accounts attributed to you, and a **ledger of commissions** earned, held, reversed, and paid. **Purpose**: Show leaderboards and, where you choose, a public trading profile **Lawful Basis**: Consent (you choose to appear) / Legitimate interest (operating the leaderboard) Where you opt in, your **username**, an optional **country flag**, and, if you enable a public trading profile, your **positions** are visible to other users. Your wallet address, balances, and total portfolio value are **never** exposed. You control participation and visibility in the App's settings and can withdraw from either at any time. **Purpose**: Provide, authenticate, meter, bill, and secure NeuroAPI, our paid developer API (distinct from the read-only exchange API keys used for Portfolio Tracking) **Lawful Basis**: Contract (you register for and use NeuroAPI); Legitimate interest (securing the API and preventing abuse) When you use NeuroAPI, we process your **developer account and API-key identifiers**, the **requests (Inputs)** you submit - including your questions, prompts, custom instructions, and any content contained in them - the **responses (Output)** returned, and **request/usage metadata** such as timestamps, endpoints, token/usage counts, and status codes. Usage metadata is used for authentication, rate-limiting, billing, abuse prevention, and debugging. NeuroAPI calls are handled as **stateless, single-turn** requests; we do not maintain conversational history across your API calls as the consumer chat products do. To generate a response, your requests are transmitted to third-party LLM providers as described in the AI-Assisted Features & LLM Providers section below. If your requests contain personal data of your own end users, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and the necessary rights and consents for that data (see our [API Terms of Service](/legal/api-terms)). Exchange, portfolio, and NeuroWallet data is sensitive personal financial data. In addition, on-chain identifiers such as wallet addresses and transaction IDs - including your NeuroWallet addresses and the trades and withdrawals you make through it - are recorded on public blockchains and are publicly visible and traceable by anyone; we cannot remove or alter data on a public blockchain. Cookies/local storage and SDKs are used for essential functionality (auth/session) and, with consent where required, for analytics and performance monitoring (Google Analytics, Matomo, Sentry). You can manage non‑essential cookies in the cookie banner and adjust preferences in your account settings. ## 3. How We Use the Data To provide our services - build and relay your swap transactions, enable AI Agent communication, and maintain user sessions. To provide the Portfolio Tracking feature of the Neurobro Mobile App - connect your chosen exchange accounts using read-only exchange API keys, retrieve and display your balances, trade and transfer history, positions, and net worth, and track your on-chain wallet portfolios. To operate NeuroWallet - provision your self-custodial embedded wallet, display your balances, activity, and net-worth history, and route and settle the trades, perpetual-futures orders, deposits, and withdrawals you initiate through third-party venues and providers. We never hold or access your private keys. To provide AI-assisted portfolio features - process relevant portfolio data, including via third-party LLM providers, solely to generate the insights, summaries, or answers you request. See the AI-Assisted Features & LLM Providers section below. To comply with sanctions laws - restrict access by jurisdiction and screen withdrawal destination addresses against digital-currency addresses designated by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We do not perform identity verification or name-based sanctions screening; where identity verification is required for a fiat deposit or cash-out, the payment provider performs it. To secure our services - detect DDOS or abuse, maintain authentication security, and monitor application errors and performance (via Sentry). To analyze usage patterns and improve our services using Google Analytics, our self-hosted Matomo analytics, and Sentry (error/performance telemetry). To determine your eligibility for region-specific promotional offers from third-party cryptocurrency exchanges. We may earn a commission when you sign up for or use a third-party service through a link or offer displayed in our Services. Offer availability is determined by your detected country to comply with regional regulations and exchange-specific restrictions. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. We may share hashed logs with regulators or auditors if legally compelled. Google Analytics data is processed according to Google's privacy policy; Matomo is self-hosted. ## 4. Data Retention 12 months then deleted/aggregated 30 days unless required for security investigation Until user requests deletion Google Analytics and Sentry: per their retention policies. Matomo (self-hosted): per our own retention configuration Duration of subscription plus 24 months for accounting/tax compliance Stored on user profile for the duration of the account; deleted upon account deletion Until you disconnect the exchange or delete your account Balances, trades, orders, transfers, ledger entries, and positions: until you disconnect the exchange or delete your account Retained for the life of your account; deleted on account deletion Until you remove the wallet or delete your account Wallet identifiers/addresses, trade and withdrawal history, and wallet net-worth snapshots: retained until you delete your account Orders, positions, fills, and collateral transfers: retained until you delete your account Order references, amounts, and statuses: retained until you delete your account. Identity and payment data held by the payment provider is retained by that provider under its own policy and its own legal obligations, and is not ours to delete Payout address, proof-of-control signature, and commission ledger: retained while you take part and thereafter for as long as needed to meet accounting and tax obligations Developer account and API-key identifiers, and request/response and usage logs: retained for the period needed to provide, bill, and secure the API and to meet legal and accounting obligations (specific period pending confirmation) JWT tokens expire according to session settings. ## 5. Your Rights (EU/EEA & UK GDPR) If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to: Request a copy of data we hold about you. Correct inaccurate data. Request deletion where we no longer have a legal ground. For detailed instructions on how to delete your account and associated data, see our [Account Deletion](/legal/account-deletion) page. For Portfolio Tracking: **disconnecting an exchange permanently deletes that exchange's data from our systems**, including the API credentials, balances, trades, orders, transfers, ledger entries, and positions associated with that connection. **Deleting your account deletes all connected-exchange and portfolio data, including net-worth history and on-chain wallet data.** For NeuroWallet: **deleting your account deletes the NeuroWallet records we hold** (wallet identifiers and addresses, trade and withdrawal history, and wallet net-worth snapshots). Because NeuroWallet is self-custodial, your wallet and its assets exist on the blockchain independently of Neurobro: deleting your account does not move, delete, or affect your on-chain assets, and transactions already recorded on a public blockchain cannot be erased. Restrict or object to processing in certain cases. Receive data in a machine‑readable format. To exercise a right, email [info@neurobro.ai](mailto:info@neurobro.ai). For wallet-related requests, include a signed message from the wallet you used. We may decline requests that would contravene sanctions screening. By using our services, you acknowledge that certain data (e.g., wallet address, IP-derived region, chat history) is processed for security, compliance, and service provision purposes, and you consent to this processing under applicable data protection laws. ## 6. Third Parties and Sub-Processors We share data with the third parties below so we can operate our services. Each acts either as an independent data controller or as a processor/sub-processor on our behalf, as indicated. When you use Portfolio Tracking, we make authenticated, read-only API requests to the exchange you connect, scoped to your account, in order to retrieve your portfolio data. Each supported exchange is an **independent third party and independent data controller** that processes your data under its own privacy policy and is not owned or controlled by us. The supported exchanges and their privacy policies are: | Exchange | Privacy Policy | | ---------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Binance | [https://www.binance.com/en/about-legal/privacy-portal](https://www.binance.com/en/about-legal/privacy-portal) | | OKX | [https://www.okx.com/help/privacy-policy-statement](https://www.okx.com/help/privacy-policy-statement) | | Bybit | [https://www.bybit.com/en/legal/policies-and-rules/privacy-policy](https://www.bybit.com/en/legal/policies-and-rules/privacy-policy) | | KuCoin | [https://www.kucoin.com/legal/privacy-policy](https://www.kucoin.com/legal/privacy-policy) | | Indodax | [https://help.indodax.com/hc/en-us/articles/19751527469721-Privacy-Notice](https://help.indodax.com/hc/en-us/articles/19751527469721-Privacy-Notice) | | Tokocrypto | [https://support.tokocrypto.com/hc/en-us/articles/21694168727565-Privacy-Policy](https://support.tokocrypto.com/hc/en-us/articles/21694168727565-Privacy-Policy) | [**Amazon Web Services**](https://aws.amazon.com) provides our cloud infrastructure, including hosting and storage, key management used to encrypt exchange API credentials, and transactional email delivery. AWS acts as a processor on our behalf. [**Alchemy**](https://www.alchemy.com) is an on-chain data provider. When you use the on-chain portfolio feature, Alchemy receives the **public blockchain wallet addresses** you enter in order to return token-balance data for those addresses. Alchemy acts as a processor on our behalf. [**Privy**](https://www.privy.io) (Horkos, Inc. d/b/a Privy) provides the self-custodial embedded wallet and authentication infrastructure behind NeuroWallet. Privy generates and secures your wallet's private keys inside a secure hardware environment and processes account/authentication data (such as your wallet address and identifiers) to operate the wallet. **Privy is non-custodial and does not have access to move your funds; neither Privy nor Neurobro holds your private keys.** Privy acts as a processor/sub-processor on our behalf and processes your data under its own [Privacy Policy](https://www.privy.io/privacy-policy) and [Terms of Service](https://www.privy.io/user-terms-of-service). [**Relay**](https://relay.link) (Relay Protocol, operated by Uneven Labs, Inc.) is a non-custodial routing and execution provider used for swaps you initiate in NeuroWallet. Relay receives the transaction details needed to route and settle your swap, including **wallet addresses, token amounts, networks, and transaction data**. Relay is an independent third party that processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy. [**Jupiter**](https://jup.ag) is a non-custodial swap aggregator on Solana used for swaps you initiate in NeuroWallet. Jupiter receives the transaction details needed to build your swap, including **wallet addresses, token amounts, and transaction data**. Jupiter is an independent third party that processes this data under its own terms. [**Hyperliquid**](https://hyperliquid.xyz) is an independent decentralized venue for perpetual futures. When you trade perpetual futures in NeuroWallet, Hyperliquid receives your **wallet address, orders, positions, fills, and collateral transfers**, and holds your position. Hyperliquid is not operated or controlled by us, is not our processor, and acts under its own terms. [**Onramper**](https://onramper.com) aggregates licensed payment providers, including [MoonPay](https://www.moonpay.com), that carry out fiat deposits and cash-out. Each provider is an **independent data controller** that contracts with you directly, collects your **identity documents, payment details, and verification data straight from you**, and performs its own identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks. **We do not receive or store that information.** We transmit only what is needed to create the order, which may include your wallet address, the amount and currency, and a hashed form of your IP address where the provider requires it, and we receive a status callback in return. [**Backed Finance**](https://backed.fi) (the "xStocks" tokens) and [**Robinhood**](https://robinhood.com) issue the tokenized equities available in NeuroWallet. They are independent third parties and are not our processors. Trading one of their tokens is an on-chain transaction recorded on a public blockchain; the issuer can see on-chain holdings and transfers of its own tokens as anyone can, and retains issuer-level controls over them. [**GoPlus Labs**](https://gopluslabs.io) provides the token security signals shown before you trade. GoPlus receives **token contract addresses**, not your personal data. It acts as a data provider under its own terms. [**Alpha Vantage**](https://www.alphavantage.co) provides company and ETF fundamentals shown on asset pages. Alpha Vantage receives **ticker queries only** and no user data. [**Codex**](https://www.codex.io) (Codex Data Ltd) provides real-time token and market data used in the App. In normal use Codex receives **token and market queries**, not your personal data. Codex acts as a data provider under its own terms and privacy policy. [**CoinGecko**](https://www.coingecko.com) provides public market-price data used to value portfolios. CoinGecko receives **no user data**; we only request public market prices. When you use AI-assisted portfolio features, relevant portfolio data may be transmitted to third-party large language model (LLM) providers, directly or through a model-routing service. See the AI-Assisted Features & LLM Providers section below. We continue to use [**Google Analytics**](https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/) (analytics), [**Sentry**](https://sentry.io) (error and performance monitoring), and [**Stripe**](https://stripe.com), the [**Apple App Store**](https://www.apple.com/app-store/), and the [**Google Play Store**](https://play.google.com) (subscription payments). These parties process data as described elsewhere in this Policy and under their own terms. We also use [**Matomo**](https://matomo.org) for product analytics, which we **self-host**: Matomo analytics data stays on our own infrastructure and is not shared with a third-party analytics provider. ## 7. AI-Assisted Features and LLM Providers When you use AI-assisted portfolio features, relevant portfolio data - such as balances, positions, and history - may be transmitted as context to third-party large language model (LLM) providers solely to generate the response or insight you requested. When you use **NeuroAPI**, the requests (Inputs) you submit are likewise transmitted to third-party LLM providers to generate the Output returned to you. We use automated routing to select a provider for each request; the providers we may use include [**DeepSeek**](https://www.deepseek.com) and [**OpenAI**](https://openai.com), among others. Each provider processes the data it receives under its own terms: **DeepSeek** may use Inputs to train and improve its models and stores data in China, while **OpenAI** does not use data submitted through its API to train its models. **We do not train our own models on NeuroAPI Inputs or Output.** You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and consents to send your Inputs - and any personal data they contain - to these providers; see the [API Terms of Service](/legal/api-terms). LLM providers may include [**OpenAI**](https://openai.com), [**Anthropic**](https://www.anthropic.com), [**Google**](https://ai.google), [**Groq**](https://groq.com), [**xAI**](https://x.ai), and [**DeepSeek**](https://www.deepseek.com), among others. The specific provider used to handle a given request may vary depending on your subscription tier and our backend systems, and the set of providers we use may change over time. We also reach some of these providers through [**OpenRouter**](https://openrouter.ai), a model-routing service that forwards a request to the model it selects. Where OpenRouter is used, it receives the data in that request in addition to the provider that ultimately handles it, and processes that data under its own [terms](https://openrouter.ai/terms) and [privacy policy](https://openrouter.ai/privacy). The models we use may be **proprietary (closed-weight) models** operated by the provider, or **open-source (open-weight) models** hosted by that provider. Which model handles a given request is determined by our routing and may change at any time, and open-source and proprietary models are used interchangeably. We transmit only the data needed to fulfill your request. Each provider processes the data it receives under its own terms and privacy policy. Some LLM providers operate outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and your country of residence, including in the United States and in China. Please review the international-transfers disclosure in Section 8 (Third‑Party Processing) below. ## 8. Marketing, Authentication & Notifications When you sign in using Neurobro Pass (e.g., Google, Apple, Email, Telegram, Web3 wallets, or mini-apps), we facilitate authentication directly. For marketing emails, we collect your verified email address during sign-up or through opt-in forms. ### What We Collect We collect your verified email address (for newsletters), and may store the login method used (Google, Apple, Telegram, Web3 wallet, or mini-app via Neurobro Pass) to operate authentication. Notification preferences (channels and topics) may be stored to deliver opt‑in alerts. ### Why We Collect It We use your email address **solely** for non‑transactional communications: * Weekly product‑update newsletters * Feature announcements * Curated market recaps and relevant content ### Legal Grounds for Processing **European Economic Area & UK**: Your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Marketing consent is optional and not required to use Neurobro Web. **Canada**: Implied or express consent under CASL with business address and unsubscribe mechanism in every message. **United States**: CAN‑SPAM Act compliance with clear promotional identification and opt‑out links. **California (CCPA/CPRA)**: We do not "sell" or "share" your personal information for cross‑context behavioural advertising. ### Communication Frequency By default, we send at most **one newsletter per week**. Material changes to frequency will be communicated and may require fresh consent. ### How to Unsubscribe You can opt out at any time by either: * Clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email * Toggling preference checkbox in emails * Emailing us at [info@neurobro.ai](mailto:info@neurobro.ai) Withdrawal is immediate for new campaigns and processed within 72 hours for all lists. ### Retention & Deletion We retain your email for marketing **only until you withdraw consent**. After withdrawal, it's added to a suppression list to prevent future marketing messages. ### Third‑Party Processing Stripe, Apple, and Google act as payment processors for subscription billing. Google Analytics and Sentry act as processors for analytics/monitoring; Matomo is self-hosted by us and is not a third-party processor. For Portfolio Tracking, AWS provides infrastructure, key management, and email; Alchemy provides on-chain data; CoinGecko provides public market prices; and the LLM providers listed in the AI-Assisted Features section, together with OpenRouter (United States) where it routes the request, process portfolio data for AI-assisted features. For NeuroWallet, Privy (United States) provides the embedded wallet and authentication; Relay (United States) and Jupiter provide trade routing and execution; Codex (Canada), Alpha Vantage (United States), and GoPlus Labs provide market and token-security data; Hyperliquid is the perpetual-futures venue; and Onramper (Netherlands) and the payment providers it aggregates, including MoonPay, carry out fiat deposits and cash-out as independent controllers. Their processing is governed by their respective terms and data protection addenda. Because of this, your data may be processed in multiple jurisdictions, including the European Union, the United States, Canada, Singapore, and other countries, and - where you use AI-assisted features - in China. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, the UK, or your country of residence, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards where applicable. The supported cryptocurrency exchanges act as independent data controllers and process your data under their own policies and in their own jurisdictions. ## 9. Cookies and Similar Technologies We use cookies, local storage, and SDKs: * Essential (no consent required): authentication/session security, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, basic preferences * Analytics (consent where required): Google Analytics, Matomo (self-hosted) * Performance/Monitoring (consent where required): Sentry You can manage non‑essential cookies via the cookie banner and update choices any time in your account settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; our Services will continue to function with essential cookies only. ## 10. Security We use: * Encrypted transport (TLS 1.3) * JWT tokens for secure authentication * Least‑privilege keys * Segregated production networks * Encryption at rest for exchange API credentials ## 11. Changes to this Policy We may update this Policy. Important changes will be posted on our services and take effect 7 days after posting unless a shorter period is required by law. ## 12. Contact [info@neurobro.ai](mailto:info@neurobro.ai) (856) 416-6698 NeuroFoundation, LLC, 1111B S Governors Ave STE 28958, Dover, DE 19904 ## Version History Brought the Policy into line with the shipped Neurobro Mobile App. Corrected the NeuroWallet address disclosure to name all five supported networks (Solana, Base, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Robinhood Chain). Added collection, use, and retention disclosures for **perpetual-futures activity** (orders, positions, fills, collateral transfers, builder-fee approvals), **fiat deposit and cash-out orders**, **referral program data** (payout address, proof-of-control signature, commission ledger), and the **public profile and leaderboard**. Added **Jupiter**, **Hyperliquid**, **Onramper** and its payment providers including MoonPay, the tokenized-equity issuers **Backed Finance** and **Robinhood**, **GoPlus Labs**, and **Alpha Vantage** to the Third Parties & Sub-Processors section and to the international-transfer disclosure. Clarified that identity verification for fiat transactions is performed by the payment provider, which collects identity and payment data directly from you, and narrowed the Compliance purpose to what we actually do: jurisdiction restriction and OFAC-designated withdrawal-address screening, with no identity or name-based sanctions screening. Reduced the NeuroWallet third-party disclosure to what a privacy notice requires - who receives your data and in what capacity - removing the internal routing logic (which venue handles which chain, and the fallback order) that was previously described, and linked each third-party provider to its own site. Removed the Base app from the services scope, as the Neurobro AI Agent is no longer offered there. Standardised the callout boxes so their text renders in a single colour. Disclosed **OpenRouter** as a model-routing service through which requests may reach an LLM provider, and that the models used may be **proprietary (closed-weight) or open-source (open-weight)**, used interchangeably. Added data-processing disclosures for **NeuroAPI**, our paid developer API. Added a NeuroAPI developer account & request-data collection accordion (developer/API-key identifiers, request Inputs and Output, and usage metadata for authentication, billing, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention; stateless single-turn calls). Noted in the AI-Assisted Features & LLM Providers section that NeuroAPI request Inputs are transmitted, via automated routing, to third-party LLM providers including DeepSeek and OpenAI. Added a NeuroAPI retention entry and a Summary bullet. Clarified in the AI-Assisted Features & LLM Providers section that **DeepSeek** may use NeuroAPI Inputs to train its models and stores data in China while **OpenAI** does not train on API data, that **Neurobro does not train its own models on NeuroAPI Inputs or Output**, and that the developer is responsible for the rights and consents to send Inputs to these providers. Flagged for counsel the API retention periods and the controller/processor position where developers submit their end users' personal data. Added **NeuroWallet**, the self-custodial embedded wallet and spot-trading feature of the Neurobro Mobile App. Added data-collection disclosures for NeuroWallet embedded-wallet data (wallet identifiers and Solana/Base addresses; keys held by Privy, never by us), trade & withdrawal activity, and wallet net-worth snapshots. Added **Privy** (embedded wallet & authentication), **Relay** (trade routing & execution), and **Codex** (market & token data) to the Third Parties & Sub-Processors section, and to the international-transfer disclosure (United States and Canada). Extended the public-blockchain warning, retention, deletion, and "How We Use the Data" sections to cover NeuroWallet. Replaced PostHog with Matomo, a self-hosted, open-source analytics tool run on our own infrastructure (Matomo analytics data is not shared with a third-party analytics provider); Google Analytics and Sentry are unchanged. Added the Apple App Store and Google Play download links to the services list. Added the Base app and related APIs to the services scope. Corrected references from "platform settings" to account/in-app settings so Mobile App settings are not conflated with the Neurobro Web Platform. Fixed the international-transfers cross-reference to point to Section 8. Aligned deletion disclosures with the Account Deletion page. Clarified that the read-only API keys for Portfolio Tracking are exchange-issued credentials, distinct from NeuroAPI. Added Portfolio Tracking data collection for the Neurobro Mobile App: exchange API credentials (read-only, encrypted at rest), exchange account and portfolio data (balances, trade/order/transfer/ledger history, open positions and PnL), net-worth history, and on-chain wallet portfolio data. Added the Third Parties & Sub-Processors section (supported exchanges, AWS, Alchemy, CoinGecko, LLM providers). Added the AI-Assisted Features & LLM Providers section. Updated data-retention and international-transfer disclosures, and clarified deletion mechanics for connected exchanges. Renumbered later sections. Added geolocation data collection disclosure (country-level from Cloudflare IP, store region, browser timezone/language). Added affiliate offer eligibility as a data use case. Added geolocation data retention policy. Replaced Privy with Neurobro Pass authentication. Added subscription/payment data collection (Stripe, Apple, Google). Added IP address collection for analytics and product improvement. Added Neurobro Mobile App to services scope. Added subscription billing data retention. Fixed section numbering. Added Privy authentication (socials and Web3 wallets), Sentry error/performance monitoring, cookie banner and categories, notification preferences, and clarified non‑custodial operation and anonymized analytics. Added Marketing and Newsletter Communications section covering email collection via Privy, consent management, and unsubscribe processes for weekly newsletters and product updates. Updated for expanded services including AI Agent on Telegram, Landing Page, and Neurobro Web Terminal. Added analytics services (Google Analytics, PostHog), authentication data collection, and chat history. Updated company information to NeuroFoundation, LLC. Initial draft - no cookies, no analytics # Terms of Use Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/legal/terms-of-use Legal terms and conditions for using Neurobro and Neurobro Web services Last Updated: August 29, 2026 ALL CONTENT PROVIDED BY NEUROBRO SERVICES IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL ADVICE. The terms governing this feature are set out in Section 3 (Read-Only Exchange Connections). The Neurobro Mobile App also includes **NeuroWallet**, a self-custodial embedded wallet that lets you hold digital assets and initiate trades from within the App. NeuroWallet covers spot cryptocurrency trading, tokenized equities, and perpetual futures, together with deposits and cash-out in traditional currency. NeuroWallet is separate from, and operates independently of, Portfolio Tracking. The terms governing NeuroWallet are set out in Section 2 (Non-Custodial Nature & NeuroWallet). The Services include **NeuroAPI**, a paid developer API that provides programmatic access to Neurobro's AI-driven financial intelligence for use in your own applications. Your access to and use of NeuroAPI is additionally governed by the [API Terms of Service](/legal/api-terms), which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the API Terms control for your use of NeuroAPI. NeuroAPI is a developer product and is separate from the read-only exchange "API keys" used for Portfolio Tracking (Section 3). Neurobro uses internal tools that connect to third-party platforms, including TikTok, for content creation, publishing, and performance analytics on behalf of our marketing team. These integrations are used solely for Neurobro's own content operations and are not available to end users. ## 1. Eligibility and Access ### 1.1 Age and Capacity Requirements You must be 18 years or older and able to enter a binding contract. You represent and warrant that you are of legal age and possess the capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements. ### 1.2 Prohibited Jurisdictions You may not access the Services if you are: * a resident or national of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, or any territory subject to comprehensive sanctions; or * listed on any sanctions list maintained by OFAC, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or other applicable authorities. By using our Services you represent and warrant that you are not a Prohibited Person, are not using VPNs or other means to bypass geo‑controls, and that any assets you use with the Services are legally yours and are not derived from, or used for, any illegal, unauthorized, or sanctioned activity. ### 1.3 Subscriptions and Access Tiers Access to premium features of the Services (e.g., higher daily AI request limits, faster responses, alpha reports) requires an active subscription (Pro or Ultra). Subscriptions are available via [Stripe](https://stripe.com) (web) or in-app purchase through the [Apple App Store](https://www.apple.com/app-store/) or [Google Play Store](https://play.google.com). See [Plans & Pricing](/neurobro/plans) for current pricing and tier details. Alternatively, holding a minimum amount of \$BRO tokens in a linked wallet may unlock higher access tiers without a paid subscription. Token thresholds and tier mappings are described on the [Plans & Pricing](/neurobro/plans) page and may be adjusted at any time. ### 1.4 Geographic Restrictions and Availability Availability of the Services, and of individual features within them, varies by jurisdiction. We determine your location from the sources described in our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy) and apply the tiers below. The jurisdictions in each tier may change at any time and without notice. **(a) Comprehensively restricted jurisdictions.** The Services are not available at all to any person located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, as described in Section 1.2. Requests from these jurisdictions are refused outright. **(b) Execution-restricted jurisdictions.** In certain further jurisdictions you may view the Services, but NeuroWallet money-movement features, meaning wallet creation, trading, deposits, and withdrawals, are refused. This currently applies to **Russia, Belarus, Venezuela, and Myanmar**. **(c) Feature-restricted jurisdictions and persons.** Individual NeuroWallet features are withheld even where the rest of NeuroWallet is available. **Perpetual futures (Section 2.6) and tokenized equities (Section 2.7) are not offered to U.S. Persons, as defined in Section 1.5, wherever located, nor to any person located in the United States or the United Kingdom.** **(d) Fiat deposits and cash-out.** Availability, and the payment methods offered within it, is determined by the third-party payment providers described in Section 2.8 and varies by country, currency, and method. **(e) Where your location cannot be determined.** If we cannot determine your jurisdiction, NeuroWallet money-movement features are withheld. They are not enabled by default in that case. Except as set out above, NeuroWallet is available generally and is not limited to a list of approved countries. Nothing in this Section entitles you to use the Services where doing so would be unlawful, and you remain responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you. ### 1.5 U.S. Persons For the purposes of these Terms: **"United States"** means the United States of America, its territories and possessions, any state of the United States, and the District of Columbia. **"U.S. Person"** means: (i) any natural person resident in the United States; (ii) any citizen or permanent resident of the United States, including any such person temporarily located outside the United States; (iii) any entity organized or incorporated under the laws of the United States or of any state thereof; (iv) any estate of which any executor or administrator is a U.S. Person; (v) any trust of which any trustee is a U.S. Person; (vi) any agency or branch of a non-U.S. entity located in the United States; (vii) any discretionary or non-discretionary account held by a dealer or other fiduciary organized, incorporated, or, if an individual, resident in the United States; or (viii) any entity organized or incorporated outside the United States by a U.S. Person principally for the purpose of investing in securities or derivative instruments not registered under the laws of the United States. Where these Terms state that a feature is not offered to U.S. Persons, that restriction applies to you **wherever you are located and whatever location our systems detect**. It is a condition of your right to use that feature, and it is not satisfied merely because you are able to reach the feature in the App. ## 2. Non‑Custodial Nature & NeuroWallet ### 2.1 Strictly Non-Custodial **IMPORTANT: All Services are strictly non-custodial. We never generate, hold, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds. You retain sole and total independent control of your digital assets at all times. We do not ever take custody, possession, or control of your digital assets; we have no ability to retrieve, freeze, or reverse a transaction; and we cannot transfer your assets to ourselves or to any destination you have not initiated. The only actions you authorize us to take are to relay the transactions you sign yourself and, on older versions of the App, to submit the trades you initiate under the legacy authorization described in Section 2.4. Neither can be used to move your assets to us or off your wallet.** You access the Services through Neurobro Pass, which supports sign-in via social accounts (Google, Apple, Email), Telegram, Web3 wallets, or mini-apps. For on-chain interactions on Neurobro Web, you connect a self-hosted wallet ([MetaMask](https://metamask.io), [WalletConnect](https://walletconnect.network), [Rabby](https://rabby.io), etc.), and all such transactions are signed by you and broadcast directly to the relevant blockchain. Neurobro provides software and technical tools, not financial services. **Neurobro is not registered with or licensed by any regulatory authority.** You maintain control of, and responsibility for, your digital assets. ### 2.2 The NeuroWallet Embedded Wallet The Neurobro Mobile App includes **NeuroWallet**, a self-custodial embedded wallet that lets you hold digital assets and trade from within the App. NeuroWallet currently supports the **Solana**, **Base**, **Arbitrum**, **BNB Chain**, and **Robinhood Chain** networks, and connects to [Hyperliquid](https://hyperliquid.xyz) as a separate venue for the perpetual-futures feature described in Section 2.6. The supported networks and venues may change over time. Your NeuroWallet is created and secured for you by [Privy](https://www.privy.io), a third-party embedded-wallet provider. Your wallet's private keys are generated and held in Privy's secure infrastructure and are controlled by you. **Neurobro does not generate, hold, store, or have access to your NeuroWallet private keys or seed phrase, and Privy does not act as a custodian of your wallet.** Your use of NeuroWallet is also subject to [Privy's Terms of Service](https://www.privy.io/user-terms-of-service) and [Privacy Policy](https://www.privy.io/privacy-policy). A feature that lets you export your NeuroWallet private key - so that you can import and use the same wallet in other self-custodial wallet applications - is coming soon. Until this feature is available in the App, you may not be able to export your key directly through the App. This does not change the non-custodial nature of NeuroWallet: at no time does Neurobro hold or have access to your keys, and Privy's architecture supports key export, so your control of the wallet does not ultimately depend on Neurobro or on your continued use of the App. ### 2.3 Neurobro Is Not an Exchange, Broker, or Custodian When you initiate, instruct, or engage in trades using NeuroWallet, those trades are matched and settled on third-party infrastructure using third-party technologies. NeuroWallet provides an interface to, and facilitates your access to, that third-party infrastructure; the matching and settlement of trades occur on third-party decentralized venues and protocols, and not on any exchange, order book, or trading venue operated, controlled, or maintained by Neurobro. Neurobro is a developer and supplier of software; it is not a securities or commodities exchange, a decentralized exchange (DEX), a broker, a dealer, or a custodian, and does not act as your financial adviser, investment manager, portfolio manager, or commodity trading advisor. We are not your counterparty to any trade, we do not operate or control any trading venue, we do not match orders, and we do not provide clearing or settlement services. All trades you submit through NeuroWallet are unsolicited and are solely initiated by you: we do not solicit, recommend, or conduct a suitability review of any trade, and all decisions to buy, sell, or hold digital assets through NeuroWallet are solely yours. ### 2.4 User-Initiated Trades & Third-Party Infrastructure **User-initiated.** Every trade is initiated and authorized by you within the App. NeuroWallet does not trade on your behalf on its own initiative, does not make trading decisions for you, and does not guarantee execution, price, or the availability of any market, token, or route. **Third-party infrastructure.** Trades you initiate are routed and executed through independent third-party blockchain infrastructure, including decentralized exchanges, liquidity venues, smart contracts, and routing and market-data providers that are not owned or controlled by Neurobro and that provide their services under their own terms. We do not control, and are not responsible for, their availability, accuracy, pricing, uptime, or performance. The third-party providers we use are identified in our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy). **How a trade is authorized.** When you place a trade or a withdrawal, the App prepares the transaction and **you sign it on your own device with your own wallet key**. Neurobro then relays the signed transaction to the network and pays the network fee on your behalf. Neurobro does not hold a key that can sign for your wallet, and cannot originate, alter, or authorize a movement of your assets. **Legacy trade authorization.** Earlier versions of the App used a different model, under which you granted Neurobro a limited, revocable authorization to submit trades you initiated without signing each one separately. That authorization is limited to trades you initiate, cannot be used to move your assets to Neurobro or to any destination you have not initiated, and does not give Neurobro access to your private keys. **New authorizations of this kind can no longer be granted**, and those that remain are being wound down. If you granted one, you can view and revoke it in the App at any time. Until it is revoked, a trade placed from an older version of the App may still be submitted under it. **Screening and refusal.** We may refuse, delay, or block a quote, trade, or withdrawal. We may do so where a token shows security signals such as a honeypot, a transfer tax, a freeze or blacklist authority, or concentrated holdings; where the cost of executing a route would be disproportionate to its value; where an order exceeds a size limit we apply; or where a jurisdiction or sanctions control applies. Any screening we perform is best-effort, is provided in part by third parties, and is not a recommendation, a suitability review, or an assurance that an asset is safe. **The absence of a warning is not an endorsement**, and you remain solely responsible for what you trade. You may decline to place further trades, revoke any authorization you have granted, or stop using NeuroWallet at any time. ### 2.5 Trading Products NeuroWallet offers three kinds of trading. Each is executed on independent third-party venues that Neurobro neither operates, controls, nor owns: * **Spot cryptocurrency trading.** Swaps between digital assets, routed through independent third-party liquidity aggregators, currently [Jupiter](https://jup.ag) and [Relay](https://relay.link). * **Perpetual futures**, traded on [Hyperliquid](https://hyperliquid.xyz). See Section 2.6. * **Tokenized equities**, issued by [Backed Finance](https://backed.fi), [Ondo](https://ondo.finance), [Backpack](https://backpack.exchange) and Robinhood Europe UAB. See Section 2.7. Neurobro does not offer options, and offers no margin or leverage other than through the perpetual-futures feature described in Section 2.6. ### 2.6 Perpetual Futures NeuroWallet lets you trade **perpetual futures**, a leveraged derivative product. Perpetual futures are traded on [Hyperliquid](https://hyperliquid.xyz), an independent third-party venue that Neurobro does not operate, control, or own. Every order is initiated by you and signed by you, and Hyperliquid, not Neurobro, is the venue on which your order is matched and your position is held. **Not offered to U.S. Persons, or in the United States or the United Kingdom.** By placing a perpetual-futures order you represent and warrant that: (a) you are not a U.S. Person as defined in Section 1.5; (b) you are not accessing this feature from within the United States or the United Kingdom; (c) you are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a U.S. Person; and (d) you are not using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology or method to circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, these restrictions. We may use geoblocking, identity verification, or other measures to enforce this Section, and may restrict this feature in further jurisdictions at our sole discretion. See Section 1.4. **How it works.** Positions use **cross margin** only; isolated margin is not offered. The maximum leverage available is set by Hyperliquid for each market and falls as your position size rises. Neurobro applies its own limit on the size of a single position, currently **1,000 US dollars of notional value**, counting any position you already hold; an order above that limit is refused rather than reduced. Hyperliquid applies its own minimum order value, currently **10 US dollars**. A deposit of collateral is subject to a minimum, currently **10 USDC**, and Hyperliquid charges a flat withdrawal fee, currently **1 USDC**. These limits may change. Leverage can cost you everything you put up. Leverage multiplies both gains and losses. If your position moves against you it can be liquidated, and you can lose all of the collateral supporting it. You may also pay funding to the other side of the market for as long as you hold a position, which reduces your return independently of price. Markets on Hyperliquid can be thin, and thin markets have been manipulated in ways that drive other users into liquidation. Hyperliquid may reject, halt, cap, or delist any market at any time. Perpetual futures are not suitable for every user, and you should not trade them with funds you cannot afford to lose entirely. ### 2.7 Tokenized Equities NeuroWallet lets you trade **tokenized equities**: on-chain tokens whose value references a real company share or exchange-traded fund. They are created and issued by independent third parties, not by Neurobro. Four issuers are currently represented. They are **not the same instrument**, and what you acquire differs by issuer: * [Backed Finance](https://backed.fi) issues the **"xStocks"** tokens on Solana, which track the price of an underlying share or fund. Your rights, if any, are against Backed Finance under its own terms, and not against the company whose share is referenced. * [Ondo](https://ondo.finance) issues tokenized equities on Solana under its **Ondo Global Markets** product. Your rights, if any, are against the Ondo issuing entity under its own terms, and not against the company whose share is referenced. * [Backpack](https://backpack.exchange) issues tokenized equities on Solana. Your rights, if any, are against the Backpack issuing entity under its own terms, and not against the company whose share is referenced. * **Robinhood Europe UAB** issues, on Robinhood Chain, **onchain representations of over-the-counter derivative contracts**. These are **cash-settled** and **confer no ownership of any equity**, no shareholder rights, and no claim against the referenced company. **Availability and terms differ by issuer.** Each issuer sets its own eligibility, its own restricted jurisdictions, its own minimum order size, and the hours during which its assets can be traded. The restrictions in this Section are the minimum that applies to every issuer; an individual issuer's own terms may be narrower, and where they are, the narrower scope governs. We may withhold a particular issuer, or a particular asset, in a jurisdiction for that reason. **You do not choose the issuer.** Where the same company or fund is carried by more than one issuer, Neurobro selects which issuer's token your order buys, at the time you place it, by which one returns the most shares for the amount you entered. That selection can differ between two orders for the same asset, including because of their size. When you sell, you sell the token you already hold. **Not offered to U.S. Persons, or in the United States or the United Kingdom.** By placing a tokenized-equity order you represent and warrant that: (a) you are not a U.S. A tokenized equity is not a share. When you buy one you acquire a token issued by a third party, not the underlying share. You are generally not a shareholder of the underlying company, and you hold no voting rights and no claim against that company. Your claim, if any, is against the token issuer and is governed by that issuer's own terms. **Dividends and other corporate actions are the issuer's, not the company's.** You have no dividend entitlement against the referenced company. Whether a dividend or other corporate action reaches you at all, and in what form, is determined solely by the issuer of the token you hold and by that issuer's own terms. Issuers handle this differently: some reflect it in the value of the token rather than paying anything out, some do not pass it on, and a cash-settled derivative confers no entitlement to it in the first place. Do not assume any particular treatment, and read the terms of the issuer whose token you hold. These tokens carry issuer-enforced controls: the issuer can restrict transfers and, in defined circumstances, act on holdings. The token's price may diverge from the price of the underlying share, and the token may trade while the underlying market is closed. **Which assets are available.** The tokenized equities you can trade are a curated list maintained by Neurobro, which may change at any time and without notice. Some listed assets can be **sold but not bought**. Neurobro is not a broker-dealer, does not provide brokerage, custody, clearing, or settlement services, and gives no advice on any listed asset. **Order minimums.** A tokenized-equity order is subject to both our own minimum and the minimum set by the issuer of the token being bought, and the larger of the two applies. Issuer minimums vary widely between issuers and can be substantially higher than ours. The minimum that applies to a given asset is shown in the App, and an order below it is refused rather than reduced. ### 2.8 Fiat Deposits and Cash-Out NeuroWallet lets you fund your wallet with traditional currency and cash out to a card or bank account. **Neurobro does not accept, hold, convert, or transmit your money at any point.** These transactions are carried out by [Onramper](https://onramper.com) and the licensed payment providers it aggregates, including [MoonPay](https://www.moonpay.com). Those providers contract with you directly under their own terms. **The provider, not Neurobro, verifies your identity.** The payment provider performs its own identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks and collects the identity documents and payment details required to do so. Neurobro does not collect, receive, or store that information, and performs no identity verification of its own. See Section 6.3. **What you receive.** Deposits are delivered as **USDC** on Base or Solana. Cash-out is subject to a minimum, currently **25 US dollars**. Availability, limits, currencies, and payment methods are set by the provider and vary by country. Neurobro charges no fee of its own on fiat deposits or cash-out; the provider's fee is contained in the quote shown to you before you confirm. ### 2.9 NeuroWallet Availability & Eligibility NeuroWallet does not require a paid subscription and is available on all access tiers. Its availability by jurisdiction, including the features withheld in particular countries, is set out in Section 1.4. NeuroWallet may be unavailable in your jurisdiction even where use of the other Services is permitted, and the jurisdictions in which it or any of its features are available may change at any time. ### 2.10 Assumption of Wallet & Trading Risk Digital-asset trading is highly risky. By using NeuroWallet you acknowledge and assume all associated risks, including: extreme price volatility and the potential **total loss** of your assets; the **irreversibility** of on-chain transactions (a completed, mistaken, or fraudulently induced transaction cannot be undone); smart-contract, protocol, oracle, or bridge failures, bugs, or exploits; slippage, price impact, failed transactions, and network congestion or gas-fee spikes; miner/maximal-extractable value (MEV), front-running, and sandwich attacks; and loss of access to your wallet if you lose your device or recovery method. Any AI-generated information shown in NeuroWallet is subject to the disclaimers in Section 4 and is not financial advice. If you trade perpetual futures or tokenized equities, the additional risks specific to those products are set out in Sections 2.6 and 2.7 and are assumed by you in the same way. **You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, for every trade you make, and for any taxes arising from your activity.** See also Section 8 (No Fiduciary Duties & Assumption of Risk). ### 2.11 Wallet Security & Loss You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device, your login credentials, your NeuroWallet, and any recovery method or exported key. **Neurobro is not responsible for the security or safety of your digital assets.** If you lose access to your wallet, device, or recovery method, or if your credentials, keys, or (once available) exported private key are lost, stolen, compromised, or accessed by a third party, **we cannot restore access to your wallet or your assets, and we are not liable for any resulting loss.** Self-custodied assets cannot be recovered, reversed, or restored by us through any account-based process. When private-key export becomes available, you acknowledge and accept the risk of exporting and transmitting an unencrypted private key. We strongly recommend that you safeguard your device and recovery method and enable available security features. ## 3. Read-Only Exchange Connections This Section governs the Portfolio Tracking feature of the Neurobro Mobile App. Portfolio Tracking is separate from, and unrelated to, the Neurobro Web non-custodial swap interface and to NeuroWallet (Section 2); the read-only, no-trading limitations in this Section describe the exchange connections used for Portfolio Tracking and do not apply to NeuroWallet, through which you may initiate your own trades. The "API keys" and "API credentials" referred to throughout this Section mean the read-only access keys that third-party exchanges issue to you for Portfolio Tracking; they are not related to NeuroAPI or any other Neurobro API, product, or developer interface. ### 3.1 Connecting Supported Exchanges The Portfolio Tracking feature lets you link accounts you hold at supported third-party cryptocurrency exchanges by supplying the read-only API credentials (API keys) that the exchange issues to you. The currently supported exchanges are **Binance, OKX, Bybit, KuCoin, Indodax, and Tokocrypto**. The list of supported exchanges, and the data available from each, may change over time. ### 3.2 Read-Only Access Only For Portfolio Tracking, the Neurobro Mobile App accepts read-only exchange API keys only. Through these exchange connections, the App has no order-execution, trading, or withdrawal capability and cannot move, trade, place orders for, or otherwise access or dispose of your funds on any connected exchange. Portfolio Tracking is used solely to retrieve and display account information such as balances, trade history, positions, and net worth. You are solely responsible for creating exchange API keys that are scoped to read-only permissions, and for ensuring those keys do not grant trading, withdrawal, or transfer access. If you provide exchange credentials with broader permissions than read-only, you do so at your own risk. We strongly recommend you review the API key permission settings offered by each exchange before connecting an account. ### 3.3 Security of Exchange API Credentials The exchange API credentials you provide for Portfolio Tracking are **encrypted at rest**. You remain responsible for safeguarding your own exchange account, login credentials, and any exchange API keys you generate. You may disconnect a linked exchange at any time through the Mobile App. ### 3.4 Exchanges Are Independent Third Parties Each supported exchange is an independent third party that is not owned, operated, or controlled by the Operator. The Operator does not control, and is not responsible for, the availability, accuracy, completeness, security, performance, or downtime of any exchange or of the data an exchange makes available through its API. Exchange data displayed in the App is provided by the exchange and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. ### 3.5 Each Exchange's Own Terms You are solely responsible for creating and maintaining your accounts at each exchange in compliance with that exchange's own terms, and you remain bound by each connected exchange's Terms of Service and related policies. By connecting an exchange account, you confirm that doing so does not violate that exchange's terms. | Exchange | Terms of Service | | ---------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Binance | [https://www.binance.com/en/terms](https://www.binance.com/en/terms) | | OKX | [https://www.okx.com/help/terms-of-service](https://www.okx.com/help/terms-of-service) | | Bybit | [https://www.bybit.com/en/legal/terms-of-service](https://www.bybit.com/en/legal/terms-of-service) | | KuCoin | [https://www.kucoin.com/legal/terms-of-use](https://www.kucoin.com/legal/terms-of-use) | | Indodax | [https://help.indodax.com/hc/en-us/articles/4416650994585-Terms-and-Conditions](https://help.indodax.com/hc/en-us/articles/4416650994585-Terms-and-Conditions) | | Tokocrypto | [https://support.tokocrypto.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004044971-Tokocrypto-User-Agreement](https://support.tokocrypto.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004044971-Tokocrypto-User-Agreement) | ## 4. Nature of Neurobro's Intelligence ### 4.1 AI Ecosystem Disclaimer Neurobro is a collective intelligence formed by an evolving network of specialized AI agents. These AI agents process data independently and collaboratively, so outputs may vary in style, depth, or perspective. ### 4.2 "AI Alpha" Content The Services may generate price targets, stop‑losses, technical charts, or token lists using machine‑learning models ("AI Alpha"). AI outputs may be inaccurate, outdated, or contradictory. Nothing presented constitutes investment advice, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions. ### 4.3 No Investment, Financial, or Legal Advice Information provided through any of our Services, including any content generated by Neurobro, does not constitute investment, financial, legal, regulatory, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing herein shall be construed as a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to acquire or dispose of any security, commodity, or other financial instrument. You must consult independent, qualified professionals before making decisions related to the Token or any associated activities. THE TOKEN DOES NOT CONFER OWNERSHIP INTERESTS, GOVERNANCE RIGHTS, EQUITY STAKES, OR ANY OTHER RIGHTS IN ANY ENTITY OR PROJECT. NEITHER THE TOKEN NOR THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES AN OFFERING OF SECURITIES OR ANY OTHER REGULATED FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT, AND NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR PROMISES ARE MADE REGARDING FUTURE PERFORMANCE, FINANCIAL RETURNS, OR INTRINSIC VALUE. Neurobro is an AI agent, and AI agents can produce inaccurate or misleading information ("hallucinations"). You acknowledge that any decisions you make based on the content are made at your own risk. Always verify information through independent means. ### 4.4 AI Commentary on Your Connected Portfolio Any AI-generated commentary, analysis, or insights about your connected exchange portfolio - including your positions, holdings, profit and loss (PnL), or net worth - is provided for informational purposes only. Such output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or "hallucinated," and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, regulatory, accounting, or tax advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to acquire, hold, or dispose of any asset. AI portfolio commentary is not portfolio management and is not personalized financial advice. You should always conduct your own research (DYOR), independently verify any figures or conclusions, and consult qualified professionals before acting on any AI-generated output. You remain solely responsible for all decisions you make regarding your accounts and assets. ### 4.5 Accuracy and Reliability Neurobro's AI agents analyze real-time data from social media, on-chain activity, and third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information due to the volatile nature of crypto markets. Use content at your sole risk. ## 5. Fees ### 5.1 Subscription Fees, Cancellation & Refunds Paid subscriptions (Pro, Ultra) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) at the prices listed on the [Plans & Pricing](/neurobro/plans) page. Subscriptions auto-renew for the same period unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with reasonable notice; existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect. Where you subscribe determines who processes and refunds your payment: * **Web subscriptions** are processed by Stripe, for which Neurobro is the merchant of record. Manage or cancel from your subscription settings on Neurobro Web. * **Mobile subscriptions** are sold and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under that store's own terms. Manage or cancel through your device's subscription settings. **Cancellation.** You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the **next** renewal; it does not end the billing period you are already in, and you keep access until that period ends. Cancelling after a renewal has already been charged does not reverse or refund that period. **Refunds.** * **Mobile (Apple App Store, Google Play).** Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are sold and refunded by the applicable store under that store's own policies. Neurobro does not process store payments and cannot issue, approve, or deny refunds for them; any refund request for a store purchase must be made directly to Apple or Google. * **Web (Stripe).** Web subscription fees are non-refundable, including for unused time and partial billing periods, except (a) where a refund is required by applicable law, or (b) where Neurobro grants one at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Stripe is a payment processor and does not decide refund requests; that decision is Neurobro's. Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. ### 5.2 Swap, Trading, and Network Fees **Neurobro Web swaps.** The Operator does not charge a platform fee for swaps executed through the Neurobro Web interface. **NeuroWallet trades.** For spot cryptocurrency and tokenized-equity trades executed through NeuroWallet, the Operator charges a fee that depends on your access tier: **0.50% for Basic, 0.40% for Pro, and 0.30% for Ultra**, subject to a minimum of **0.25 US dollars per trade**, whichever is greater. Users attributed to a referral receive a permanent **10% discount** on this fee. Minimum trade values vary by product and by asset, and the minimum that applies to your trade is shown in the App before you confirm. This is an **all-in** fee. Routing, bridging, and network costs are absorbed within it rather than added on top, and where the underlying cost of executing a route exceeds the fee, the fee falls to zero rather than the excess being passed to you. The fee that applies to your trade, together with estimated slippage and price impact, is disclosed in the App at the time of each quote, before you confirm. Fee levels may change, and any change is reflected in the in-app quote. **Withdrawals.** A flat fee of **0.50 US dollars** applies to a withdrawal from NeuroWallet. It is waived on fiat cash-out. **Perpetual futures.** The Operator charges a builder fee of **0.05%** on perpetual-futures orders. To enable this you sign an on-chain approval on Hyperliquid setting a **maximum** builder fee of **0.1%**; the Operator charges 0.05% within that ceiling. Hyperliquid charges its own trading fees separately and applies its own deposit minimum and flat withdrawal fee, as described in Section 2.6. **Fiat deposits and cash-out.** The Operator charges no fee. The payment provider charges its own, contained in the quote shown to you before you confirm. **Network fees and account rent.** For NeuroWallet, the Operator pays the blockchain network (gas) fee on your behalf and recovers its cost within the fee described above; you are not billed separately for gas. On Solana, opening a token account requires a small refundable deposit known as **rent**, which the Operator fronts for you; it is held in your own account and is returned **to you**, not to the Operator, when that account is closed. For Neurobro Web, and for any transaction you sign with your own self-hosted wallet, you remain responsible for network (gas) fees, for third-party protocol, liquidity provider, bridge, router, or aggregator fees associated with the underlying route, and for slippage and price impact. These fees are charged for access to Neurobro's software and interface; they do not constitute Neurobro taking custody of, holding, or transmitting your assets or value. Any previously published Neurobro Web swap fee/referral structures are deprecated as of Nov 06, 2025. ### 5.3 Affiliate Links and Promotional Offers The Services may display promotional offers or affiliate referral links to supported third-party cryptocurrency exchanges, namely **Binance, OKX, Bybit, KuCoin, Indodax, and Tokocrypto**. When you sign up for or use one of these exchanges through an affiliate link displayed in our Services, the Operator may earn a commission from that exchange. This does not affect the price you pay, and you are not charged any additional cost as a result. Affiliate and promotional links are **geo-gated** and are not displayed to all users. In particular, such links are not displayed in the comprehensively restricted jurisdictions described in Section 1.4(a), or in the United Kingdom, due to the financial-promotions regime administered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Additional per-exchange country restrictions also apply, so a given affiliate link may be unavailable in your jurisdiction even where the foregoing exclusions do not apply. Your detected country is used to determine which links, if any, are displayed (see our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy) for details on how we determine your location). This geo-gating affects only the display of affiliate and promotional links. It does not, by itself, restrict your access to or use of the core Services. The Operator does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party exchange or service. You are solely responsible for evaluating and complying with the terms of any third-party service you choose to use. ### 5.4 Taxes You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes (including income, capital-gains, sales, value-added, or similar taxes) that apply to your use of the Services, your trades, and your digital-asset holdings. Neurobro does not withhold, collect, remit, or report taxes on your behalf, and the fees described above are exclusive of any such taxes. Nothing in the Services constitutes tax advice; consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations. ### 5.5 Referral Program The Services include a referral program under which you may earn a share of the revenue generated by users you refer. **Attribution.** A referred user is attributed to you when they sign up, and that attribution is permanent. It cannot be applied retroactively to an existing account. **What you earn.** The current rates are **20% of subscription revenue**, **40% of spot trading fees**, and **40% of perpetual-futures builder fees** from users attributed to you. These rates may change at any time. **Payment.** Earnings are held for **30 days** before becoming available, and are reversed if the underlying payment is refunded or charged back. Payouts are made in **USDC on Base**, are subject to a minimum, currently **1 US dollar**, and require you to supply a payout address and prove control of it by signing a message. Payouts are made on request and are reviewed before release; the Operator may decline or withhold a payout where it suspects fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms. **Prohibited conduct.** You may not refer yourself, create accounts in order to generate referrals, or use deceptive or unsolicited promotion to obtain them. The Operator may cancel unpaid earnings, reverse paid earnings, and remove you from the program for any such conduct. **Taxes.** Referral earnings are your income and you are solely responsible for any tax arising on them. See Section 5.4. ## 6. AML & Sanctions Controls ### 6.1 Geographic Restrictions We restrict access to the Services by jurisdiction, as set out in Section 1.4. These restrictions are applied by us on the basis of your detected location; they are not a matter of your election. ### 6.2 Withdrawal Address Screening Before a withdrawal from NeuroWallet is submitted, we screen the destination address against a list of digital-currency addresses designated by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). A withdrawal to a designated address is **refused**. This screening is best-effort and address-based. It is not a guarantee that a destination is lawful or safe, and the absence of a match is not an assurance of either. ### 6.3 We Do Not Verify Your Identity **Neurobro does not perform identity verification ("KYC") and does not screen users by name against sanctions lists.** Where identity verification is required, in particular for fiat deposits and cash-out, it is performed by the licensed payment provider described in Section 2.8, which collects that information directly from you under its own terms. Neurobro does not receive or store it. ### 6.4 Reservation of Rights The Operator maintains lists of prohibited addresses and restricted jurisdictions and may update them at any time without prior notice. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to any part of the Services where it believes a sanctions, legal, or fraud risk applies. ## 7. User Responsibilities ### 7.1 Input Quality Your prompts, questions, or data ("User Content") directly influence Neurobro's responses. You agree to provide clear, truthful, and respectful inputs. We reserve the right to block abusive, manipulative, or harmful User Content. ### 7.2 Prohibited Uses You agree not to use the Services or Neurobro to: * Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights; * Spread misinformation, spam, or malicious code; * Scrape data, reverse-engineer models, or disrupt infrastructure; or * Engage in market manipulation, scams, or harassment. ### 7.3 Sharing Conversations By sharing Service interactions publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such Content for promotional or improvement purposes. ## 8. No Fiduciary Duties & Assumption of Risk Digital‑asset prices are highly volatile and smart contracts can fail. You assume all risks arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to those set out in Section 2.10 (Assumption of Wallet & Trading Risk) and, for AI‑generated content, in Section 4. The Operator owes no fiduciary duty and disclaims liability except as expressly set out herein. ## 9. Intellectual Property ### 9.1 Ownership "Neurobro", "Neurobro Web", and associated logos are trademarks owned by NeuroFoundation, LLC. All software code, text, and graphics on the Services are either owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. ### 9.2 User-Generated Content By submitting User Content, you grant us a perpetual license to use it for training Neurobro's AI agents, improving Services, and developing new features. This training license does **not** extend to Inputs or Output submitted through **NeuroAPI** (as defined in the [API Terms of Service](/legal/api-terms)): we do not use NeuroAPI Inputs or Output to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models, and their processing is governed instead by the API Terms of Service and the [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy). ## 10. Data and Privacy ### 10.1 AI Agent-Driven Data Processing Neurobro's AI agents may process User Content, queries, and usage patterns to generate insights. Data may be stored on third-party platforms for analytics, error tracking, or model training. ### 10.2 Privacy Policy We adhere to applicable data protection laws. For details on data collection, storage, and sharing, review our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy). ### 10.3 Minimal Data Usage We store the minimal data required to operate the Services. ### 10.4 Personalization Data (Alpha Profile) To tailor Neurobro's responses, you may choose to provide optional personalization data (an "Alpha Profile"). It is used only to personalize your experience in Neurobro Web and related mini apps, is not visible to other users, and is not sold or licensed to third parties. You can remove it at any time in your settings. What we collect, how we use it, and how deletion works are set out in our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy). ## 11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability ### 11.1 No Warranties THE SERVICES AND NEUROBRO ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ### 11.2 Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS OR TRADING LOSSES, INCLUDING THOSE ARISING FROM MARKET MOVEMENTS, SLIPPAGE, FAILED OR IRREVERSIBLE TRANSACTIONS, SMART-CONTRACT OR THIRD-PARTY-INFRASTRUCTURE FAILURES, OR LOSS OF ACCESS TO YOUR WALLET. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO THE OPERATOR IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US\$100). ### 11.3 Third-Party Risks Neurobro may integrate or reference third-party data sources (e.g., blockchain APIs, social media). We do not control these external sources and disclaim responsibility for their accuracy, security, or any resulting damages. ## 12. Modifications & Termination We may amend these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after the "Last Updated" date constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access without notice if you breach these Terms or applicable law. ### 12.1 Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms. ### 12.2 Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. ## 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution ### 13.1 Informal Dispute Resolution Before commencing any arbitration or proceeding, you and the Operator agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally. The party raising the dispute must send written notice describing it to [info@neurobro.ai](mailto:info@neurobro.ai) (or, for the Operator, to your account email), and the parties will negotiate in good faith for at least **sixty (60) days** from that notice. This requirement does not apply where a party seeks urgent injunctive or equitable relief. ### 13.2 Governing Law & Binding Arbitration These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If a dispute is not resolved under Section 13.1, it shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under the Delaware Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Delaware (including remotely), and the resulting award shall be enforceable in any competent court. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute over the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction (for example, to protect intellectual property or confidential information). ### 13.3 Class Action Waiver & Jury Trial Waiver TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND THE OPERATOR AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE SHALL BE BROUGHT AND RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND THE OPERATOR EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES. ### 13.4 Time to File Claims Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be filed within **one (1) year** after the claim or cause of action arose; otherwise, it is permanently barred. ## 14. Contact For questions, abuse reports, or technical support, please contact us: [info@neurobro.ai](mailto:info@neurobro.ai) (856) 416-6698 @neurobro\_support NeuroFoundation, LLC, 1111B S Governors Ave STE 28958, Dover, DE 19904 ## 15. Version History Rewrote **Section 5.1** into "Subscription Fees, Cancellation & Refunds" to state the refund position accurately by payment channel, replacing the prior single sentence that deferred refunds to "the policies of the respective payment processor (Stripe, Apple, or Google)". Separated **cancellation** from **refunds**: cancellation stops the next renewal and does not reverse a period already charged. For **mobile**, stated that App Store and Google Play purchases are sold and refunded by the store under its own policies and that Neurobro does not process store payments and cannot issue, approve, or deny refunds for them. For **web**, stated that Neurobro is the Stripe merchant of record, that web fees are non-refundable (including unused time and partial periods) except where required by law or granted at Neurobro's discretion, and that Stripe is a processor and does not decide refund requests. Added a savings clause preserving non-waivable statutory refund and cancellation rights. Brought the tokenized-equity disclosure into line with the assets actually offered. **Section 2.7** previously described two issuers; it now names all four represented in the App - Backed Finance ("xStocks"), Ondo, Backpack and Robinhood Europe UAB - and states that they are not the same instrument and that the holder's claim lies against the issuing entity in each case. **Section 2.5** was updated to name the same four. Added to Section 2.7 a statement that eligibility, restricted jurisdictions, order minimums and trading hours **differ by issuer**, that the restrictions in that Section are the minimum applying to every issuer, and that a narrower issuer scope governs where one exists. Added a disclosure that **the user does not choose the issuer**: where more than one issuer carries the same company or fund, Neurobro selects the issuer at order time by which returns the most shares for the amount entered, and that selection can differ between orders. Rewrote the dividend wording in the Section 2.7 warning, which previously stated only that the holder "typically" has no dividend entitlement: it now separates the absence of any entitlement against the referenced company from the treatment of distributions, which is determined solely by the token's issuer and differs between issuers, and directs the user to that issuer's terms. Added an **order minimums** paragraph to Section 2.7, stating that a tokenized-equity order is subject to both our minimum and the issuer's, that the larger applies, and that an order below it is refused rather than reduced. Replaced the minimum trade value in **Section 5.2**, which stated a single 1.00 US dollar figure that did not hold for tokenized equities, with a statement that minimums vary by product and by asset and are shown in the App before the user confirms. Added counsel markers covering the identification of the Ondo and Backpack issuing entities and the per-issuer restricted-jurisdiction lists, including that Robinhood Europe UAB distributes only within the EEA. Brought the Terms into line with the shipped Neurobro Mobile App. Added **Section 1.4 (Geographic Restrictions and Availability)**, which sets out the comprehensively restricted, execution-restricted, and feature-restricted jurisdiction tiers and states that perpetual futures and tokenized equities are not offered in the United States or the United Kingdom; Sections 2.9 and 5.3 now reference it instead of carrying their own lists, and Section 1.2 adds Sevastopol. Replaced the former Section 2.5 ("Spot Trading Only"), which incorrectly stated that NeuroWallet offers no derivative instrument, with a **Trading Products** section naming the venues used for each product (Jupiter and Relay for spot, Hyperliquid for perpetual futures, Backed Finance and Robinhood for tokenized equities). Added **Section 2.6 (Perpetual Futures)**, **Section 2.7 (Tokenized Equities)**, and **Section 2.8 (Fiat Deposits and Cash-Out)**, and renumbered the subsequent subsections of Section 2. Rewrote the trade-authorization paragraph in Section 2.4 to describe on-device user signing with backend relay, disclosed the legacy delegated authorization that is being wound down, and added a screening-and-refusal paragraph. Corrected Section 2.2 to name all five supported networks and Hyperliquid. Removed the incorrect statement in the former Section 2.6 that NeuroWallet may require a paid subscription. Rewrote Section 5.2 to disclose tier-based trade fees (0.50% / 0.40% / 0.30%) with a 0.25 US dollar minimum, the referral discount, the all-in fee structure, the 0.50 US dollar withdrawal fee, the 0.05% perpetual-futures builder fee under a 0.1% approved ceiling, gas sponsorship, and Solana account rent, replacing the former flat 0.50% statement. Added **Section 5.5 (Referral Program)**. Restructured **Section 6** into Geographic Restrictions, Withdrawal Address Screening, No Identity Verification, and Reservation of Rights, narrowing the former claim of name-based sanctions screening to what is actually performed. Removed the former Section 1.4 (Social Media Interactions) and renumbered the Geographic Restrictions section to 1.4. Removed the Base app from the Operator & Scope services list, as the Neurobro AI Agent is no longer offered there. Reduced the trading-venue disclosure in Section 2.5 to the venues themselves, removing the internal routing logic, and linked each third-party provider to its own site. Standardised the callout boxes so their text renders in a single colour. Added **Section 1.5 (U.S. Persons)**, defining "United States" and "U.S. Person" and stating that a restriction on U.S. Persons applies wherever the person is located and whatever location our systems detect; Section 1.4(c) now restricts perpetual futures and tokenized equities by person as well as by location. Added a representation and warranty at the point of each restricted product (Sections 2.6 and 2.7) covering U.S. Person status, location, acting for the benefit of a U.S. Person, and circumvention by VPN or proxy, together with an enforcement reservation. Corrected Section 2.7 to distinguish the two tokenized-equity issuers: Backed Finance issues price-tracking "xStocks" tokens, while **Robinhood Europe UAB** issues onchain representations of over-the-counter derivative contracts that are cash-settled and confer no equity ownership. Removed the money-services-business and money-transmitter position formerly stated in Section 2.1, replacing it with the plain statement that **Neurobro is not registered with or licensed by any regulatory authority**, and removed the duplicate registration sentence and the cross-reference from Section 2.3. Aligned the Section 2.1 custody covenant with the signing model described in Section 2.4. Added **NeuroAPI**, the paid developer API for programmatic access to Neurobro's financial intelligence, to the Operator & Scope services list, and incorporated the new [API Terms of Service](/legal/api-terms) into these Terms by reference (the API Terms control for NeuroAPI in the event of a conflict). Clarified that NeuroAPI is a developer product, distinct from the read-only exchange "API keys" used for Portfolio Tracking (Section 3). Amended Section 9.2 to carve NeuroAPI Inputs and Output out of the perpetual training license, and to state that Neurobro does not use NeuroAPI Inputs or Output to train, fine-tune, or improve its AI models. Added **NeuroWallet**, the self-custodial embedded wallet and spot-trading feature of the Neurobro Mobile App. Restructured Section 2 into "Non-Custodial Nature & NeuroWallet": the Privy-powered embedded wallet (Solana and Base), the non-custodial key model and forthcoming key export, affirmative self-custody wording (you retain sole and total independent control; we cannot move or divert your assets; software, not financial services), the "not an exchange, broker, custodian, or adviser" disclaimer, user-initiated trades routed through third-party infrastructure with a limited, revocable trade authorization, spot-only scope, wallet availability/eligibility, and wallet & trading risk (Section 2.8). Reframed the money-services-business/custodian statement as a position rather than a determination. Updated Section 5.2 to disclose the 0.50% NeuroWallet platform fee plus third-party routing and network fees. Added a source-of-funds representation (Section 1.2), a Taxes clause (Section 5.4), a digital-asset-loss exclusion and aggregate liability cap (Section 11.2), and an informal-dispute-resolution step, delegation clause, injunctive-relief carve-out, class-action and jury-trial waiver, and one-year claim limitation (Section 13). Added the Apple App Store and Google Play download links to the Operator & Scope services list. Replaced the legacy "nevron"/"decentralized network" wording with clearer "specialized AI agents" terminology. Defined "Token" at first use in the Acknowledgment so the securities disclaimer references a defined term. Clarified that the read-only "API keys" / "API credentials" in the Read-Only Exchange Connections section are exchange-issued keys for Portfolio Tracking, distinct from NeuroAPI or any other Neurobro API. Added the Portfolio Tracking feature of the Neurobro Mobile App and a new Read-Only Exchange Connections section governing read-only exchange API key connections. Named the six supported exchanges (Binance, OKX, Bybit, KuCoin, Indodax, Tokocrypto) and linked each exchange's Terms of Service. Extended the no-financial-advice disclaimer to cover AI-generated commentary on a user's connected portfolio. Updated the affiliate disclosure to name the supported exchanges and disclose geo-gating of affiliate links (sanctioned jurisdictions and the UK FCA financial-promotions regime). Renumbered subsequent sections. Added affiliate links and promotional offers disclosure (Section 4.3). Clarified that region-specific offers may be displayed and Operator may earn commissions from third-party referrals. Added subscription terms (Stripe, App Store, Google Play) with billing, cancellation, and refund policies. Updated access tiers to reflect Neurobro Pass subscriptions as primary access method. Added Neurobro Mobile App to services scope. Updated authentication to reference Neurobro Pass. Removed platform fee and referral structure; clarified that only network and third‑party protocol fees may apply. Reaffirmed strictly non‑custodial operation. Updated for expanded services including AI Agent on Telegram, Landing Page, and Neurobro Web Terminal. Updated company information to NeuroFoundation, LLC. Enhanced non-custodial disclaimers and governing law updated to Delaware. Added operator address, wallet, buy‑back mechanic, AI‑accuracy disclaimer, governing‑law update, and sanctions‑screen details. # Developers Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/neurobro/developers Build with Neurobro - APIs and tools for developers Neurobro's research is available to build on. There are a few ways in, depending on what you need: A REST API to Neurobro's research across crypto, stocks, forex, and commodities - the same agent behind the app. Subscription-based. Pay-per-request access over the HTTP 402 protocol - \$1 USDC per query, no API keys, the wallet is the auth. A terminal-native research assistant with 60+ tools. Install from npm: `npm install -g neurobro`. Our open-source agent framework - the foundation the Neurobro agents are built on. # FAQ Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/neurobro/faq Common questions about Neurobro ## General Neurobro is an AI for the markets, on [web](/products/neurobro/web) and [mobile](/products/neurobro/mobile). Ask it about crypto, stocks, forex, commodities or prediction markets and get a researched answer; follow a news feed that learns what you care about; track everything you own; and trade from a non-custodial wallet built into the app. See the [ecosystem overview](/products/overview) for how the pieces fit together. No. Same agent, same wallet, same account, same subscription. Sign in with your Neurobro Pass and your chats, portfolio and plan follow you between them. The web adds research tools that need a large screen; mobile adds a swipeable feed and widgets. Neurobro provides market research and information, **not financial advice**: * All insights are for informational purposes only * Always do your own research * Cross-reference with other sources * Past performance doesn't guarantee future results AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so double-check before acting on it. Yes. The agent only processes public information, never asks for private keys or seed phrases, and cannot move your funds - every transaction is authorized by you, on your device. ## Plans and limits No. Core features are free for everyone. Pro and Ultra add more daily AI messages, lower trading fees, and premium features. See [Plans & Pricing](/neurobro/plans). Yes. Holding **1,000,000 \$BRO** in a linked wallet unlocks Ultra automatically, for as long as you hold it. There is no token threshold for Pro - the only one is Ultra. Token access and subscriptions are independent, and your effective tier is always the highest you qualify for. See [Plans & Pricing](/neurobro/plans). Light gives fast, focused answers from a single analysis pass. Heavy runs deep multi-agent research - planning, review and synthesis across several agents - and costs much more compute. They have separate daily pools. See [Usage & Limits](/neurobro/usage-limits). Yes. On Basic, your daily Light allowance climbs with your **Market Rank**, from 5 a day at rank 1 to 20 a day at rank 9. Rank is earned by using the app. See [Usage & Limits](/neurobro/usage-limits) for the full ladder. Subscribing on [the web](https://app.neurobro.ai) is up to 20% cheaper than through the App Store or Google Play, for the same plan and benefits. Manage or cancel wherever you subscribed. You can **cancel anytime**, and cancelling stops your **next** renewal - you keep access until the current period ends. Cancelling does not refund a period that has already been billed. Where a refund goes depends on where you subscribed: **mobile** purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own policies, so request a refund there; **web** (card) subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or granted at our discretion. See our [Terms of Use](/legal/terms-of-use#5-fees). ## NeuroWallet and trading No. NeuroWallet is **non-custodial** - you hold your own keys, transactions are authorized on your device, and we cannot move or freeze your funds. See the [NeuroWallet overview](/products/neurowallet/overview). Cash is your spendable dollar balance - what you buy with and what you get back when you sell. Each chain has a canonical dollar (USDC on most chains, USDG on Robinhood Chain), and they add into one figure so you don't have to think about which chain your money is on. Base, Solana, Arbitrum, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain. Perpetual futures trade on Hyperliquid. You rarely need to pick - purchases fund from wherever your cash is and move it across chains automatically. One fee, quoted before you commit, that already includes network gas, routing and any cross-chain movement - nothing is added afterwards. It's 0.50% on Basic, 0.40% on Pro and 0.30% on Ultra, with a **\$0.25 minimum per trade**. On expensive routes our fee drops to zero and you pay only the real cost. Full detail on [Trading Fees](/neurobro/trading-fees). No. Neurobro sponsors gas, so your cash is spendable the moment it lands. The cost is already inside the trading fee. Every token is screened before you buy - for transfer taxes, honeypot behavior, and liquidity. If a token looks like a trap, the purchase is refused and we say why. **Selling is never blocked** - anything you hold, you can always exit. See [Safety](/products/neurowallet/safety). Holding a token on Solana for the first time requires opening a token account, which needs a small refundable deposit (about 0.002 SOL) held by the network. We pay it for you, show it separately from our fee, and it's released **back to your own wallet** when you sell. We never collect it. Perpetual futures are leveraged, and a position can be liquidated - closed automatically at a loss - if the market moves far enough against it. Only trade perps with money you can afford to lose. See [Trading](/products/neurowallet/trading). ## Connections NeuroWallet is money you hold yourself and trade from. Connections is a **read-only** view of accounts you hold somewhere else - exchanges, wallet addresses, brokers. They share a tab in the app and do different jobs. There's a comparison on the [NeuroWallet overview](/products/neurowallet/overview). No. Connections is read-only. Create your exchange API key with **read permission only** and never enable withdrawals - we don't need trade or withdrawal access and won't ask for it. Keys are encrypted, and disconnecting removes them. 50, including Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, Bitget, MEXC, Gate, HTX, Crypto.com, Gemini, Bitstamp, Bitfinex, Upbit, Bithumb, bitFlyer, Bitvavo, Luno, Indodax and Tokocrypto, plus regional venues worldwide. You can also watch any public wallet address. ## Referrals and rewards 20% of their subscription revenue, 40% of their spot trading fees, and 40% of perps builder fees. Partners earn 50% across all three. The person you refer gets 10% off their trading fees. See [the referral program](/neurobro/referral). Earnings are held for 30 days, then become payable. Once your payable balance reaches \$1 you **request** a payout to a connected wallet; we review and approve it, and it's then sent automatically as USDC on Base. Payouts aren't automatic - you have to request them. XP is earned by using the app. **Market Rank** is the level it builds toward, and it raises your free-tier message allowance. **Market Edge** is your leaderboard standing, combining earned activity with your subscription. Badges unlock at milestones, and leaderboards run globally and by country. Yes. You can appear anonymously instead of under your username, hide your country flag, and control whether others can open your trading profile. None of these ever expose your wallet address or balances. ## Availability Neurobro is available globally, apart from sanctioned jurisdictions. Some features are narrower - perpetual futures and tokenized stocks aren't offered in the United States or United Kingdom, and card funding and cash-out depend on your country. Almost always because it isn't available in your region yet, or it's still rolling out. The app only shows what you can actually use, rather than offering something and refusing it later. 14: English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Indonesian, Malay, Thai and Vietnamese. News, prompts and alerts are translated too, not just the interface. ## Account Your account - one login across Neurobro Web and the mobile app, carrying your chats, preferences, plan, wallet and progress. Sign in with Google, Apple, email, Telegram or a Web3 wallet. See the [overview](/products/overview). Yes, and it's worth doing. Link Google, Apple, email, Telegram and a wallet to the same Pass and use whichever is convenient. If you lose access to one, another still gets you in. Yes. Signing in with the second method while logged into the first merges them, bringing your history and preferences into one account. We use encrypted communications and never have access to your private keys or seed phrases. Exchange API keys are encrypted before storage. For exactly what we collect, why, and how long we keep it, see our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy). ## Staying safe Your security is partly your responsibility, and a few habits cover most of it: * **Only use official Neurobro channels.** Confirm you're on our official site, app and community links before signing in or connecting a wallet. * **Never share your private keys or seed phrase.** Neurobro will never ask for them, and neither will anyone on our team. * **Watch out for impersonators.** We'll never message you first asking for funds, keys or personal details. * **Verify before you act.** Double-check addresses and transaction details - a crypto transfer cannot be reversed by anyone. * **Start small** with a new token or a new flow, and be cautious with unverified tokens. ## Support Join our Telegram for community help Email us for complex issues # How Neurobro Works? Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/neurobro/how-it-works How Neurobro works - research, trade, and keep up with the markets Neurobro puts research and trading for every market in one app, so you stop juggling a terminal, a news site, and a separate exchange. Most of what you'll do falls into three parts - research a market, act on what you find, and keep up with what's moving - all on one account. How Neurobro works - research, trade, and keep up with the markets ## 1. Research Ask Neurobro anything about the markets and get a clear answer in seconds. Behind each one, more than 200 specialized agents read what a professional desk would - prices and charts, on-chain activity, company fundamentals, news, and social sentiment - and combine it into a single reply instead of ten open tabs. It covers crypto, stocks, forex, commodities, and prediction markets. Compare two assets, check a token for risks, see what large wallets are buying, or dig into a macro theme, all in plain language. Answers come in two depths. **Light** is a fast single pass for quick questions; **Heavy** runs deep multi-agent research for when a quick answer isn't enough. See [Usage & Limits](/neurobro/usage-limits). ## 2. Act When you want to act, you don't leave the app. **[NeuroWallet](/products/neurowallet/overview)** is non-custodial and built in: you hold your own keys and funds, and Neurobro never takes custody. Buy, sell and trade from chat or the trading screen, across five chains, with every trade screened before it runs and one fee that already includes network costs. Trading with NeuroWallet **Connections** is the other half of the picture: link the exchanges and wallets you hold elsewhere and they appear alongside, read-only, so your net worth is one number. Neurobro can then answer questions about what you actually own. The two are covered on the [mobile](/products/neurobro/mobile) and [web](/products/neurobro/web) pages. ## 3. Stay ahead Neurobro processes around 300GB of data - news, on-chain flows, and social sentiment - to build your news feed, sentiment reads, alpha signals, and trending-asset lists. **The feed learns from you.** Like a story and you get more like it; dismiss one and you get fewer. It weights toward the assets, themes and sources you actually read, and toward what you hold - so the longer you use it, the closer it tracks your own positions and watchlist. Swipe up on any story to ask Neurobro about it. Live signals flag big moves and new setups as they happen, and a weekly Alpha Report ties the biggest themes together. ## One account, everywhere Your **Neurobro Pass** ties it together - one login across Neurobro Web, the mobile app, and every connected surface, so your history, preferences, wallet and plan follow you everywhere. See the [ecosystem overview](/products/overview) for what's shared, and [Plans & Pricing](/neurobro/plans) for tiers. *** Your use of Neurobro is governed by our [Terms of Use](/legal/terms-of-use) and [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy). # Introduction Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/neurobro/introduction What Neurobro is, and where to use it Neurobro - your all-in-one AI for finance **Neurobro is your all-in-one AI for finance.** It's a research and trading app for web and mobile that puts AI market analysis, your portfolio, and a non-custodial wallet in one place - so you can look into a market and act on it without switching tools. ## What you can do? 1. **Research the markets.** Ask Neurobro a question and get an answer in seconds, with the numbers and sources behind it. "Is ETH overbought right now?" "What moved gold today?" "Any new Base tokens with real volume?" It covers crypto, stocks, forex, commodities, and prediction markets. 2. **Trade on what you find.** See something worth buying? Trade it from the chat or the trading screen. [NeuroWallet](/products/neurowallet/overview) is built in and non-custodial, so you hold your own keys and funds and Neurobro never takes custody. 3. **See everything you own.** Connect the exchanges and wallets you hold elsewhere and they appear alongside, read-only, so your net worth is one number instead of six browser tabs. ## One account, on every device Your **Neurobro Pass** is a single login for Neurobro Web and the mobile app. Sign in once and your chats, preferences, and plan are there on both. Start a question on your phone and finish it on the web. ## Where to use Neurobro? The full web app - research any market, read the charts and dashboards on a big screen, and trade. Neurobro in your pocket - research, news, and trading for iOS and Android. ## How it works? Behind each answer, Neurobro runs a set of specialized agents - more than 200 of them - that read prices, on-chain activity, news, and social sentiment, then pull what they find into one reply. For the longer version, see [how Neurobro works](/neurobro/how-it-works), or the [ecosystem overview](/products/overview) for how the products fit together. ## What makes it different? Most tools analyze a market and then send you somewhere else to trade. Neurobro keeps both in one app on one account, so you can go from a question to a filled order without switching apps or giving up custody of your coins. ## Ready to get started? "Neurobro's IQ" is how strong the AI model is on that tier - higher IQ means deeper analysis. For the full breakdown of limits by tier, see [Usage & Limits](/neurobro/usage-limits). Trading fees carry a **\$0.25 minimum per trade**, so on small trades the minimum applies instead of the percentage. That single fee is the whole cost of the trade - network gas, routing and any bridging are already inside it, never added on top. ## 2. Payment methods Upgrade to Pro or Ultra whenever you want: * **Web** - pay by card on [Neurobro Web](https://app.neurobro.ai). * **Mobile** - buy through the App Store or Google Play. You get the same tiers and the same benefits either way, and your plan applies everywhere once you subscribe. To manage or cancel, use whichever one you subscribed on. **Cancelling and refunds.** You can cancel anytime, and cancelling stops your **next** renewal - you keep access until the current period ends. A period that has already been billed is not refunded. Mobile purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play, so request any refund there; web (card) subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or granted at our discretion. Full detail in our [Terms of Use](/legal/terms-of-use#5-fees). **Subscribe on [Neurobro Web](https://app.neurobro.ai) to save up to 20%** - same plan and benefits, lower price than in the app. ## 3. Pay with \$BRO You don't need a paid subscription to reach the top tier - holding **1,000,000 \$BRO** in a linked wallet unlocks **Ultra** automatically, for as long as you hold it. Your effective tier is always the **highest** of your subscription, token-based tier, or any special grant. Token access and subscriptions are independent paths - use whichever suits you. Buy the asset you just researched right from Neurobro - trade from chat or the trading screen, across chains, with [risk checks](/products/neurowallet/safety) along the way. One fee, quoted up front, with network costs already inside it - see [Trading Fees](/neurobro/trading-fees). * Personalize your news feed by liking and dismissing stories * Connect your exchanges and wallets so Neurobro can see everything you hold * Level up your **Market Rank** - on the free tier it raises your daily message allowance * **Upgrade to Pro or Ultra** for higher limits, lower trading fees and premium features - see [Plans & Pricing](/neurobro/plans) ## Try it as a guest You can explore Neurobro without an account. As a guest, you get a limited number of AI messages and news cards to try it out. When you're ready, create a Neurobro Pass. It opens up the full free tier and keeps the progress you've already made. ## Next steps Research, trade, and keep up with the markets Tiers, pricing, and paying with \$BRO # Referral Program Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/neurobro/referral Earn a share of what the people you invite generate - subscriptions and trading fees alike Every Neurobro user has a personal referral link. Share it - when someone signs up through it, you earn a share of the revenue they generate, and they get a discount on their trading fees. ## How it works Open [app.neurobro.ai/user/referral](https://app.neurobro.ai/user/referral). Your personal link looks like `https://app.neurobro.ai/r/`, and you can claim a custom code instead of the generated one. Anyone who signs up through your link is attributed to you automatically. **Attribution happens at signup only** - a referral can't be attached to an existing account afterwards. You earn a share of what they generate, from the day they join, for as long as they keep using Neurobro. ## What you earn on Your cut depends on where the revenue comes from: | Revenue source | Your share | | ------------------------------------------------- | ---------- | | **Subscriptions** - their Pro or Ultra payments | 20% | | **Spot trading fees** - what they pay to trade | 40% | | **Perps trading fees** - our builder fee on perps | 40% | Trading fees pay a higher rate than subscriptions because the margins differ: subscription revenue is high-margin and recurring, while trading fees are thin and volume-driven. Not everything generates a commission. **Deposits, withdrawals, and buying crypto with a card don't accrue** - we charge little or nothing on those, so there's nothing to share. Commission is calculated on **the fee we charged**, not on the size of their trade or the underlying network costs. ## What your referrals get The people you invite get **10% off their trading fees**, permanently. That discount applies to the Neurobro portion of the fee, not to the network gas and routing costs inside it - nobody can discount those. See [Trading Fees](/neurobro/trading-fees) for how the fee is put together. ## Getting paid This is a request-and-approve flow, not an automatic monthly transfer. Every commission is recorded as it's generated, and held for **30 days**. The hold covers refunds and chargebacks - a subscription refunded inside the window doesn't pay out. After the hold period, earnings move to your payable balance. You can see held, payable and paid amounts on your referral page at any time. When your payable balance is at least **\$1**, request a payout to a connected wallet. Nothing is sent until you ask for it. Requests are reviewed before approval. Once approved, the payment is sent automatically - you don't need to do anything else. Payouts are sent as **USDC on Base** to your connected wallet. Your payout wallet has to be an EVM address you've verified by signing a message, which proves you control it. Link it on your [referral page](https://app.neurobro.ai/user/referral). ## Becoming a Partner If you're referring at volume - a community, a channel, an audience - you can apply to the **Neurobro Partner program**, which pays **50%** across every revenue source rather than the standard rates. Applications are reviewed individually. Apply at [app.neurobro.ai/user/partner](https://app.neurobro.ai/user/partner). ## Good to know * There's no limit on how many people you can refer. * Attribution is permanent - once someone is linked to you, they stay linked. * Rates and thresholds can change; this page reflects the current values. * Referral earnings are income, and how they're taxed is your responsibility. # Links & Community Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/neurobro/socials Official Neurobro links, social channels, and community platforms Here you can find all official links, social media channels and community platforms of Neurobro. ## Primary Platforms Official website The Neurobro web app All links in one place Service uptime & incidents ## Mobile App Download for iOS Download for Android ## Community & Support Join the community for updates and support Chat with Neurobro on Telegram ## Social Media ## Store Official Neurobro merch - clothing and more. ## Technical Resources

## Security & Verification Security audit details Neurobro on Virtuals ## Contact Get in touch: [info@neurobro.ai](mailto:info@neurobro.ai) # Trading Fees Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/neurobro/trading-fees What a NeuroWallet trade costs, and what the fee covers [Plans & Pricing](/neurobro/plans) covers what a subscription costs. This page covers what a trade costs. The short version: **one fee, quoted before you commit, that already contains every cost of the trade.** Nothing is added afterwards. ## The rate Your trading fee depends on your tier, with a minimum per trade: | Tier | Trading fee | | --------------------------- | ----------- | | Basic | 0.50% | | Pro | 0.40% | | Ultra | 0.30% | **The minimum is \$0.25 per trade.** Whichever is larger applies - so a \$500 trade on Basic costs \$2.50 (the percentage), while a \$10 trade costs \$0.25 (the minimum, not \$0.05). The minimum exists because small trades cost roughly the same to execute as large ones. Network fees don't scale down. ## One fee, everything included This is the part worth understanding, because it's unusual. Executing a trade has real costs: network gas, routing through liquidity, and sometimes moving your cash between chains. Most platforms quote a percentage and then add those costs on top, so the number you agreed to isn't the number you pay. **We do it the other way around.** The rate above is the total. Our own fee absorbs the underlying costs so that the figure you're quoted is the figure you're charged: Network gas · liquidity routing · cross-chain bridging · gas sponsorship Nothing You never need to hold ETH, SOL or BNB to transact. Gas is sponsored, and its cost is already inside the fee you were shown. ## When the fee drops to zero Occasionally a trade's real underlying cost is higher than our fee would be - a small trade on a congested network, or one that needs cash moved across chains. When that happens, **our fee floors at zero and you pay only the actual cost.** We don't top it up to reach the tier rate, and we don't charge a fee on top of a cost that already exceeds it. So the tier rate is a ceiling on what we take, not a floor. On expensive routes we take nothing. ## When a trade is too expensive to be worth it If executing a trade would cost a disproportionate share of the trade itself, you're told the real number rather than quietly charged it. You can trade a larger amount, wait for cheaper network conditions, or proceed anyway - it's your call, made with the figure in front of you. ## Account rent, and why it isn't ours On Solana, holding a token for the first time requires opening a token account, which needs a small deposit (about 0.002 SOL) locked up by the network. It isn't a fee - it's a refundable deposit the blockchain holds. Here's how we handle it: 1. **We pay it for you** when you buy a token you've never held. 2. **We show it separately** as a storage deposit, so it's never disguised as our fee. 3. **You get it back.** When you sell out of the token, the deposit is released **to your own wallet** - not to us. We never collect it. It isn't revenue, it's your money temporarily held by Solana, and it comes back to you rather than to a treasury. ## Withdrawals Withdrawing crypto costs a **flat \$0.50**, regardless of amount or chain. No percentage, so a large withdrawal costs the same as a small one. Cashing out to local currency **waives that fee** - the conversion already carries the payment provider's own charge, and we don't stack ours on top. Depositing is always free. ## Perpetual futures Perps have their own costs, because they trade on Hyperliquid rather than on-chain: * **Withdrawing from perps costs a flat 1 USDC**, charged by Hyperliquid. * **Depositing to perps is free**, with a 10 USDC minimum. * **Trading fees** are charged by the exchange, with a builder fee on top. ## The referral discount If you signed up through someone's referral link, you get **10% off your trading fees**, permanently. The discount applies to **our fee**, not to the underlying costs inside it. Network gas and routing cost what they cost - nobody can discount those. So a 10% saving on the Neurobro portion, not on the whole trade. That's the same fee your referrer earns a share of, which is why the discount can only touch our part of it. See [the referral program](/neurobro/referral) for the other side. ## Lowering what you pay Pro drops you to 0.40%, Ultra to 0.30% 1,000,000 \$BRO unlocks Ultra, and its rate 10% off, permanently Trade sizing helps too: because of the \$0.25 minimum, several small trades cost more in total than one larger trade of the same value. # Usage & Limits Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/neurobro/usage-limits How Neurobro message limits work Neurobro answers in two modes, Light and Heavy, and each has its own daily message limit that depends on your tier. You can always see how many messages you have left in the app. ## Light vs Heavy Fast, focused answers. A single analysis pass for quick questions, using less compute. Deep, multi-agent research - planning, review, and synthesis across several agents, using much more compute. ## Which mode to use * **Reach for Light** for quick questions: a price check, "what is this token?", a definition, or a fast read on the market. Answers come back in seconds and use little of your quota. * **Save Heavy** for real digging: comparing several assets, full due-diligence on a token, or building a market thesis. It costs a Heavy message and gives you the deeper, multi-agent write-up. A good habit: default to Light, and switch to Heavy when a quick answer isn't enough. ## Daily limits by tier We keep pushing these limits higher, so they only go up over time. | | Basic | Pro | Ultra | | ------------------ | ---------- | ------ | ------- | | **Light messages** | 5 - 20/day | 25/day | 100/day | | **Heavy messages** | 1/day | 5/day | 25/day | Light and Heavy are **separate pools** - spending your Heavy messages doesn't touch your Light ones, and the other way around. ## Basic limits grow as you level up On Basic, your Light allowance isn't fixed. It climbs with your **Market Rank** - the level you earn by using Neurobro - from 5 a day at rank 1 up to 20 a day at rank 9: | Market Rank | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 | | ------------------ | - | - | - | -- | -- | -- | -- | -- | -- | | **Light messages** | 5 | 6 | 8 | 10 | 12 | 13 | 15 | 17 | 20 | So a free account that sticks around ends up with four times the messages it started with. Pro and Ultra don't need the ladder - they're already at 25 and 100 a day from the moment you subscribe. Heavy messages are set by your tier alone and don't change with rank. ## How the limits reset Your limits run on a **rolling 24-hour** window. Each message counts against your limit for 24 hours after you send it, then frees up - there's no single daily reset. If you use everything, your capacity comes back gradually as your earlier messages pass the 24-hour mark. ## When you run out Once you've used up your Light (or Heavy) messages, you can't send more of that type until some free up. To get more right away: * **Upgrade to Pro or Ultra** for a higher daily limit. * **Hold \$BRO** in a linked wallet to unlock a higher tier automatically. See [Plans & Pricing](/neurobro/plans) for tiers, pricing, and the \$BRO thresholds. # Changelog Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/products/neurobro/changelog What's new in Neurobro Product updates across web, iOS, and Android - the highlights of what we've shipped. ## August 2026 - Beyond crypto NeuroWallet stops being crypto-only, and stops being one chain at a time. Perpetual futures, commodities and hundreds more tokenized stocks arrive - and your money now moves across every network you hold it on. * **Perps on Hyperliquid** - Trade perpetual futures without leaving NeuroWallet. Open and close positions, set stops and take-profits, and see your orders, fills, and cash movements in one history. Not available in every country - the app shows you what you can trade. * **Gold, silver and oil** - A second perps venue brings commodities alongside crypto: gold, silver, platinum, palladium, crude oil, natural gas and copper, traded the same way as everything else on the Perps tab. * **Hundreds more tokenized stocks** - The Stocks tab grows from a short list to hundreds of companies across four issuers. Charts now track the underlying company, the app tells you whether the market is open, names the issuer behind each token, and shows the smallest order that issuer will accept before you place it. * **Your money, across every chain** - Withdrawals, cash-outs and perps funding now gather what you hold on several networks at once and move it together, instead of limiting you to whatever sits on one chain. Cash became a proper balance while we were at it: one entry in Holdings with the full breakdown, every cash move in your activity with its fee, and all five networks working on the web. You also see what a withdrawal really costs, and what will actually land, before you confirm it. * **Notifications that reach you** - A new inbox on web and mobile, plus push on your phone. Hear when a deposit lands, a withdrawal goes out, cash moves, or a stop-loss or take-profit fills - in your language, with per-topic controls so you only get what you asked for. * **A rebuilt NeuroWallet home** - Holdings and Watchlist now sit apart, search has its own page, and discovery gains Trending, Crypto, Stocks and Perps tabs. A four-part ring replaces the cash pie, closed perps positions get their own place, and sending is two clear steps: how much, then where. * **Ask about an asset, then buy it** - Tapping through to analyze something now tells Neurobro exactly what you're asking about, so the answer comes back more focused - and the answer carries a Buy button, so you can act on it without hunting for the token. Long answers no longer get cut short, and you can select and copy text again. * **Your own invite link** - Swap the generated code in your referral link for one you pick yourself, and see the friends who joined through it. Referrers now earn a share of perps trading fees alongside spot trades and subscriptions, and payouts go to your NeuroWallet by default. Also improved: steadier portfolio charts that line up through the day and count cash while it moves, price guides and a scrub crosshair on asset charts with your own fills marked on them, shareable cards for sells and for opening and closing a perp, a floor that turns down trades too thin to fill well, an optional memo when you withdraw on Solana so you can send straight to an exchange, per-network key export and recovery on the web, deleting your account from inside the app, more reliable card and bank deposits, and help reachable from inside the wallet. ## July 2026 - NeuroWallet for everyone NeuroWallet arrives for everyone. Hold assets and trade right inside Neurobro - on the web and on your phone - while you stay in control of your funds. * **NeuroWallet, on web and mobile** - Deposit, buy, sell, and withdraw without leaving Neurobro. Discover tokens, build a watchlist, and open a full asset page with live charts for anything you're trading. * **A new full trading view** - A redesigned trading screen on the web with instant search, live candlestick charts, token details, and your open positions all in one place. * **Tokenized stocks** - A new Stocks tab in NeuroWallet on mobile. Browse tokens that track the price of real company shares alongside your crypto, and trade them the same way you trade tokens. * **Cash in and cash out** - Fund your wallet with a card or a bank transfer, and cash out to a card, SEPA, or PayPal. Live quotes from several providers, priced in your local currency, rolling out gradually around the world. * **Safer trades** - Neurobro now measures a token's transfer tax before you trade, flags risky tokens, and shows a single clear fee line. When a trade looks likely to fail, it tells you why first and lets you decide. * **Earn 40% for inviting friends** - Referrers now keep 40% of the trading fees from the people they invite. The invite screen has been rebuilt with a QR code, one-tap copy, and a calculator that shows what you could earn - and the friend you invite gets a fee discount too. * **Trading profiles and leaderboards** - Your positions now come with realized profit-and-loss and invested capital, open and closed. Tap anyone on the leaderboard to open their profile, browse the Market Edge leaderboard on the web, and share a position or a token as a card. * **More security, less risk** - A new opt-in app lock (Face ID or fingerprint), a dedicated Privacy & Security section, and extra safety checks on deposit addresses to help prevent costly mistakes. Also improved: NeuroWallet reaching more countries, holdings and prices that follow your reporting-currency preference, a friendlier sign-up that asks for your name and username, an X handle and bio on your profile, a heads-up when a subscription payment fails plus an offer to come back if you leave, a more personal weekly Alpha Report, a one-tap "update available" prompt, a faster first load on the web, and a wave of fixes to trades, charts, and the Arabic-language layout. ## June 2026 - Trade inside Neurobro Connect your portfolio, swap tokens, and bring friends along. * **Portfolio, now on the web** - Connect exchanges and on-chain wallets to see your net worth, holdings, allocation, and activity in one place, with a history chart and Neurobro on hand to make sense of it. * **Swap is live** - Trade tokens directly inside Neurobro with a rebuilt, faster swap and smarter token search. * **Invite friends, become a Partner** - Share your referral link and earn, or apply to the Neurobro Partner program. Ask it anything - crypto, stocks, forex, commodities, or prediction markets - and get a clear, well-researched answer in seconds. Follow a news feed tuned to what you care about, track everything you own, and trade from a wallet only you control. **It's the same Neurobro on web and mobile** - the same AI agent and the same NeuroWallet, tied to one account. Sign in once with your **Neurobro Pass** and your chats, portfolio, and wallet follow you everywhere - across [Neurobro Web](https://app.neurobro.ai), [iOS](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/neurobro-ai-news-markets/id6756173513), and [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.neurodex.app). Start on your phone and pick up on the web, or the other way around. ## The four tabs Everything in the app lives in one of four places. ### Chat The agent. Ask about any market and get a researched answer rather than a search result. * **Two modes.** Light for quick questions, Heavy for deep multi-agent research. See [Usage & Limits](/neurobro/usage-limits). * **Bring your own material.** Attach PDFs and text files, up to eight at a time, or upload an image of a chart to have it read. * **Prompt templates.** Curated starting points for common jobs - meme-coin radar, Solana setups, Bitcoin sentiment - and you can save your own. * **It remembers.** Neurobro carries your preferences and context between conversations. * **Trading setups.** Ask for a setup and get entry, exit, stop-loss, take-profit and risk-to-reward, switchable between Conservative, Moderate and Aggressive risk profiles. * **Organize and share.** Sort conversations into folders, and share any conversation with a link. * **Buy from the answer.** When Neurobro analyzes a token, there's a Buy button on the card. ### Feed A news feed that learns what you care about, as a stack of swipeable cards. Swipe to like or dismiss a story, swipe up to chat about it, and rewind if you dismissed something by mistake. What you engage with shapes what comes next - the feed weights toward the assets, themes and sources you actually read, and away from the ones you skip. It also tracks what you hold. The more you use Neurobro, the more the feed leans toward your own positions and watchlist. Stories cover crypto, equities, macro and more, and read fully in [your language](#languages). ### Portfolio One tab, two halves. The tab name changes to tell you which you're in. Money you hold yourself and trade from. Read-only view of what you hold elsewhere. **NeuroWallet** is the non-custodial wallet built into the app - your keys, your funds, and where you buy, sell and trade perps. It has its own section: [overview](/products/neurowallet/overview), [money in and out](/products/neurowallet/money-in-out), [trading](/products/neurowallet/trading), and [safety](/products/neurowallet/safety). **Connections** is the other half: everything you hold somewhere else, brought in so your net worth is one number. 50 exchanges are supported - Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, Bitget, MEXC, Gate, HTX, Crypto.com, Gemini, Bitstamp, Bitfinex, Upbit, Bithumb, bitFlyer, Bitvavo, Luno, Indodax, Tokocrypto and more, including regional venues across Japan, Korea, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, India, Israel and Australia. The picker shows what's available where you are, and a guided walkthrough covers each venue step by step. Add any public address and its holdings appear. No key, no signature, no permission - a public address is public information. No account yet? The connect flow has a second tab of partners you can sign up with, including eToro for stocks and XM for forex. These are affiliate partnerships - see the [Affiliate Disclosure](/legal/affiliate-disclosure). **Connect exchanges with read-only API keys.** Create the key with read permission only and never enable withdrawals. Neurobro doesn't need trade or withdrawal access and won't ask for it. Keys are encrypted before storage, and disconnecting removes them. Once connected you get net worth across everything, holdings merged by asset so Bitcoin on three exchanges is one line, allocation, a full activity feed, a history chart, and the agent's read on all of it. Connected assets are priced from each venue's own market data. Connections is **read-only**. We can see balances and history. We cannot trade, withdraw, or move anything. ### Profile Your account, your progress, and your settings. **Rewards.** Using Neurobro earns XP, and XP earns levels. * **Market Rank** is your level, from 1 upward, earned by researching, swiping, predicting and chatting. * **Market Edge** is your standing on the leaderboard, combining what you've earned through activity with your subscription. * **Badges** unlock as you hit milestones. * **Leaderboards** run globally and by country, and you can share a rank card. Rank isn't only cosmetic. On the free tier, **your daily Light message allowance climbs with your Market Rank** - from 5 a day at rank 1 to 20 a day at rank 9. See [Usage & Limits](/neurobro/usage-limits) for the full ladder. **Settings** live here too: app lock with Face ID or fingerprint, privacy and leaderboard visibility, your reporting currency, language, notifications, and linked sign-in methods. ## A look inside

## Get the app Download for iOS Download for Android Open in your browser You can look around before creating an account. Guest mode gives you a limited number of AI messages and news cards, and everything you did as a guest carries over when you sign up. ## Languages Neurobro Mobile is available in 14 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Indonesian, Malay, Thai and Vietnamese. News, prompts, alerts and error messages are all translated, not just the interface. ## Where it's available Neurobro is available globally, apart from sanctioned jurisdictions. Some features are narrower - perpetual futures and tokenized stocks aren't offered in the United States or United Kingdom, and card funding and cash-out depend on your country. The app only shows what you can actually use, so if something isn't there, it isn't available in your region yet. ## Plans & access The core app is free for everyone; Pro and Ultra add more. See [Plans & Pricing](/neurobro/plans) for tiers, pricing, and paying with \$BRO, [Usage & Limits](/neurobro/usage-limits) for message limits, and [Trading Fees](/neurobro/trading-fees) for what a trade costs. ## Resources What's new in Neurobro Explore the web app Need help getting started? Sign in with your **Neurobro Pass** and everything follows you between them, including anything you started on the [mobile app](/products/neurobro/mobile). ## What's on the web Chat with Neurobro about any market and get AI-powered analysis drawing on real-time data. Dashboards and screens that reward a large display - see below. The same non-custodial wallet as mobile. Buy, sell, and trade perps, holding your own keys. Read-only monitoring of exchanges and wallets you hold elsewhere. ## Research tools Track the wallets we label from their on-chain behavior, and watch how they're positioned. A buy and sell heatmap shows where the money is flowing, with a running line of recent swaps. Filter the market down to what you're looking for, by the metrics you care about. What's coming - the scheduled events that move markets. Signals, news and prediction markets in one stream you can filter and search, with AI analysis on tap. Set your own rules for whale and token activity, delivered in-app, by email, or to Telegram. A full profile for any token on any supported chain - live charts, key metrics, risk checks, and the option to trade it. Any tracked wallet's holdings, profit and loss breakdown, trading activity, and token flows. The Market Edge leaderboard. Open anyone's profile to see how they're trading. ## Trading NeuroWallet works the same on the web as on mobile: a non-custodial wallet where you hold your own keys and funds. The web adds a **full trading view** - instant search, live candlestick charts, token details and your open positions in one screen. Trade from there, from a token page, or straight from a chat answer. Details are in the NeuroWallet section: [overview](/products/neurowallet/overview), [money in and out](/products/neurowallet/money-in-out), [trading](/products/neurowallet/trading), [safety](/products/neurowallet/safety), and [what it costs](/neurobro/trading-fees). ## Connections Alongside NeuroWallet, connect the accounts you hold elsewhere so your net worth is one number rather than six browser tabs. * **50 exchanges** - Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin and many more, including regional venues worldwide. * **Web3 wallets** - watch any public address, no permission needed. * **Brokers** - stock and forex partners for when you're starting fresh. These are affiliate partnerships, see the [Affiliate Disclosure](/legal/affiliate-disclosure). You get net worth, holdings merged by asset, allocation, a full activity feed, a history chart, and the agent's read on all of it. **Connect exchanges with read-only API keys.** Create the key with read permission only and never enable withdrawals. Neurobro doesn't need trade or withdrawal access and won't ask for it. Connections is **read-only** - we can see balances and history, and cannot trade or move anything. How it differs from NeuroWallet is set out in the [NeuroWallet overview](/products/neurowallet/overview). ## Where it's available Neurobro is available globally, apart from sanctioned jurisdictions. Perpetual futures and tokenized stocks aren't offered in the United States or United Kingdom, and card funding and cash-out depend on your country. The app only shows what you can actually use. **Subscribe on the web to save up to 20%** - same plan, same benefits, lower price than in the app. See [Plans & Pricing](/neurobro/plans). ## Resources The same account, on iOS and Android What's new in Neurobro # Money in and out Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/products/neurowallet/money-in-out Deposit, buy with a card, withdraw, and cash out of NeuroWallet Four ways money moves. Two bring it in, two take it out. Send crypto you already own to your NeuroWallet address. Turn local currency into cash in your wallet. Send crypto out to any address you choose. Convert to local currency and send it to a card, bank or PayPal. ## Deposit crypto Your wallet has an address on each supported chain. Pick the chain you're sending from, copy the address, and send. **Send on the right chain.** An address is only valid on the chain it belongs to. Crypto sent on a chain NeuroWallet doesn't support, or to an address from a different chain, can be permanently lost - and because the wallet is non-custodial, nobody can reverse it. Deposits are detected automatically, usually within seconds of confirming on-chain. There's no deposit fee. If you're depositing a dollar stablecoin, it lands as [cash](/products/neurowallet/overview) and is immediately spendable. Anything else arrives as a holding you can sell or keep. ## Buy with a card or bank transfer You can fund the wallet with local currency instead of sending crypto. Choose an amount, pick a payment method, and complete the purchase with our payment partner - the cash arrives in your wallet when it clears. A few things worth knowing: * **It lands on Base or Solana.** Card and bank funding delivers to one of those two chains. That's not a limitation in practice, since cash is spendable across chains regardless. * **Available methods depend on where you are.** Cards, bank transfers and local options vary by country, and prices are quoted in your own currency. * **Live quotes from several providers.** You see what you'll receive before you commit. * **There's no Neurobro fee on funding.** The payment provider charges its own, shown in the quote. Card and bank funding is rolling out country by country. If you don't see it, it hasn't reached you yet. ## Withdraw crypto Send crypto out of NeuroWallet to any address - another wallet, an exchange, someone else. Withdrawals cost a **flat \$0.50**, regardless of size or chain. No percentage, so a large withdrawal costs the same as a small one. Before anything is sent, the destination address is checked (see [Safety](/products/neurowallet/safety)). Withdrawing to a chain other than the one your funds are on is handled for you - the wallet moves the money across and sends it, as a single action from your side. Double-check the address. A crypto transfer to the wrong address cannot be undone by anyone, including us. ## Cash out to local currency The reverse of buying: convert cash in your wallet to local currency and send it to a card, a bank account by SEPA transfer, or PayPal. The flow is: You'll see a live quote in your own currency before you commit to anything. Our payment partner handles the conversion and may need identity verification the first time. Your cash is sent to the provider and converted at the quoted rate. Timing depends on the payout method - cards are usually fastest, bank transfers take longest. The withdrawal fee is **waived** on a cash-out, because the conversion already carries the provider's own fee. There's a minimum amount, shown in the app before you start. Like card funding, cashing out is available in some countries and not others, and the app only offers it where it works. ## Moving between chains You don't manage this. If you hold cash on one chain and want to buy something on another, NeuroWallet moves it for you as part of the purchase, and the cost is already inside the fee you're quoted - see [Trading Fees](/neurobro/trading-fees). The same applies on withdrawal: asking for more than sits on one chain consolidates from the others automatically. ## Deposits and withdrawals for perps Perpetual futures hold their collateral on Hyperliquid rather than on a chain, so moving money in and out of perps is its own step. It's covered in [Trading](/products/neurowallet/trading). # NeuroWallet Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/products/neurowallet/overview The non-custodial wallet built into Neurobro - custody, cash, and chains **NeuroWallet is a non-custodial wallet built into Neurobro.** You hold your own keys and your own funds. Neurobro never takes custody, can't move your money, and can't freeze it. It exists so that researching a market and acting on it happen in the same place. Ask about a token, decide you want it, and buy it - without leaving for an exchange, creating another account, or moving funds somewhere you trust less. NeuroWallet is not the same thing as **Connections**. NeuroWallet is money you hold here and trade from. Connections is read-only monitoring of accounts you hold somewhere else. They share a tab in the app and do different jobs - see the comparison below. ## NeuroWallet and Connections Both live in the same place in the app, and the tab name changes to tell you which one you're looking at. They answer different questions: | | NeuroWallet | Connections | | -------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------- | | **Who holds the funds** | You, non-custodially | The exchange or wallet you connected | | **Can Neurobro trade?** | Yes, that's the point | No, read-only | | **Can Neurobro withdraw?** | No - only you can authorize | No, never | | **What we store** | No keys at all | An encrypted read-only key, or a public address | | **Fees** | Per trade, see [Trading Fees](/neurobro/trading-fees) | None. We don't transact | | **What it's for** | Trading on what you find | Seeing everything you own | Most people use both: Connections to see the whole picture, NeuroWallet to act on it. Connections is covered on the [mobile](/products/neurobro/mobile) and [web](/products/neurobro/web) pages. ## Cash **Cash is your spendable dollar balance** - what you buy with, and what you receive when you sell. Every chain has a canonical dollar, and NeuroWallet adds them into one cash figure so you don't have to think about which chain your money is on. When you buy something, it funds from wherever the cash is, splitting across chains if it needs to. | Chain | Cash asset | | --------------- | ---------- | | Base | USDC | | Solana | USDC | | Arbitrum | USDC | | BNB Chain | USDC | | Robinhood Chain | USDG | Robinhood Chain is the exception worth knowing about: Circle doesn't issue USDC there, so the canonical dollar is **USDG** (Global Dollar, issued by Paxos). It behaves the same way and the app labels it correctly - it just isn't USDC, and we won't call it that. Anything that isn't cash is a holding: a token, a tokenized stock, or a perps position. ## Chains NeuroWallet trades on five chains: Perpetual futures trade on **Hyperliquid**, which works differently from the five above - see [Trading](/products/neurowallet/trading). You rarely need to pick a chain. Deposits arrive where you send them, trades route themselves, and cash moves between chains automatically when a purchase needs it. ## Gas is on us Using a blockchain normally means holding its native coin to pay transaction fees, which is a genuine obstacle - you can't spend your money until you've acquired a different kind of money first. **Neurobro sponsors gas**, so you never have to hold ETH, SOL or BNB just to transact. Your cash is spendable the moment it lands. The cost is covered inside the trading fee rather than charged separately - see [Trading Fees](/neurobro/trading-fees). ## What you can do Deposit crypto from anywhere, or buy cash directly with a card or bank transfer. See [Money in and out](/products/neurowallet/money-in-out). Buy and sell tokens and tokenized stocks across five chains, and trade perpetual futures on Hyperliquid. See [Trading](/products/neurowallet/trading). Withdraw crypto to any address, or convert to cash and send it to a card, bank account or PayPal. See [Money in and out](/products/neurowallet/money-in-out). Every trade is screened before it runs. See [Safety](/products/neurowallet/safety). ## What non-custodial means here It's a word that gets used loosely, so concretely: * **The keys are yours.** Transactions are authorized on your device. * **We cannot move your funds.** Not to help you, not by mistake, not under instruction. * **We cannot freeze your funds.** If you can reach a blockchain, you can reach your money. * **Your holdings aren't ours.** They're not on our balance sheet and they aren't lent out. The trade-off is real and worth stating: self-custody means the responsibility is yours too. Nobody can reverse a transfer you authorized to the wrong address, which is why [Safety](/products/neurowallet/safety) covers the checks we run before you send anything. ## Where it's available NeuroWallet is available globally, apart from sanctioned jurisdictions. Some features are narrower - perpetual futures and tokenized stocks aren't offered in the United States or United Kingdom, and card and bank funding depends on where you are. The app only shows you what you can actually use, so if an option isn't there, it isn't available in your region yet. # Safety Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/products/neurowallet/safety The checks NeuroWallet runs before a trade, and how to protect your account Self-custody means no one can reverse a mistake for you. So rather than ask you to be careful, NeuroWallet checks things before they happen. ## Before a trade runs Every token you're about to buy is examined first. Not looked up on a list - actually measured, by simulating the trade against live on-chain state. Some tokens take a cut of every transfer. That's legitimate in some designs and a trap in others, but either way it breaks a trade priced as though it doesn't happen. We measure the real tax on both buying and selling, and price your trade with it included. A token taxing more than 15% on sale is refused, because such a trade physically cannot complete - it would fail on-chain and cost you the network fee for nothing. A honeypot is a token you can buy and then can't sell. We test the sale before you buy: simulating the exit and confirming it succeeds. If it fails, the purchase is blocked and we say why. A token with too little liquidity can't absorb your trade at anything near the quoted price. Liquidity and volume are checked, and a token that can't support the trade is flagged. Large trades in shallow markets move the price against you. When the impact crosses a threshold, you're shown the number and asked to confirm rather than finding out afterwards. Sometimes the real cost of executing a trade - network fees, routing, bridging - is disproportionate to its size. When the cost is out of proportion, the trade is refused with the actual number, so you can trade a larger amount or wait for cheaper conditions. ### Blocking versus warning The distinction matters: * **A buy can be blocked.** If a token looks like a trap, we won't help you into it. * **A sale is never blocked by risk.** Whatever you hold, you can always exit. Nothing traps you. * **A warning is yours to overrule.** Where the risk is one you can knowingly accept - an expensive route, high price impact - you're shown what's wrong and you decide. We don't quietly refuse, and we don't quietly proceed. The last one is the point. A trade blocked for a reason you'd have accepted is its own kind of failure, so the checks that exist to inform you inform you, rather than deciding on your behalf. ## Address checks Before crypto leaves your wallet, the destination address is validated for the chain you're sending on, and screened against sanctions lists. A sanctioned address is refused outright. No check can tell whether an address belongs to who you think it does. Verify the destination yourself - a transfer to the wrong address is irreversible. ## Protecting your account Require Face ID, Touch ID or a fingerprint to open the app. Optional, and worth turning on if you carry balances. Link more than one way into your [Neurobro Pass](/products/overview), so losing access to one doesn't lock you out. ## What other people can see Leaderboards and trading profiles are social features, so it's worth being clear about what they expose - and what you control. * **Leaderboard visibility** - appear publicly under your username, or anonymously. * **Country flag** - show or hide the flag beside your rank. * **Trading profile** - control whether others can open your profile and see your positions. All three are settings, all three can be turned off, and none of them ever expose your wallet address, balances, or the total value of what you hold. ## What we can and cannot do Worth stating plainly, since "non-custodial" gets used loosely: | | | | ------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------- | | Move your funds | **No.** Transactions are authorized on your device | | Freeze your funds | **No.** Your holdings are reachable regardless of us | | Reverse a transfer | **No.** Nobody can, on any blockchain | | See your holdings | Yes - they're on a public blockchain | | Refuse a trade | Yes, where a token looks like a trap or a route is broken | ## If something goes wrong A trade that fails on-chain doesn't cost you the trade - failed transactions are detected and the order is closed out rather than left hanging. Where a multi-step trade moved money before failing, the app tells you where the money actually is instead of leaving you to work it out. For anything else, start with the [FAQ](/neurobro/faq) or ask in the [community](https://t.me/Neurobro_Official). # Trading Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/products/neurowallet/trading Spot trades, tokenized stocks, and perpetual futures in NeuroWallet Three things you can trade in NeuroWallet: tokens, tokenized stocks, and perpetual futures. The first two work the same way; perps work differently and are covered separately below. ## Buying and selling tokens Buy from the trading screen, from a token's page, or straight from a chat - if Neurobro just analyzed something for you, there's a Buy button on the answer. Every trade quotes you a price and a fee before you commit, and the quote holds for a short window while you decide. Past that it re-quotes, because prices move. ### You don't pick a chain This is the part that usually surprises people. A purchase funds itself from wherever your [cash](/products/neurowallet/overview) actually is: * Cash on the same chain as the token? It buys directly. * Cash spread across two chains? It draws from both in one purchase. * Cash on the wrong chain entirely? It moves across first, then buys. All of it is one action from your side, with one fee, quoted up front. The routing is our problem, not yours. ### Selling Selling works the same way in reverse and returns cash. **Anything you hold can always be sold** - a token that would be blocked from purchase because it looks risky can still be sold if it's already yours. We won't trap you in a position. ## Discovering things to trade What's moving right now, ranked by real activity rather than marketing. Established assets by market cap, stablecoins filtered out. Curated tokenized equities - see below. Find anything by name, ticker or contract address. Star anything to add it to your watchlist, and starred assets come first in your search results afterwards. ## Tokenized stocks A tokenized stock tracks the price of a real company share or ETF. It isn't the share itself: you're buying a token from an independent issuer, so it carries no shareholder rights and no claim on the company. They sit in their own tab and work like everything else in the wallet - buy, hold, sell, same cash, same fees. The list is curated: known issuers only, not anything that merely claims to track a stock. Tokenized stocks aren't available in the **United States** or **United Kingdom**. These tokens carry issuer controls that ordinary tokens don't: the issuer can enforce transfer rules and, in defined circumstances, act on holdings. That's how tokenized equities work generally, not something specific to Neurobro, and the app tells you when a token has them. ## Perpetual futures Perps let you take leveraged long or short positions on an asset without holding it. They trade on **Hyperliquid**, a dedicated derivatives exchange, rather than on the five wallet chains. Perpetual futures are leveraged instruments. Leverage multiplies losses as well as gains, and a position can be liquidated - closed automatically, at a loss - if the market moves against it far enough. Only trade perps with money you can afford to lose. Perps aren't available in the **United States** or **United Kingdom**. ### Collateral lives separately Perps collateral sits on Hyperliquid, not on a chain, so it's held apart from your spot cash. Moving money in or out of perps is an explicit step. * **Minimum deposit: 10 USDC.** Below that, the transfer isn't worth its own cost. * **Withdrawals cost a flat 1 USDC**, charged by Hyperliquid. * Deposits consolidate from whichever chains hold your cash, the same way a purchase does. Both spot and perps balances count toward your total portfolio value, shown separately so you can tell them apart. ### What you get * **Long or short** any supported market, with leverage you choose. * **Stops and take-profits** attached to a position when you open it. * **Full history** - positions, orders, individual fills, and every transfer in or out. The fills view is worth knowing about: an order is an instruction, a fill is what actually happened. Seeing the real execution price and time - rather than what you asked for - is the difference between guessing at your performance and knowing it. ## Fees Every trade carries one fee, quoted before you commit, that already includes network costs, routing and any cross-chain movement. Nothing is added afterwards. The full breakdown - tier rates, the minimum, what the fee covers, and when it drops to zero - is on [Trading Fees](/neurobro/trading-fees). ## Before a trade runs Trades are screened before they execute: tokens are checked for transfer taxes and honeypot behavior, expensive routes are flagged, and unusual price impact needs confirmation. [Safety](/products/neurowallet/safety) covers what's checked and what happens when something looks wrong. # Overview Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/products/overview How the Neurobro products fit together, and what they share Neurobro is one AI for the markets, reachable from several places. This page is the map: what the pieces are, what they have in common, and how they relate. ## One product, two surfaces **[Neurobro Web](/products/neurobro/web)** and **[Neurobro Mobile](/products/neurobro/mobile)** are the same product, not two products that resemble each other. The same AI agent, the same wallet, the same data, tied to one account. Start a question on your phone and finish it on a laptop. Inside both, you'll find the same two money surfaces: A non-custodial wallet built into the app. Your keys, your funds, and the place you trade. Read-only monitoring of accounts you hold somewhere else - exchanges, wallets, brokers. They sit in the same tab and answer different questions. NeuroWallet is money you custody with us and trade from. Connections is everything you hold elsewhere, brought in so you can see it in one place. Neither can do the other's job, and the [NeuroWallet overview](/products/neurowallet/overview) spells out where the line falls. ## Neurobro Pass Your **Neurobro Pass** is the account behind all of it. One login for Neurobro Web and the mobile app, carrying your chats, preferences, plan, wallet, and progress wherever you sign in. ### Ways to sign in Email sign-in uses a one-time code rather than a password. Wallet sign-in works by signing a message, so we never see a private key. Guest mode is mobile-only and lets you explore before deciding. ### Linking several sign-in methods One account can carry more than one way in. Link Google, Apple, email, Telegram and a wallet to the same Pass, then use whichever is convenient - they all land in the same account with the same history. This is worth doing early. If you ever lose access to one method, another still gets you in. ### Merging accounts If you've already created more than one account by accident - signing up with Google once and email another time, say - signing in with the second method while logged into the first merges them. Your history and preferences come across into one account rather than staying split. ### Starting as a guest On mobile you can use Neurobro without an account at all. Guests get a limited number of AI messages and news cards to try things out. When you create a Pass, the progress you made as a guest comes with you and the full free tier opens up. Nothing is lost by starting as a guest, so there's no reason not to look around first. ## What every surface shares The same research agent answers everywhere - in the app, on the web, and through the API. Same tools, same data, same answers. News, on-chain activity, market data and social sentiment are gathered once and used across the feed, signals, chat and dashboards. Pro or Ultra applies everywhere, no matter where you bought it. Subscribing on the web and using the mobile app works fine. See [Plans & Pricing](/neurobro/plans). NeuroWallet is tied to your Pass, not to a device. The same balances and positions appear on web and mobile. ## Beyond the app Neurobro also shows up in places that aren't the app. **These share the agent, not your account** - each has its own way in, and a Neurobro Pass doesn't sign you into them. A REST API to the same research, with its own dashboard and keys. Subscription-based. Telegram, x402, Terminal, ACP, Moltbook, and Nevron. The distinction matters if you're building on Neurobro. Your app subscription doesn't carry into [NeuroAPI](/technical/neuroapi), and [x402](/technical/other-products/x402) deliberately has no account at all - you pay per request and your wallet is the authentication. ## Where to go next The four tabs, and what each does The research tools on a big screen Custody, cash, and trading # NeuroAPI Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/technical/neuroapi/index Programmatic access to Neurobro's research - the same AI that runs Neurobro Mobile and Neurobro Web. Sign up and grab a key from the NeuroAPI dashboard Guides and reference for building with NeuroAPI Practical, runnable code examples NeuroAPI ## Overview NeuroAPI gives you programmatic access to the same research that runs Neurobro. It's the exact same Neurobro that powers [Neurobro Mobile](/products/neurobro/mobile) and [Neurobro Web](/products/neurobro/web) - same agent, same data, same answers - now available to build on. Ask a question, get an answer: NeuroAPI handles the research, on-chain analysis, news, and reasoning behind the scenes, so you can focus on your product instead of stitching together data feeds and models. ## Every Market, One API Neurobro's research isn't limited to a single asset class. NeuroAPI covers the markets your users actually care about - and treats them as one connected picture. Tokens, on-chain activity, whales, and DeFi. Equities, earnings, and market-moving news. Currency pairs and macro signals. Energy, metals, and everything in between. ## Fast, Reliable, Affordable NeuroAPI is built to drop straight into production - low-latency responses, dependable infrastructure, and pricing that scales with you. Low-latency responses built for real-time apps and live user experiences. Production-grade infrastructure delivering consistent, high-quality answers. Subscriptions start at \$49.99/mo, with usage-based options. Need higher volume or a tailored setup? **Enterprise deals** with dedicated capacity and support are available - see [pricing](https://neuroapi.neurobro.ai/docs/pricing) for details. ## What You Can Build? If it needs market research, you can build it on NeuroAPI. A few common ones: Plug Neurobro's signals straight into your strategy. Add market research to your own agent. Power internal tools with Neurobro's research. ## Start building Grab a key from the [dashboard](https://neuroapi.neurobro.ai/), read the [documentation](https://neuroapi.neurobro.ai/docs), and copy a recipe from the [cookbook](https://github.com/axioma-ai-labs/neuroapi-cookbook) to get running fast. Share what you're building in the [developer community](https://t.me/Neurobro_Official). By accessing NeuroAPI you agree to the [API Terms of Service](/legal/api-terms), the [Terms of Use](/legal/terms-of-use), and the [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy). # Nevron Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/technical/nevron/index Neurobro's open-source agent framework - the foundation the AI agents are built on. ## Overview Nevron is Neurobro's open-source agent framework: the foundation the Neurobro AI agents are built on. It provides the building blocks for autonomous agents - planning, memory, tool use, and multi-model LLM integration - packaged as a lightweight, modular Python framework. Technical documentation Source code ## Key traits * **Lightweight** - minimal dependencies and a small footprint. * **Modular** - planning, memory, feedback, and tool modules can be swapped or extended. * **Autonomous** - agents make their own decisions via a planning and feedback loop. * **Multi-model** - pluggable LLM providers, chosen per use case. * **Extensible memory** - vector stores for agent context and recall. * **Easy to deploy** - runs anywhere Python and Docker do. ## What's included? * Broad tool integrations (Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, Google Drive, and more). * Multiple LLM providers, including open-source models. * Vector-store memory backends (Pinecone, Weaviate). * A planning module with dynamic tool selection and feedback loops. ## Status Public development of Nevron is currently paused. The framework has a stable release and continues to serve as a core component of Neurobro; ongoing work happens privately rather than in the public repository. # Neurobro Products Source: https://docs.neurobro.ai/technical/other-products Where Neurobro shows up beyond the app Beyond the [Neurobro](/products/neurobro/mobile) app on web and mobile, Neurobro shows up in a few other places - messaging apps, a pay-per-request API, a social network, the command line, and agent-to-agent protocols.
